"DONT USE TRIAL OR THIS PRODUCT"

What do you like best about AdCreative.ai?

Oh, where do I begin? Probably how it magically charges you after the trial — without a single warning email or invoice in sight. That’s some real cutting-edge user experience design. Bravo, AdCreative.ai! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AdCreative.ai?

I signed up for a free trial with AdCreative.ai on May 20th, expecting to test the platform and decide whether it was a good fit. I never used the product beyond the signup, and honestly didn’t find it useful for my nonprofit work.

On May 25th, I received a promotional-style email saying my trial would end in 2 days – but it looked more like a sales pitch than an actual warning. It included no clear cancellation link, no urgent billing notice, and no real clarity on the consequences of inaction.

To my shock, I was charged $406.80 – twice. That’s more than $800 for a service I never used or authorized beyond the trial. I volunteer with a humanitarian organization and simply cannot afford this.

The process is confusing and borderline deceptive, with vague emails and no confirmation before charging such a large amount. I have reached out to support for a refund and hope they do the right thing.

Until then, I cannot recommend this service. If you're signing up for the trial, be extremely cautious – the cancellation is not intuitive, and you might be charged without realizing it.

Note: I contacted them 14 and 15 july, but no response. So they will give feedback we will fix or troubleshoot, but nothing is true. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

AdCreative.ai is a subscription-based service, so once the free trial ends, billing continues automatically unless the subscription is canceled before the trial expires. We never charge during the trial unless you manually upgrade or refresh credits early.

We send email reminders before the trial ends, along with invoices and billing confirmations. If you didn’t receive them, there may have been a delivery issue. We’re happy to check that for you.
