Building insightful, persuasive reports for any stakeholder is simple with I.Q. Show the CEO your training's effectiveness and return on investment. Inform the board about dangers that need to be addressed. Convince the shareholders that compliance and ethics are among your top priorities. You can transform from a "cost center" to a "strategic driver" thanks to your I.Q

**What do you dislike about Adaptive Compliance?**

I.Q. analyzes behavioral data from each Scholar course to find your danger regions. This is by far the best Compliance Training tool to help the employees get started with their compliance training as they mainly focus on behavioral learning using recent case studies.

**What do you dislike about Adaptive Compliance?**

IQ Compliance training analytics focuses mainly on the compliance part only and which can be not an all-in-one option for various employees who want to go through other important business-related training.

**Recommendations to others considering Adaptive Compliance:**

This is by far the best tool I have used as a beginner to understand compliance training.

**What problems is Adaptive Compliance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped me as a new joiner in my previous organization to understand the compliance needs of the company and how ethically I can move forward in my fast-paced career.

It could have been more detailed in some of the training materials, such as adding more examples. It could have also included more participation in the program and collaboration with peers.
