**What do you like best about AD Guardian?**

In our environment, we used Cion's Self Service as Self Service Password Reset wasn't available to the Microsoft 365 licences we're using. It was a lot cheaper to use Cion'sd rather than upgrade our 365 licences or pay for the full P1 Premium licence (or whatever you need to access the self service password reset feature)

**What do you dislike about AD Guardian?**

The main downside of the product is its rather dated look. Most cloud platform look pretty shiny these days, and Microsoft 365 looks pretty good. When you have Cion sitting next to it, it doesn't look very modern and makes it obvious it's a  separate solution.

**What problems is AD Guardian solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to give staff access to self service password reset without upgrading everyone's licence to get access to the official Microsoft SSPR. It was also a lot cheaper than the other big names out there.
