The team at Beacn has worked tirelessly with us to help not only facilitate this migration but also to help train us, customize the product to fit our needs, and is always very quick to respond when we need help. **What do you dislike about Acumatica Licensing and Implementation?** We haven't experienced any problems thus far. **Recommendations to others considering Acumatica Licensing and Implementation:** For us, it was very beneficial to meet with multiple companies to see what we needed. Since our company had never all been in a unified system, it was a challenge to determine how to 'make it all work together' and the team from Beacn helped us to visualize a completed approach as well as breaking our transition into phases. The Beacn team was a small lean team that was able to cover every aspect of the project. From licensing, project management, technical setup and even development customizations we were able to do it all. **What do you dislike about Acumatica Licensing and Implementation?** An area of improvement would be a more detailed review of our operations and presenting the product as a whole prior to building. We stalled and had to redo a few steps of the onboarding process due to not fully understanding certain aspects of how the program worked or what was needed at that time. **What problems is Acumatica Licensing and Implementation solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our company was moving from a far less complex ERP.
