**What do you like best about ACH Pro?**

I was under a tight deadline after an error occurred during payroll processing in QuickBooks Desktop, which meant payments to over 200 employees were at risk of being delayed. I urgently needed software that could convert an Excel spreadsheet into a NACH file for a bulk bank upload. Ian, the owner, was incredibly responsive, patient and helpful! He got on a Zoom call with me within 30 minutes and guided me step-by-step through the process, and truly saved the day.

**What do you dislike about ACH Pro?**

There is nothing  I did not like. Ian was extremely helpful.

**What problems is ACH Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed to quickly get 200 employees paid and ACH Pro was able to quickly create a NACHA file to upload to my bank.
