**What do you like best about Accountable HQ?**

Accountable makes HIPAA compliance simple, streamlined, and easy to follow. Their client support is lightning fast and incredibly helpful. I feel like we have a full time cybersecurity director on staff.

**What do you dislike about Accountable HQ?**

There is some room for growth and improvement. For example, a log where you can document company trainings and meetings outside of Accountable's required activities would be a useful feature. It should let you draft and print custom BAAs and other privacy contracts without requiring a direct email transmission to the signer from Accountable, like when you want to send it from your own email to be signed. Forcing everyone including outside recipients to register for an account seems a bit much.
