**What do you like best about ABS Evolution?**

The staff with ABS has always been great to work with. They are extremely open to suggestions and changes to the software and do a good job with updates.

**What do you dislike about ABS Evolution?**

Software in a number of ways is behind others in the industry. All the different "components" are ran in different windows and not via the main Evolution app.

**Recommendations to others considering ABS Evolution:**

Great software for managing your laboratory. Users that do a lot of shipping may want something more integrated with the shipping software as well as their web interface is lacking.

**What problems is ABS Evolution solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We actually no longer use Evolution and shifted to a more robust product

Ease of use, flexibility, multiple users,

I cannot think of anything that I dislike

**What problems is ABS Evolution solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a staffing company, our employee list changes daily. Evolution makes it easy to inactivate/active old and new employees. switch them from one facility to another - a lot of flexibility!
