This level of automation significantly reduces manual tasks and has helped us keep our administrative team lean while maintaining high operational efficiency. **What do you dislike about GreatLab LMS?** GreatLab LMS is almost perfect for our tasks — adding a bit more flexibility in Billing and simplifying the setup would take it from excellent for users who may not have a technical background. **What problems is GreatLab LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** GreatLab LMS addresses several key challenges we faced in the dental lab environment. One major pain point was inefficient communication with dentists, who often have limited time to provide updates or follow up. The Client Portal within GreatLab LMS has solved this by giving dentists an accessible, self-service platform to track cases and handle billing independently. Additionally, the automation features, like barcode scanning and instant invoice generation, reduce manual workload and minimize errors, enabling us to manage high volumes without needing a large administrative team. This has significantly improved our turnaround times and overall service quality, making our lab more productive and competitive. ### 6. We have stopped having so many calls from dentists asking us when their order will arrive back as it has a delivery calendar for them. **What do you dislike about GreatLab LMS?** I dislike the settings section as it was difficult to understand but I spoke with support and have a call to learn how to use it properly so it’s fine now. I must say their support is fast. **What problems is GreatLab LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solved the annoying questions we get from dentists asking when will their order be back and it automated our billing invoices so that we don’t have to manually do this each month. It’s helped with communication with clients and automating our billing. ### 7. Since starting using it, we have dramatically reduced admin time and phone time with dentists sorting queries. Our lab is much more organized now and our dentists love using our ordering portal. Remakes have been reduced drastically and the "query/on hold shelf" has no more cases on it. The whole team loves using the software.
