What problems is GreatLab LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Office Communication & Accurate reporting for Dental Groups - the ability to give and receive answers from Doctors without a phone call needing to be placed is such an incredible feature

Custom Reports allows us to give accurate reporting in a simple export that can be modified per dental group/ dso etc. - it also allows us to build our own reports that we can use to track and monitor internal performance and trends Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Over the year we have been using it, Seth and his team modified the LMS even more to meet our needs.

Communicating with clients has never been so easy. Letting them make their orders this quickly, and adapting them if needed is very easy.

What do you like best about GreatLab LMS?

The Case Management feature, which enables us to filter orders by tags, categories, and priorities, has been especially valuable. The Client Portal is another standout feature, allowing dentists to place orders, track cases, and access billing information seamlessly, which saves time for both parties. Additionally, the Workbench offers powerful automation options, including barcode scanning for quick updates on order status, instant invoice printing, and tagging. What do you like best about GreatLab LMS?

The client portal is the best I’ve ever seen and makes us look like a very modern tech company. We have stopped having so many calls from dentists asking us when their order will arrive back as it has a delivery calendar for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GreatLab LMS?

I dislike the settings section as it was difficult to understand but I spoke with support and have a call to learn how to use it properly so it’s fine now. I must say their support is fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It has helped us fully digitizing our workflows"

What do you like best about GreatLab LMS?

Very helpful management system for our workflows and cases.

Since starting using it, we have dramatically reduced admin time and phone time with dentists sorting queries.

Our lab is much more organized now and our dentists love using our ordering portal.

Remakes have been reduced drastically and the "query/on hold shelf" has no more cases on it.

The whole team loves using the software.

There is very friendly and professional customer support, although we do not require much and implementing the software was seamless Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GreatLab LMS?

GreatLab - only one software which I need to use to manage my Dental. Everything is inside.
