## About Abrid
Abrid is a travel management software built for travel agencies, tour operators, and MICE operators. It covers the full operational workflow in one platform: building interactive trip proposals, managing suppliers and pricing, confirming bookings, generating traveler documents, automating operational tasks, and issuing invoices. Most travel businesses run on a combination of spreadsheets, email threads, and disconnected tools. Abrid replaces all of that. Agencies can build and send proposals clients can interact with directly, manage every supplier relationship with seasonal pricing and cancellation policies, track bookings from confirmation to completion, and handle B2C and B2B invoicing without switching tools. Abrid also includes AI-generated itinerary content, workflow automations, and finance dashboards  giving travel professionals full visibility over their operations without the manual work.

What I like best about Abrid is how it simplifies complex travel planning and brings everything into one clear, structured workflow. It saves a lot of time and reduces errors.

There are still some areas where the system could be more flexible, especially when it comes to entering detailed operational information for specific services.

**What problems is Abrid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Abrid solves the challenge of managing complex travel programs across multiple services and teams. It centralizes all information, reduces manual work, and minimizes the risk of errors. This allows us to work more efficiently, improve internal coordination, and ultimately deliver a smoother and more reliable experience to our clients.
