**What do you like best about Abhisi?**

Its a low cost solution for small business. Setting up a support desk is fairly easy. Preformatted templates helps automate the response process.

**What do you dislike about Abhisi?**

The solution is suitable for small business needs. For large businesses with complex needs an enterprise level service like zendesk works better.

**What problems is Abhisi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides affordable solution for small business customer support needs.

This product is very affordable. The pricing is perfect for a small size company just getting started off the ground.

**What do you dislike about Abhisi?**

It seems to handle everything in a proprietary way. I didn't see a simple way to integrate this with our existing mail or ticketing systems.

**What problems is Abhisi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's simple to use and showcases actionable metrics that help improve support team performance.
