What do you like best about AbbaDox?

The ability to process incoming orders quickly and efficiently has helped to be able to get our patients scheduled in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AbbaDox?

On the Patient Chart, I feel it would be helpful to have a place to add "special notes" for things that office staff and techs need to immediately be able to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AbbaDox solving and how is that benefiting you?

After a catastrophic event with the previous scheduling system, AbbaDox was instrumental in getting our company up and going again. We were using an outdated system which resulted in the office staff spending excess time and energy scheduling patients. AbbaDox eliminated so many of the redundant task in scheduling patients.

AbbaDox has also been able to provide us with a secure PACS integration, reducing errors and issues we had with a previous company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
