AbbaDox is by far one of the easiest systems to use. Throughout my many years in Radiology and the medical field, I have worked with approximately 20 different systems. What do you dislike about AbbaDox? I’ve had a very positive experience with AbbaDox overall and do not have any significant concerns with the platform. One enhancement that would be especially helpful for our workflow would be the ability to easily print a patient’s demographic information for inclusion in a hard chart. After a catastrophic event with the previous scheduling system, AbbaDox was instrumental in getting our company up and going again. We were using an outdated system which resulted in the office staff spending excess time and energy scheduling patients. AbbaDox eliminated so many of the redundant task in scheduling patients.
