Throughout my many years in Radiology and the medical field, I have worked with approximately 20 different systems. AbbaDox stands out for how intuitive it is—especially when it comes to quickly accessing patient history, reports, and other key information. **What do you dislike about AbbaDox?** I’ve had a very positive experience with AbbaDox overall and do not have any significant concerns with the platform. One enhancement that would be especially helpful for our workflow would be the ability to easily print a patient’s demographic information for inclusion in a hard chart. This would support our documentation process and improve efficiency when maintaining physical records. **What problems is AbbaDox solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can't say that I personally have had any problems at all. ### 2. There is no doubt that is a game changer **What do you dislike about AbbaDox?** There are no downsides of using abbadox, I really feel like all the details have being personally thought through for smarter and efficient performance **What problems is AbbaDox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Right now all the support have being receive so that we can also verify insurances so the patients can know their responsabilities on time ### 3. For example, in the overview after I select a schedule, I can see a summary along with any open appointment times and the prep information that goes with it. **What do you dislike about AbbaDox?** It seems to go down a few times throughout the week **What problems is AbbaDox solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are solving a code verification issue we were having along with forms. So far they have fixed the verification! ### 6. We were using an outdated system which resulted in the office staff spending excess time and energy scheduling patients. AbbaDox eliminated so many of the redundant task in scheduling patients. AbbaDox has also been able to provide us with a secure PACS integration, reducing errors and issues we had with a previous company. ### 7. It makes it much easier to find exactly what I’m looking for. ### 9.
