**What do you like best about Aaniie Care?**

I like the way that the scheduling is set up, easy to see by the week or day  if needed, and either by client or by associate, I feel the account information for both associates and clients is comprehensive and easy to use. Easy to add new clients or associates as well as adding documentation.

**What do you dislike about Aaniie Care?**

I would like to see an option where you could see the client calendar and the associate calendar side by side - now I have to open two pages and toggle back and forth between the two to see what associates are available at certain times in order to fill open shifts.

**What problems is Aaniie Care solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The easy of scheduling gives back many hours of time each week over previous scheduling platform.  It also helps being able to store the forms electronically instead of having to use paper.

Small features on the app that I do not love: the messaging can be a little difficult because of how many options there are and there are a few features that are only on the desktop.

Aaniie Care is solving our problem of capturing real time documentation and clock ins. They are solving issues in caregivers not clocking in or out or clocking in before they arrive. They are helping us reward our caregivers and removing the problem of paper care plans.

**What do you like best about Aaniie Care?**

Very intuitive for our regional team, local administrative team, and care team. The user interface provides valuable information that allows our branches to focus on the core business metrics. The ability to report via api calls allows us to integrate with other systems we use for financial reporting. The Client Portal is a great feature that allows us to better market to family and financially responsible parties. The company has been very helpful with development requests and appears to continue to invest in the product to continue to make improvements and keep up with or surpass other offerings. We feel we are heard and supported. We have implemented 13 branches in 5 different states with significant ease. The system is used daily by hundreds of our team members.

**What do you dislike about Aaniie Care?**

The few items we have had issues with are typically resolved in reasonable time frames. There are some features we use that we wish were tailored more for our specific business however we understand that the system must work for all. Alternatives are typically suggested and worked through.

**What problems is Aaniie Care solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software solves our need to properly schedule care, assign tasks unique for each client, and allow care givers to capture the tasks completed. It also solves the ease of billing and payment processing.

**What do you like best about Aaniie Care?**

I appreciate that Aaniie Care has improved our admin workflows with scheduling and billing. Our caregivers find the app easy to use, which was really important to us. I like that it's easy to navigate, so I don't have to dig around to find what I'm looking for or enter information in multiple places. The clear reporting options cover a lot without being overwhelming. Scheduling is a huge improvement over our previous system, and I find it easy to adjust schedules and notify caregivers of changes. Anytime I have a question, support is quick to respond with helpful solutions. Plus, our onboarding and ongoing support from Badriah have been great, and the initial setup was pretty easy with patient guidance from Lexi.

**What do you dislike about Aaniie Care?**

The Caregivers sometimes get confused between Aaniie and Smart Care. We have been calling it Aaniie Smart Care to help with that, would be nice to have the app rebranded as Aaniie.

Aaniie Care improved our workflows with scheduling and billing, is easy for caregivers to use, and offers clear reporting without extra clutter. Support is responsive, and onboarding was smooth.

The training videos are easy to access, but when we first started using Aaniie they weren’t updated and weren’t completely helpful. Our rep even advised us not to use the training videos, which was really discouraging.

I like that Aaniie Care makes it easy to check my schedule, clock in and out, and document care notes in real time. It helps keep everything accurate and reduces confusion about shifts or tasks.

One challenge is that caregivers and clients are not directly linked in Aaniie Care. This makes it difficult to easily track which caregiver is assigned to which client, and adds extra steps for scheduling and communication.

The fact that they have someone like Carvel Graham giving that kind of personalized, step-by-step support is a huge win. You don’t always find that level of care in software support.

If I had to sum up what stands out about Aaniie Care based on my experience, it would be:

User-friendly interface – easy navigation is everything.

Effective training videos – quick learning curve, less stress.

Top-tier customer support – shoutout to Carvel for being a total rockstar!

Guided onboarding – makes transitions smooth for teams like PCHC.

“Aaniie Care could improve by offering a wider variety of report types that are tailored to daily operations. Right now, there aren’t enough built-in reports to cover everything we need, which means extra time spent creating custom solutions or pulling data manually.”

Almost everything. I use it every day. The things I like best about Aaniie Care are the scheduling dashboard, the KPI's, adding new staff/clients is a breeze, the proximity map, staff can request shifts, I can approve requests off, we can send notifications of open shifts, etc. Aaniie is user-friendly, and I am able to teach new hires how to use it.

The only thing I dislike is that my staff get kicked out of the app at least once a week.

We have been using SmartCare software for past two years and have been very satisfied with the product - ease of use, implementation, user friendly interfaces, seamless invoice submission etc.

**What do you dislike about Aaniie Care?**

We recently became aware that a significant number of our invoices did not make to the payer because the visit status was invalid. Going back and forth between EVV integrator, Aaniie team and spending our time on - we confirmed that any change in the scheduled visit - caregiver, visit times etc. invalidates (stated as provider cancellation) that visit on the integrator site. The invoice submission does not get processed for such visits.  It is big issue for significant number of clients. Poor response to address it from Aaniie. If you are using Aaniie, please review visits meeting these criteria.

Providing all non-skilled homecare services including client and staff intake, management, scheduling, invoice submissions.

**What do you like best about Aaniie Care?**

After working with Aanie (previously SMARTcare) for a few years, I can say that the services are generally satisfactory. The technology is incredibly easy to use. However, the extra services I received today are what are motivating me to write a review after working with them. They are now quite good at responding to you with a solution and/or useful advice whenever there is a problem. However, this time I was experiencing a problem with my claims not being fed to my EVV provider, and after exchanging a few emails, Brian offered to give me a call. I had no expectations going into the meeting because it was just Brian and Rocky, and I didn't think much of it! However, I really appreciated and observed the time he and Rocky spent with me throughout that call! They discussed my problems and worries with me, gave me advice, and showed me how to simplify my billing process. Running a business and juggling a lot of daily responsibilities is so difficult, so I am really grateful that they could patiently make my job much easier! I'd like to thank you both for helping me write my first review!

**What do you dislike about Aaniie Care?**

The only downside (if I can say a downside because it is really not) is I don't recall a help desk number where I can call and get real-time and live help (not just via email). Most times my issues are not pressing, but it would be great to be able to resolve any issue that is needed the same day or at least have a number to call. For example, it took a couple of days to find a time to meet with the guys, which meant a few more days without being able to bill and get claims processed correctly. BUT this is nothing against the awesome guys who helped me today. Also, it would be nice if we can get the same options via the app just as we can via the webpage.

**What problems is Aaniie Care solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are required by the state to use an EVV system for accuracy of completion of shifts. By having SMARTcare, I am in compliance, and the system is user-friendly.

When we came onboard with Aaniie, our other platform was not customizable, nor did it have the hard close feature.  The platform is very customizable to our needs, and with the hard close option keeps the integrity of financials secure.   The employee visit verification was also key so we know where our staff is at all times.

The Corporate login, allows you to toggle between locations you would just have to enter your password each time, The workaround was to have Google save the password, which eliminates the issue.  Aaniie, does a good job at coming up with different workarounds

The employee visit verification,   Being able to keep track of our care staff credentials,  and customizable reports to fit our needs.

Their customer service is fantastic! Our rep always responds promptly and will take the time to send follow up emails, and ensure we understand the solutions. They are working to take what the users need, and develop updates based on usage instead of what the IT team thinks would help. Aaniie's software is instrumental in our success so we have to be able to easily use the product since it impacts our daily client's and caregiver's day. Our schedulers role relies on using this all day, everyday.

**What do you like best about Aaniie Care?**

Although this is a robust product, it is very user-friendly, and customer care is always available to walk you through anything you don't know or understand. I also like the short videos on specific areas you wish to focus on.

**What do you dislike about Aaniie Care?**

I'm new to the platform. I have not experienced anything I did not like. One major drawback is how the homegrown franchise system is not fully integrated with Smartcare.  Maybe the Franchise system should be discontinue.

**What problems is Aaniie Care solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Smartcare software is a one stop shop. It provides me with all I need to run my agencies. However, the franchise's platform is redundant. We should just use Smartcare.

**What do you like best about Aaniie Care?**

It allows us to be very efficient in our business, and Smartcare is very user-friendly; we have improved productivity. The staff is very responsive when you need assistance or have a question.

**What do you dislike about Aaniie Care?**

When I need to print out the daily care tasks for our client's LTC plan at the end of two weeks it is very long; this would be great if the tasks sheets could be more condensed.

The Smartcare team has assisted in walking me through getting my VA client's registered correctly when the claims would not go through.

Helps us streamline our operations. I like that we can provide caregiver rewards as an incentive for good performance. This has been a valuable feature and a great selling point for us

**What do you dislike about Aaniie Care?**

We often miss text messages when our caregivers send a text instead of using the Messages feature. If there was a way to get an alert when someone sends a text, that would be great

Easier communication with staff and accessibility to schedules/client information and coordination of care. Also staff accountability and ability to better staff open shifts

**What do you like best about Aaniie Care?**

We were skeptical about Smartcare at first, as we use PCC and this was the only system that they have that integrates with them for home care services. They have exceeded our expectations. not only is is user friendly, it has a great dashboard that gives you the information you need at your fingertips.

I cant really think of anything. It seems to be meeting all our needs so far.

scheduling, billing, tracking expenses and profit. It does all that we need it to do.

SMARTcare provides an innovative, continually upgraded business software system that continuously responds to customer needs. It manages everything from scheduling, multi-billing and coding systems, client management, recruiting and H.R. management, and fraud management through GPS tracking.

**What do you dislike about Aaniie Care?**

Marketing people need to consult more frequently with software developers to get accurate timelines for new features being developed.

SMARTcare is quickly becoming a one-stop shop for all forms of home care and home health care, including scheduling in facilities and coding for Medicaid billing.

**What do you like best about Aaniie Care?**

The customer service is excellent. I am always helped in a timely manner, and any issues are followed up on right away. This is SO appreciated!

**What do you dislike about Aaniie Care?**

Custom forms looks a bit sloppy since it shows ALL forms for ALL clients to ALL staff (even when not applicable to them). It would great to have this cleaned up so that only forms that were applicable to the employee/applicant could be assigned to that specific person. Custom forms also allows previously signed forms to be edited, which could be perceived as a bit unethical (since I could technically change the wording in an employee contract post-signature, which isn't really fair to the employee). Also, there is no bulk SMS feature. Finally, there is no SMS notification sent to employees to remind them of upcoming shifts (there is an email notification, but people do not check their email as frequently as their phone).

I have a more streamlined payroll via the integration with Deluxe. The scheduling system is also very cohesive and easy to use.

The Support Team explains their dashboard a  non-technical mind can easily understand and retain, AND they never make me feel foolish if I need help.

**What do you dislike about Aaniie Care?**

The support staff can be very busy so there may be a wait time for help. I plan accordingly and have not had an issue.

**What problems is Aaniie Care solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Invoicing. I will not need the added expense of dedicated personnel to handle my weekly invoicing. We can invoice quickly and move on to other functions.

I think the best part is the billing, is easy to send the info of the visits to Tellus to do the billing.

maybe the scheduling sometimes had been confusing, but we know the process.

The diagnosis codes were solved and helped to correct billing with the mandatory information for the aggregator.
