Who is Aaniie Care pricing best suited for?

Aaniie Care's pricing is best suited for home care agencies ranging from small businesses to mid-market organizations, particularly those operating in Hospital and Health Care or Health, Wellness and Fitness. G2 reviewers from small businesses praise Aaniie Care for consolidating scheduling, billing, EVV compliance, and caregiver management into one system — replacing spreadsheets and fragmented tools. Mid-market G2 users highlight multi-branch scalability, API reporting integrations, and robust scheduling dashboards as key drivers. One enterprise-segment G2 reviewer managing 13 branches across 5 states confirmed successful large-scale deployment. Aaniie Care's custom-quote pricing model makes it most practical for agencies with defined operational needs rather than solo practitioners or very early-stage startups.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Aaniie Care?

According to G2's pricing data for Aaniie Care, no free version or free tier is available. Aaniie Care's pricing is based entirely on custom enterprise quotes, meaning there is no self-serve entry-level plan or publicly listed starting price. G2 data on Aaniie Care does not indicate a free trial offering either. Prospective buyers must engage directly with Aaniie Care's sales team to receive pricing tailored to their agency size, number of users, and feature requirements. This custom-quote model means all access to Aaniie Care's scheduling, billing, EVV, caregiver rewards, payroll integrations, and CRM capabilities is gated behind a negotiated paid agreement.

Is Aaniie Care considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers of Aaniie Care consistently signal strong value, with the majority awarding 4.0 to 5.0 stars. Small-business and mid-market users in home care and health care frequently cite scheduling efficiency, EVV compliance, billing integrations, caregiver rewards, and responsive customer support as features that justify the cost. One G2 reviewer explicitly noted the software is "worth the cost." Aaniie Care's pricing is custom-quoted, so agencies avoid paying for unused tiers. The main value concerns raised by G2 users involve occasional app glitches, limited built-in report variety, and a learning curve during onboarding — not cost itself — suggesting Aaniie Care's pricing delivers well against user expectations for this specialized vertical.

What do you like best about Aaniie Care?

The original dashboard and scheduling functions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aaniie Care?

It does not meet the needs of our company in a few very specific ways. We have to create in house work around. The easiest thing to fix right now would be the ability to create Incident Reports in the App. We are a community Based business and our DSPs are in the field when they need to create IRs. Navigating to the browser etc is difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
