**What do you like best about Zenoti?**

What I like most about Zenoti is that it understands the salon and spa industry in a way many software companies don’t. It’s clear the platform was built with real operational challenges in mind — from appointment flow and reporting to memberships, guest experience, payroll, and multi-location management.

I also appreciate how robust the reporting and KPI tracking capabilities are. Being able to analyze performance, productivity, retention, retail, and booking trends in one place helps businesses make more informed decisions and create stronger accountability across teams.

Most importantly, I value that Zenoti continues evolving. The platform consistently introduces new features and improvements, which shows a commitment to innovation and supporting the changing needs of the industry.

**What do you dislike about Zenoti?**

One of the biggest challenges with Zenoti is that, because the platform is so robust, there can be a fairly steep learning curve for new users. Some areas of the system feel less intuitive than they could be, especially for teams that are not highly tech-comfortable.

At times, reporting and backend setup can also feel overly complex for smaller operational changes, and it can be difficult to know the most efficient way to accomplish certain tasks without additional training or support.

That said, many of these challenges come with the complexity of supporting such a comprehensive platform, and overall the strengths of the system outweigh the frustrations.

**What problems is Zenoti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zenoti helps solve one of the biggest challenges in the salon and spa industry by connecting operations, guest experience, reporting, marketing, payroll, inventory, and team performance within one system. For our organization, it has created better visibility into KPIs, productivity, retention, and overall business performance across multiple locations, allowing for stronger decision-making and accountability.

It has also improved communication and operational consistency between leadership, front desk teams, educators, and service providers. From a guest perspective, features like online booking, automated reminders, memberships, and guest history create a smoother, more personalized experience that supports retention and growth.

Our implementation experience was very positive as well. Jesse and Swarupa were knowledgeable, responsive, and consistently available throughout the transition process, which made the change feel much more manageable for our team.

What we like best about Zenoti is the excellent customer support, ease of use, and efficient appointment management system. The online booking feature and patient management tools help streamline our daily operations and improve the overall customer experience. We also appreciate the system integrations, strong performance, and the value for money it provides. In addition, Zenoti’s AI and intelligent features help improve efficiency and support better business management. The continuous support from the Zenoti team has also been a great advantage for our business.

Is that some features can be complex during the initial setup and may require additional time for training and adjustment. At times, certain customizations and integrations can also take longer to configure. However, the support team has been responsive and helpful in addressing concerns and providing solutions whenever needed.

Zenoti is helping us solve challenges related to appointment scheduling, patient management, online booking, and overall business operations. **What do you like best about Zenoti?**

I wanted to take a moment to share our experience with the onboarding process thus far.

Overall, we have been incredibly impressed—not only with the structure and progress of the onboarding, but more importantly, with the level of support we’ve received. Sudhanshu and Jesse Pooni have been nothing short of exceptional and truly redefine what customer service excellence looks like.

**What do you like best about Zenoti?**

I find Zenoti very helpful for scaling my business as it combines multiple platforms we use for daily operations into one. I like the AI integration, which is a game changer for our clients, assisting them even outside salon hours. The platform is user-friendly and the support team is always readily available, guiding me through the transition process and providing assistance whenever needed. These features make Zenoti a valuable asset to my salon operations. Also Sanal was our assigned agent and he was the best!!!

it takes a lot of time to set up initially but good things take time!

Zenoti helps scale my business by combining multiple platforms into one. The AI integration and user-friendly interface are valuable, and the support team and AI chatbot are readily available, assisting clients outside salon hours.

**What do you like best about Zenoti?**

Very feature rich. Lots of ways to tag, relate and report data. I also appreciate the integrations, including Aveda rewards system, and convenience of Zenoti payments. Primary support team (thank you Jesse and Karnika) has been very dedicated to the complex operation of migration and setup (still ongoing). The Zeenie chat assistant, while not always correct, has been invaluable.

**What do you dislike about Zenoti?**

The feature complexity comes at a steep cost. Configuration is not very intuitive, and often requires many steps to accomplish things that have been very simple in the past. Migration did not start off smoothly at all with employee schedules requiring a lot of manual intervention, which is really stressful for an appointment based business. In retrospect, I would have preferred spending more time stepping through every configuration option and less time on training in day to day operations, as once things are set up properly, that stuff is relatively easy to do.

**What problems is Zenoti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zenoti payments and Aveda integration are my two favorite things so far. I am looking forward to implementing more features to enhance our business (more addon recommendations, referral program, and automated campaigns).

Onboarding experience exceeded expectations as Jesse was available to answer questions at anytime of the day.  His knowledge of the salon industry and Zenoti help setup our system for success.  If it wasn't for him, I don't think we would have been able to make the switch.

We have seen growth in our sales since switching and are becoming more familiar with the different features as there are so many to help us to grow our business.  Jesse has continued to work with us after the switch to help us learn the system.

After years of operating across multiple systems, the idea of having everything in one place felt very appealing.

**What do you dislike about Zenoti?**

Nothing at this point—check back with me in a year. The only thing I can say right now is that the system feels very robust, but the learning curve is pretty extensive. That’s been my experience so far; others with more technical skills may find it much easier than I do.

Zenoti is taking the place of: Nextive phone system, Salonbiz booking software and Reach AI and our separate membership payment system. It is placing it all in one location with easy to see access.

Zenoti has been a game changer for HEALTH + GLOW. We love the innovative features, functionalities and reporting it has to offer. The whole process from demo to signing up to implementation to onboarding and going live was well organized, communicated and executed precisely. A big thank you to Manish Modani (Project Manager), Prabhu Jogan (Product Specialist), Harish Boddupalli (Technical Project Manager) and Disha (Implementation Consultant) for always being accessible and guiding us throughout the process. Zenoti has many layers and capabilities which might seem complex at first but once you do the training sessions and start working with Zenoti in real time, it all comes together and you wish you had signed up with Zenoti earlier. The web capabilities, client booking options and AI features makes it seamless for both businesses and clients.

Zenoti's customer support is definitely the most helpful part. They are extremely responsive. Zenoti is really easy to use,  has a beautiful appointment book, offers robust reporting, and their HyperConnect messaging system is unmatched. Performs very well, offers integrations for anything needed, and is 100% worth the price when it comes to the value you receive.

**What do you dislike about Zenoti?**

I will say sometimes when you need to do something quite simple, there are a lot of small steps you need to take (like lots of buttons to click to get to that one simple task). BUT, Zenoti is constantly updating its system to make it more seamless, and that's helpful.

Connecting with customers - their integrated HyperConnect system helps you reach the client directly, and that saves a lot of front desk hours. Also, reporting. Zenoti's reporting is very clear and offers a lot of data to help your business grow.

I like Zenoti's accessibility and the numerous profile features it offers. It enables me to access information quickly about each of our customers right at our fingertips. It allows us to populate and find information about clients easily. The initial setup was seamless, and I want to acknowledge the support provided by one of Zenoti's employees, Jesse Pooni Despite primarily supporting onboarding situations, he has provided ongoing support over the years, especially when purchasing new terminals or trying to reset existing ones. He's always been available to help and answer our questions, ensuring we get up and running smoothly. I can’t thank him enough for his continued support

**What do you dislike about Zenoti?**

Sometimes I think Zenoti changes the interface too often, so you get used to one view, and the way of using Zenoti, and then it's updated and the interface changes sometimes too often for my liking.

Zenoti solves the problem of client accessibility, allowing easy online bookings. It also helps us access customer information quickly and find details easily.

The support from Sudhandsu onboarding has been fantastic. I really love all the features i have like the hyperconnect, reporting, my zen app, same day tips and google reviews and booking built right in.

**What do you dislike about Zenoti?**

Things on our apps and online keep randomly changing and then it will come back again. It can be pretty confusing to have access to things and then all of a sudden not have access. I also am paying for all the features but dont currently have access to them. Like the hyperconnect bot and client app. I signed on in November and its taken 2 months just to onboard onto the booking system and im sure it will take some time to get those other features up and running too.

Sudhansu literally fixes everything for me. He is responsive, thourough, and on top of everything that i have requested. I would be nervous to not have him.

**What do you like best about Zenoti?**

I love that Zenoti has everything in one place, which is really well put together and makes our operations smoother. My favorite feature is Zennie, which allows me to type any question I have about the system and quickly get directions and suggestions. Zenoti's setup was super easy, and it's incredibly customizable, offering everything we need in a software.

**What do you dislike about Zenoti?**

The clocking in option and possibly the mobile app could be improved. The calendar feels a little clunky, and I'd love to be able to pinch and zoom. When I'm on the calendar view with all my stylists, I'd like to click on any appointment and edit their information, but currently, I can only click on appointments under my own calendar. Also, I'd love to see the hyperconnect link on the bottom of the app screen because it's on the top right corner now and is very easy to miss, especially since it's pretty small.

I use Zenoti for scheduling, client communication, reporting, and marketing, all in one place. 'Zennie' quickly provides directions and suggestions. Zenoti's customization surpasses other software, and the setup was super easy.

My only issue is with the online booking system. My guests are required to leave a deposit, which then leaves them unable to cancel their appointment from the webstore.

Zenoti solved a major problem for us by offering Aveda integration. This has resolved many issues for my guest care team, our guests, and me, and it has made our day-to-day work much smoother.

I like that the booking process and flow with Zenoti is a lot better than what I was using before. It's now easier for our customers to book appointments with less time my staff has to spend on booking. The whole onboarding process is great, along with the rest of the Zenoti team's support. The communication and daily Teams meetings help, as does the time given to resolve any issues or questions.

**What do you dislike about Zenoti?**

I would say having it set up not like a salon, but having the option to actually have rooms versus rooms being names of providers. I wish I would get alerts for any text messages through the Zenoti app. It is a lengthy process to learn everything, but is going great.

Zenoti streamlined our booking, making it easier for customers to book and reducing the time my staff spends on bookings. They supported us through migration and onboarding, with clear communication and fast issue resolution.

Our business migrated over to zenoti a couple of months ago and it has  been a wonderful experience with all the great capabilities they offer especially for franchising. Our account manager Jesse P. is quick and efficient and lovely to work with. He has a clear understanding of our wnats and needs and always finds. a solution for us.

**What do you like best about Zenoti?**

Zenoti has a lot of features I love, it is a lot of clicking sometimes but it really  gets into the nitty gritty of the business. Many reports and formats, I also love the calendar feature which allows custom reports based on specific time frames. Performs well, pricing seems fair, AI is ever growing and can typically help before escalating to the tech team. And the tech team, great support! it doesn't matter how long it takes to troubleshoot, they'll keep at it until resolved. And the integrations like hyperconnect and Mia the AI agent, top tier.

A lot of clicking to get to something, seems like its being worked on as there's always a new update/rollout.

**What problems is Zenoti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I enjoy Zenoti, and I keep learning more and more regarding what it can do ... all of its functions and capabilities. Customer service has been top tier as well. Very fast reliable clear assistance from the tech team.

They don’t offer human resources or time-off tracking features, which is something I was looking for.

Zenoti has enabled us to move from three separate software packages to one. It combines our salon purchasing and scheduling, inventory management, reporting, and payroll into a single, easy-to-use system. The user interface needs improvement. The initial setup wasn't easy because migration takes a lot of time, and getting used to the new system is time-consuming, but the implementation team especially Sanal and Shamanth were very great help!

**What do you like best about Zenoti?**

We have loved that it is completely customizable. It is very feature heavy, and considerations have been given to almost every scenario due to the multiple clients on the platform and time in business. Much has already been thought through and there are solutions for 99% of what I needed in my business. 

I love the way we can categorize services into primary & secondary types for public display on our booking link. This helps new and existing clients find our services with ease. 

There are some pretty simple things that they offer that I didn't get with my old platform that I am loving. Electronic & redeemable gift cards online. A referral program with each client having an auto-generated unique code to share. Prompting for tips on select services with a provider but withholding on others. Multiple & automated waivers/forms based on appointment type. etc. Like I mentioned, these are all pretty standard but were features that were missing on my old platform. 

The migration of all my data, including payment tokens, forms, etc. was pretty impressive also. We have a ton of data, and I believe we will get it all to transfer. Having a dedicated account manager and migration specialist was crucial and they did a great job for us! Thanks Cami & Rakshith!  

Also, the platform has a little AI bot chat feature that is actually pretty solid.

**What do you dislike about Zenoti?**

At first, the quantity of features was a bit overwhelming. There are just so many things you can do and it’s easy to get lost in the sauce early on. That slowly resolves itself overtime and becomes more of a perk than a hinderance. 

I also wish that they had a direct phone line for their support team. Maybe they do but so far I have been chatting through the AI bot, then if I don't find an answer, it will give an option to connect to an agent, but it usually isn't very fast that someone connects. Once they do, they have been helpful with screenshots and have even sent links for a video call when needed.

Absolutely worth the switch. We opted for a full migration package, and the team was super helpful. There is no way I would be doing all of this myself. Our staff is enjoying the platform and learning as we go! Some quirks here and there but there has yet to be a platform that handles our offerings as cohesively as Zenoti.

Zenoti helped us with our lack of integration with our software and point of sale tool. It also eased our need for additional and customizable forms based on services. It has helped with automation of gift cards and referral programs.

Sanal and Jesse were always available during the transition to jump on a call.  Jesse is actually a business owner of a Barbershop which made it easy when talking barbershop lingo.  Sanal was very patient with me and was great at setting everything up correctly.


The software is allowing me to introduce Memberships to my customers across both locations and now I have a great app for my customers to download.  There is so much to learn but definitely the right software to grow my business.

I would recommend all Barbershop switching to Zenoti to ask for Sanal and Jesse.

Zenoti's forward thinking and focus on the emerging AI offerings are what made me switch.  We also wanted to centralize and simplify all of our programs into one system.  Our old software was powerful and honestly, really good.  However any additional services like tips, payroll, and marketing was in a different add on program and it was getting too messy to administer.

Zenoti has a lot of really great features that our old software didn't handle as well.  It also could use a few upgrades.  for example, when navigating away from the home page to open the schedule, the schedule needs to open in a new tab.  Many time I need to toggle back and forth between the appointment book and reference a report or some other piece of information and I can't because it closes out one page to open another.  I have started to have two web pages with Zenoti running concurrently to be able to compare data on the appointment screen with anything other data.

Onboarding & Migration took a while but was done well.
The Zenoti team is responsive, the migration (data, forms, payment tokens) and onboarding support has been very helpful.

The level of reporting and marketing feature they have as well is also very in depth. We literally use this software daily, and we are fully onboard with them.

They have been a great team in always helping me out with setting up a new zenoti center account, we open franchise centres all the time and i would not choose to communicate with anyone else. They make the process very easy and get things done quickly. I truly love using zenoti and whenever i get stuck, These 2 great team members, respond very quickly!!

The platform is robust and gives us the ability to track appointments and financial metrics in a way we weren't able to do using our old systems. I had excellent hands-on help with the onboarding team who listened to my concerns and walked me through step by step to ensure that we got everything set up the way we wanted before our go-live date. A special shout out to Puru who was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with me when I had questions or needed to make changes. I'm not sure we could have gotten across the finish line without his help! ..and he's still helping me learn more about some of the other features I haven't mastered yet.

**What do you dislike about Zenoti?**

I was surprised how many SMS credits we went through in the first week (we exhausted all 1000 included in our plan). These credits are expensive and the additional cost we are incurring is substantial. The sales -person made it seem like 1000 was plenty per month...it's not even close. Paying for these credits alone could double the monthly fee we pay for the program.

I think Zenoti University could be improved. There are so many lessons that it becomes difficult to remember which lesson talked about a particular module or work flow that I need to review. It would be nice to have a directory or the ability to search for a specific instruction within a particular video without having to open multiple lessons before finding the right spot in the right lesson.

Features:
We utilize forms-on-the-fly quite a bit for lab reviews and lab requests. These forms are completed by a practitioner, then need to be emailed to the patient. Going thought the steps of opening and saving to a pdf take too much time.It would be nice to be able to email specific forms (both filled or not filled) directly from the expanded appointment on the forms tab or the patient profile. Currently only unfilled forms can be emailed and selecting the "email" icon sends all enabled service forms, not just the one next to the icon you select.

It would be nice to have the ability to send emails from Hyper Connect.

It would be nice to be able to navigate from an appointment listed under the patient profile to the schedule book via a hyperlink.

**What problems is Zenoti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The previous owner of our MedSpa was running 4 different systems (PO, EMR, CRM, Photo Management) to do what Zenoti can do in one place. I am also planning to connect Quickbooks to Zenoti in the future. I like how robust the system is (although it makes it harder to learn). Having a tight history of appointments, invoices, inventory, and sales metrics is great,

very good features, easy to use, multiple API options, excellent support

monthly view not good,some work automation we need to pay extra like for eg  Zapier, limited forms

We need a EMR that has everything including e scribe, API, great customer support

**What do you like best about Zenoti?**

Very customizable to be able to do the things we need to as a business. Also is user-friendly and the University is helpful for our staff.

**What do you dislike about Zenoti?**

We sometimes run into things that Zenoti does not have the capability to do, for example machines cannot be connected to add-ons.

**What problems is Zenoti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The HyperConnect is super helpful and being able to speak to clients while we are closed.

**What do you like best about Zenoti?**

The platform offers a vast range of features, making it a comprehensive solution for managing appointments, payments, and customer data, point-of-sale (POS), inventory, employee scheduling, marketing all in a single platform.The booking process is fast, smooth, and incredibly well-organized, allowing us to capture all necessary client details seamlessly. The Customer Support team is excellent and provide support 24X 7 , especially Lydia , who have been really helpful .A special shoutout to Kirti, who went above and beyond to ensure we were supported every step of the way.

**What do you dislike about Zenoti?**

Zenoti can be quite complex to implement, and it might not be suitable for every business. To fully utilize its wide range of features, it requires a dedicated internal team to manage and support the system on an ongoing basis.The onboarding process can be very time intrusive, with many features needing detailed explanation. The initial setup demands a significant investment of time and resources to get everything running smoothly.
