I appreciate that Ybug offers every critical feature necessary compared to all other alternatives and maintains an excellent price point. This makes it an invaluable tool for our software development agency. The ease of integrating a feedback widget for bug reporting and new feature requests across simultaneously developed projects is a game-changer. The integration capabilities, including a comprehensive dashboard and multiple channels for routing feedback, ensure that everything is seamlessly reported and addressed. Additionally, the team's responsiveness to feedback and requests is outstanding, consistently implementing suggestions and changes, even for users not on the highest pricing plans. This flexibility makes it feel like Ybug satisfies all our needs straight out of the box, and if additional features are required, they are likely to be implemented quickly. Nothing really. A small nice-to-have feature would be guests mode, but Ybug sends all reports to our PM tool anyway where all the guests are already in.

I use Ybug to easily track bugs and feedback with a widget, integrate reports into a dashboard, and route them effectively, which improves project management and collaboration.

**What do you like best about Ybug?**

Ybug makes collecting feedback and bugs extremely smooth, even for non-technical users. Annotated screenshots, automatic environment information (browser, console, URL, screen size), and integrations with our project management tools save considerable time during testing and support phases. Installation is quick, the interface is clear, and the team behind the product is responsive and attentive.

Nothing to report, the experience is overall very satisfactory.

Ybug eliminates unnecessary back-and-forth during feedback or testing phases. Each report arrives already complete: annotated screenshot, technical context (browser, console, URL, resolution), and direct link to the relevant page. Result: fewer clarifications to request, significant time savings for the team, and faster and more precise problem resolution.

YBug makes it incredibly easy for our End Users, QAs, and POs, to report bugs and feedback directly from the application, with all the context we need (screenshots, browser info, console logs).
It has streamlined our QA and Development process, saving us time and reducing misunderstandings considerably.
Is very easy to integrate in DEV/QA/PRD environments.
The customer support is extremely fast, less than 1 business day.
We use Ybug in every project to get testing feedback asap.

While YBug is great for capturing feedback, the reporting features feel limited.

YBug speeds up bug reporting by capturing all the technical details we need, like issue + screenshot + console log + user, helping us resolve issues faster and more efficiently.

**What do you like best about Ybug?**

Provides perfect screen-shotting capabilities as well as additional features like console logging, all for a very reasonable price-point. Also integrated with the tools we already use.

I have had a near-perfect experience with the tool, and when that hasn't been perfect, their support team has stepped in to make it right by providing product fixes and enhancements. I'm very happy with Ybug!

It's solving login issues that my students have at times. They can now use the screen sharing tools Ybug offers to show me what they see so I can troubleshoot and help them log back into the site.

**What do you like best about Ybug?**

I like its simplicity and flexibility which makes it a one-tool-fits-all or many purposes solution. We're using Ybug to do reviews of our website, of our online courses, but also of our software screenshots (requires that they need to be opened in the browser). Our reviewers who are from different teams across our company love Ybug too because they got familiar with it in no time.
And I want to mention the agility of the Ybug team: They fix issues within a short period of time and are constantly working on improving the tool - always taking into account the users' needs and worries.
Another plus are the many integrations Ybug offers.

**What do you dislike about Ybug?**

I'm sure Ybug will add more granular edit and setting options, but nothing that I'm missing right now, comes to my mind.
However, as we are often running similar review projects, a way to copy projects or use templates would be nice-to-have to save time in repetitive, manual actions.

**What problems is Ybug solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Ybug mainly to capture linguistic issues in our software, but also other types of issues on our website. It's really simple to set up and use and can be linked to our project management tool Asana.

**What do you like best about Ybug?**

It is simple but intuitive and fills the role it needs to to allow for feedback both internally and from clients on ways to improve and fix our platform. The customer service at Ybug is also extremely good. We have already used Ybug to fix some very glaring issues that were reported, so I would recommend it to others with similar needs.

It doesn't integrate with Zoho currently

It allows our users and our internal team both to report bugs or errors in our data to have a cleaner user experience overall.

**What do you like best about Ybug?**

I like the simplicity of the parametrization, yet the sophisticated functionality in the background. It is a perfect tool for implementation projects, with no time you will have a prepared solution fur bug tracking and ticket collections. Have been using this tool with e-mail + redmine integration and it was just really good. From user perspective it is absolutely simple, project is defined by the web url where they are standing at and they focus only on the problem reporting. All technicall info is sent automatically.

It would be great if we have users integrated with our domain so there is no need to add them manually, but it is only one time job, no big issue.

**What do you like best about Ybug?**

It was extremely easy and fast to install for our internal needs via the browser extension. As the only thing needed is an account and the extension, I don't think it is possible to have a faster installation process.
We are a small team at the moment of this review, lots to do without enough time. When I saw the extension and how it works, I jumped on it and send the info to other team members. Now they can create bug or anything else) reports with ease and very quickly. The automatic screenshot + drawing capabilities are super useful.

Everything else is more classic, but works very weel and is fast.

As the team will grow, there may be some problems to use Ybug this way, but for a small to middle size team, it is perfect.

Support is not needed as everything is easy to use and works well. But if you need to contact them one day, they will provide precise and fast answer.

**What do you dislike about Ybug?**

Some missing features that will be added very soon: assignee on issue, labels management.

**What problems is Ybug solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ybug is our way to report bug that do not generate an error response server side: CSS/HTML problems, UX problems, missing translation problems, incorrect data problems, etc Everything other than a pure 500 error is reported through Ybug, by anybody in the company that have the browser extension. No need to explain how to use it, it is very easy.

Ybug is intuitive and easy to use for someone who by nature is not technical.  It is quite flexible - where some tools are limited to bug reporting, we use Ybug not only to report bugs, but to also solicit feedback on specific pages and products.  Ybug also provides an invaluable screenshot that enables a customer to show us the exact issue. On top of this, service is excellent.

The ability to make the screenshots right after the review writing. Very easy to use. There are a lot of integration options incl. webhooks and it's great!

There's no ability to download the screenshots but it's not so critical.

Easy to install process, Jira and Github integration. We found a bug with taking screenshots in an iframe, which was submitted and fixed by the really responsive team.

you cannot leave comments on ybug, yet we use Jira or Github integration, were we leave feedback comments, so this is not essential.

**What do you like best about Ybug?**

Ybug is very easy to integrate into your solution and it has plenty of customization options to match your use-case. The screen-shot + annotation features are a godsend; the users can easily submit a bug report or a feature enhancement that points directly to the pain point. Also, direct integration with Jira makes it even better.

**What do you dislike about Ybug?**

Ybug works very well as is now, there isn't really anything I dislike about it.

**Recommendations to others considering Ybug:**

Give Ybug a chance, it will take a big chunk of work off your plate so you can focus on your actual product.

With YBug I allow the users of my fitness application to directly submit feedback while using the app, find a problem, or see the potential for improvement. My users love that they can send feedback with an associated screenshot.

**What do you like best about Ybug?**

Console log sent on bug report, extremely simple interface for clients to interact with. Screenshots with mark ups and text has made debugging visual issues infinitely easier.

**What do you dislike about Ybug?**

In all honesty, I think the pricing tiers should be simplified; I can see there being a large market of people who would throw this on a project if it included console logging and basic bug reporting features.

Front end bugs, back end bugs, client bugs. Benefits are that we are able to get direct and instant feedback from users while the app is being tested and used live.

Ybug is free to start, easy to integrate, and allows you to really customize its appearance and manually trigger the window. With a bit of CSS + JS, you can turn this from a simple feedback tool into something that is truly integrated into your software product. The support is phenomenal.

There is nothing I dislike about Ybug. It's the best integrated user feedback solution on the market.

Getting familiar with Ybug really takes a few minutes. Widget for customers is absolutely easy to use and has everything customers might need.
Widget settings also provide all options which were relevant for us. 

In short, Ybug covers our needs and does not provide unnecessary and complicated things.

There were some things we missed in Ybug widget but after getting in touch with developers everything has been resolved/implemented. We are happy about their approach!

Very discrete and integrates with clickup.
Easy install on my electron app.
Dashboard is simple and clear.

It could have an option to catch errors on console and automatically open a bug form.
Some snapshots I made did not catch images and instead error placeholders (don't know if it is by design due to privacy).

Even the free version has all the necessary tools, has essential functionality (like several available languages), and looks nice.

Hard to find anything missing. A nice feature tho would be to change the language of the feedback window independent of the browser setting.

For my needs Ybug was the best solution. Easy setup, quick and good support, excellent service.

It gives comprehensive insights over my projects. Pricing is affordable. Available also free plans for non-profit and small businesses. Easy to set up and use. Widget doesn't slow down my website or make too many DNS calls.

There is nothing to complain so far. Everything works as described. If there would be an integration option for free plans, it would be even better!

Having tried all the competitors out there, Ybug has checked all the prices for us:

- Unbeatable pricing
- Great third-party integrations
- A responsive team

The last checkbox is huge for us. Ybug's team will ALWAYS address your feedback and is very quick to add features when it makes sense. They've also proactively reached out to us in the past if there have been any issues (which rarely happens)

Overall I'm very happy with the service and performance Ybug has been providing.

**What do you dislike about Ybug?**

Nothing so far. We had a couple of deal-breakers or dislikes about how the product worked but they've incorporated all of our feedback so far.

**Recommendations to others considering Ybug:**

For the sake of ingesting feedback with screenshots, Ybug does it perfectly. Some other services may provide additional integrations but they're way more costly.

**What problems is Ybug solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Ybug to let users submit product feedback with screenshots, and then we route that feedback as Zendesk tickets. Ybug also lets us submit internal metadata that helps our success team better answer the feedback that comes in.

The best feature is the widget that easily installed on your website and allow to make a screenshot of your page by user with all graphic tools to show you the exact place of the issue on the website.

**What do you dislike about Ybug?**

I cannot find anything I dislike. The tool is awesome. A quick suggestion: it would great to have internal ticket system, or a simple tool that will provide a quick respond or thanks to a user for the submitted bug.

**Recommendations to others considering Ybug:**

A quick response system to the submitter would be great. Or at least when you choose - "close" the issue it would be great to notify the submitter with a "thank you" email.

**What problems is Ybug solving and how is that benefiting you?**

People are lazy and they don't want to open a ticket with a minor issue at the website. They rather close the tab. So this tool give us a great advantage!

Easy to use interface. Great emails from the founders that guide you through the experiance.

Don't have video recording capture. This is a feature I would need.

Capturing bugs live and automating transfer of these bugs to our Development pipeline.

Nothing at the moment, all seems fine for us.

I would recommend this as a bug/issue ticket creation tool.
Easy to use and affordable.

**What problems is Ybug solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A major problem solved by using Ybug is issue/bug ticket creation straight into JIRA. It also allows us to take screenshots with notes and add them to the ticket straight away, which is very helpful for the team.

A quick opportunity to get fixes via the web interface from our clients, all fixes get into our task system and bugs with the statuses. Rich e-mail and Zapier integration capabilities.

I would like more flexible user interface customization.

**What do you like best about Ybug?**

Simple setup, quick and easy to submit a report to slack and trello, and ability to annotate markup.

**What do you dislike about Ybug?**

Would like better control of feedback overlay or ability to auto hide maybe. Sometimes it covers important content.

**What problems is Ybug solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are building advanced customer administrator dashboards deployed over many servers. Ybug allows developers and customer to easily submit a bug report with ability to see exactly what occurred, so much easier to debug.
