Having used the platform for email and communication, this reviewer appreciates the internalization for various providers and the IMAP connection for synchronization. The SMS service for reaching new customers is lacking.

What do you like best about XgenPlus?

As a marketing agency person we keep checking new ways to reach many customers and new technologies for available clients. Instant messaging and video calling are added features when compared with other hosting providers. Can work with any language. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about XgenPlus?

It's still upcoming though. People need to recognize it and support needs to be improved. A wrong password for login takes 2 days to reset it. Could make it faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is XgenPlus solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is still in testing stage. But one platform for all the marketing needs helps all the agencies to drive better and faster approach for more clients. Prices are moderate but for first few years or for some packages if there are any lower prices it works better. It's easy to understand and integrate everything.
