I love WorkforceHub's clean and user-friendly interface which makes navigating daily HR tasks faster and more organized. The platform is reliable for workforce management, offering smooth functionality in time tracking, scheduling, and employee data management. It is particularly valuable for streamlining attendance tracking, scheduling, and updating employee data, tasks that once required significant manual effort. The initial setup process was very straightforward, thanks to the guided steps and well-organized layout, which facilitated easy configuration. I am occasionally hindered by the longer load times of certain features when navigating between modules in WorkforceHub. Enhancing the speed and responsiveness would greatly improve the platform's usability.

**What do you like best about WorkforceHub?**

I like that WorkforceHub makes everyday work much easier. It is simple to check attendance, see shift schedules, and approve time-off requests. Everything is in one place, so I don’t have to use different apps or spreadsheets.
The mobile app is also helpful, especially for employees who work outside the office and need to clock in. Overall, it saves time and keeps everything more organized.

**What do you dislike about WorkforceHub?**

Sometimes the system feels a little slow, especially when opening reports. Creating custom reports is not very simple, and it can take extra time to find what I need.
A few features are a bit confusing at first, and notifications sometimes come late. If the speed and reporting improve, the experience would be much better.

**What problems is WorkforceHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkforceHub helps us fix many everyday HR problems. Before this, tracking attendance and shifts was difficult and often caused mistakes. Now everything is stored in one place, so it is easier to check who is working, who is late, or who has requested time off.
It also reduces manual work because employees can see their own schedules and request changes without always contacting HR. This saves time for everyone and keeps our work more organized.

I like the fact that our information is in the cloud and not prone to failure locally.

**What do you dislike about WorkforceHub?**

I dislike the fact that although we probably had fingerprint failures on our old system with Icontime, that in many cases, because there's not an option to bypass the fingerprints without removing altogether with these timeclocks, that pushes me toward other alternatives that I get some pushback on from our management but yet if we don't spend to upgrade, we have to live with what we have, which is fine as long as I can work with the users to ensure their time is being logged in some way, just not always effectively through the fingerprint process.

**What problems is WorkforceHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think the biggest thing is having backups in the cloud as well as the ease to backup locally, although it might be somewhat awkward for others.

**What do you like best about WorkforceHub?**

I like the product itself and that it can be modified to accomplish what the individual company needs it to do. 
Pricing is great, although a bit deceptive for a small company. It was described as a per-person charge, but we were never notified of minimums before agreeing to use the service. However, the cost is low enough that we're able to justify continued usage.

**What do you dislike about WorkforceHub?**

Customer Service. There is always a huge delay in response time. For example, on 1/28/2025, I opened a service request online through WorkforceHub's Internet form and followed through by sending an email to a manager on the same day. Other than an automated confirmation received on the same day assuring me that my request had been received, I have not heard from anyone regarding the problem we have encountered with the software's programming. Predicted response time in the automated response was 3 to 10 business days. We are at 8 days and counting with no personal response.

A second customer service issue I've encountered is that the service staff do not read through the full issue or call for clarification. This often leaves complaints unresolved or only partially resolved.

**What problems is WorkforceHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is meant to meet the timekeeping requirements placed on the company by the city. It does accomplish this. However, some of the programming (related to leave calculations) is incorrect and that will be problematic if it is left uncorrected. If working correctly, I could potentially drop outside spreadsheets that calculate employee leave.

I have now been through two implementations with Workforce Hub and in both instances, they were very easy to work with and helped make the process as smooth and simple as possible.

**What do you dislike about WorkforceHub?**

The only issue I had was not really an issue, just a little confusing.
I was communicating with several people all at the same time and until I completely understood the process it was a little confusing trying to figure out who did what and who I needed to direct some of my questions.

Accurate time punches and instant ability to confirm who is working or has worked at a specific time in real time.

We have a number of employees who work different schedules and often at various locations. Through Workforce Hub we are able to keep track of the hours worked and communicate with our whole team efficiently. The staff has been incredible with onboarding and helping us get the most out of the application.

WorkforceHub takes a few weeks to get fully set up, but generally this is positive because the staff help train you and explain the features available

We can track our staff hours when we have events out of our studio and communicate with employees through the app to clarify any questions about their time worked.

I am the payroll admin for my company. This is my first time using WorkforceHub for timekeeping. I have been using the software for 2 years now and have not had any issues using this software.

**What do you dislike about WorkforceHub?**

There really isn't anything that I do not like about WorkforceHub. Evertyhing seems to be user friendly on my end.

I have an open ticket to allow users to be able to print their own timecards after closing instead of requesting from customer service to print the timecard for me. Other than that I do not have any other pending problems.

**What do you like best about WorkforceHub?**

We have been using Workforce Hub for around a year and we are extremely satisfied with the available options and ease of use. A large portion of our employees are not extremely tech savy but they are still able to easily understand how to use the various clock in methods and navigate the employee portal for HR related tasks. It was very simple to setup our two timeclocks for each location and customer support was very helpful during the initial setup. We can easily export our time punches in the approprate format for import into our payroll software. For any time punch review we can easily navigate and make the minor changes needed.

Some employees are able to make use of the extra features like phone punches and time card review. 

We originally were seeking a simplified but powerful software package that had what was needed to comply with various HR standards and timekeeping rules. This is the best choice if your company handles your own payroll solutions. It was simple to integrate all of the features into our current operation including the potential to handle new applicants through the applicant stack module.

We will be using Workforce Hub for the forseeable future because it checks all the boxes we are looking for without overpaying for features we don't use.

Some of the options can be embedded in hard to find areas.

Managing passwords for certain users or setting "admin" level controls can be confusing.

Punch ID's are handled behind the scenes so there could be improved visibility.

Setting up or managing a time clock requires a call to customer service.

Complete Suite to manage all time punch and HR tasks

I really like the idea that they give you the 30 day demo to try out, and once you commit, they are with you every step of the way. They trouble shoot all different scenarios with you, and its just a great experience.

It is solving our tracking of PTO and allowing staff to see when other staff have requested time off and eliminates the manual processes.

I feel like my questions are quickly responded to as long as I have a direct contact. With that contact people are very responsive. The program is very easy to use. When I submit an issue, I haven't had to worry about WorkforceHub following up. They have always reached out to me in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about WorkforceHub?**

There have been a few times when I'm passed off and told I need to work with a different company for an outcome and then that company says I need to work with Workforce Hub. That situation has been frustrating.
To impliment a few changes seems to be a bit of a hastle. Finding the right people seems to be a bit of a challenge for changes.

**What problems is WorkforceHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This gives my team an easy way to track their timecards. The system is nearly fool proof. It also does the math for me of their time. I like how easy it is to verify their time, make corrections, communicate, and it's accuracy.

Working with the WorkforceHub staff was a pleasant experience and they were supportive. We really like some of the flexibiity WorkforceHub provides for a rather easy migration from old system to their new WorkforceHub.

From a programmatic side, in regards to customizations, there were some limiting factors for integrating into our local network.  All and all though, we found create ways to work around those limits.

Using WorkforceHub has been liberating for us, as individual employees have a lot more access and it's easier for everyone involved to know things like how much vacation or sick pay is available and/or has been used.

We had a couple of minor challenges getting the hardware to properly synch to our payroll software but there was plenty of customer support available to help us work through the issues.

The differentials. It's the reason we stick with using the product.

**What do you dislike about WorkforceHub?**

Visibility. You can't share an entire schedule with your team. In fact, you can't share the schedule with a manager or scheduler either. It's ridiculous. In order to share the schedule, you have to be an admin. I can't give my entire workforce admin privledges just so they can see the team's schedule!

It's tracking our differentials and holidays in a way that no other software offers.

**What do you like best about WorkforceHub?**

Employee access to use PTO time and be able to see missed punches.  The app is user-friendly for employees to see their time.

**What do you dislike about WorkforceHub?**

Profile of employee section is not user-friendly.  Too many steps to save each tab to set up a new person or change multiple things at one time.
First names are listed first on employee invite screen instead of uniform lists by last name.
Having to set up the owner as an employee and pay for him to ONLY review time. He isn't using the system to punch in or out.
PTO request should default to Paid first instead of Unpaid.

I love how easy it easy to use the time keeping .  We had hiccups along the way with respect the differentials but those were fixed.

**What do you dislike about WorkforceHub?**

I do not care for the NON ALPHABETICAL BY LAST NAME filtering.  Who has ever done that.  THey fixed a portion of it but the invite list and PTO Balances are still alphabetical by first name.  

I wish the payroll side of this were together.  THe transition was a bit confusing.  I had a hard time with payroll at first and ALL STAFF complain about their PTO not showing up on their pay stubs.   THis is a result of 2 companies and apparrently guhroo does not print PTO balances on PAYSTUBS

I wish PTO followed through with integration

Integration  for payrolll was a pain and is still a pain every time I do my monthly financial as they dont integrate as you would expect with quickbooks.  If that could be fixed that would be great, Have thought of switching back to quickbooks

Alphabetical by last name is almost there.  Still need to work on PTO Balances and Employee Invites as there is still no rhyme or reason to the way they are filtering

Workforce Hub has been much easier than physical time cards when it comes time to process payroll. It has also made managing time off requests significantly easier!

**What do you dislike about WorkforceHub?**

It could be the wifi in our building, but many of our employees find that their punches don't register when using the app. We are getting physical clocks to midigate this. It's also a bit hard to see employee notes so I usually have my employees tell me when they have a correction in addition to noting it in the app.

With a growing staff manually managing time off requests and time cards became too cumbersome. Having a software solution to calculate hours, overtime, and PTO has streamlined that process.

It was easy to set up an online trial. It also integrates with Gusto, supposedly.

There is NO support or instructions for tech support. There is a phone line that is never answered, whose voicemail is full. I signed up for a plan that is supposed to allow me to schedule my staff, yet there is no link at all on my dashboard to this feature. Trying to ask them how to do it, tells you exactly what they think of their customers: they don't care! Instead, they spam me with text messages with links to do things that I already know how to do! I have never encountered such terrible service and support, and this is just for my new account!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

So far it hasn't solved my problem at all, and since it does not provide any tech support for their supposedly great product, I am very likely to cancel the trial. They don't answer the phone either!

Reports! Even the customizable reports are not customizable enough. An example would be a report for birthdays and anniversaries by month. I don't need every employee's birthday or work anniversary. I only want the month we are in.

Customer support takes too long to answer emails if they answer at all.

The easy access of making a job description, posting of positions, and onboarding if fantastic.  Makes my it so much easier.

Doesn't work with Quickbooks desktop and the forms are harder in Swipeclock to create. Trying to create something for travel requests that are staff need to attend conferences, programs, etc.

Also, would like to be able for dropbox on my created "stay interview" form.

We are not using Time & Attendance yet but in the future, we will be using it.  Like the workforce management, scheduling, and the ability to have personnel files paperless.

I enjoy that I can see see my associates timecards and adjust them fairly easy when minor changes need to be made. I also like the that I can run reports on hours in multiple departments simultaneously.

I don't like that there is no integration with other platforms I utilize at my job. I think workforce is also very clunky and the user interface can use a major facelift. Aside from that trying to make a entire timecard change to my whole roster ends up being mess.

The things I mostly use Workforcehub for is correcting/tracking my teams time in and time out punches. I also utilize the software for labor code tracking and for submitting payroll timecards.

I love how easy it is to input my schedule into this platform and change it. I also appreciate that when I  link it to my Google calendar, it adds the schedule automatically. I like that I can duplicate items as well!

I wouldn't say I like that the automatic scheduling being input into my Google calendar takes a day. I wish it went over automatically so I didn't have to wait because sometimes that defeats the purpose of having it moved over automatically.

It's so much easier to be able to create, change, and manipulate my schedule in a program like this rather than having to submit things to my boss to create. It's nice to have the power in my own hands that is easy to use.

Timeworks plus has many amazing features and capabilities, I'd have to say my favorite is the clients ability to truly customize the settings to fit their business needs and helps support their individual policies and practices.

The ability for  customization of the PTO scripting module is wonderful, however if there is an error and the scripting needs a correction it's easy to lose accrual data when recalculating balances

Simplified streamlined payroll managemen. Integration with virtually every payroll processing software I've worked with or heard of basically make this the Mose efficient system I've used thus far.

N/A as it does not work according to the instructions thye provide.

Tedious and complicated log in, sign-in and sign up process.  Multiple password  and errors with zip code reading.  Four attempts using a  general email still leave me and many of my colleagues frustrated and unable to view  earnings as we are required now to go paperless.  It is unclear and not communicted how secure or private the system is and they do not explain or verify any kind security measures taken.

I like being able to easily check my current hours worked per pay period, when the pay period ends, as well as the other basic time management information that the app provides.

**What do you dislike about WorkforceHub?**

I wish that it would show the amount of hours worked in previous pay periods. It only shows clock in and clock out times, therefore to find your paid hours per pay period you have to add them up manually. Not a major issue, but one that would be relatively easy to implement.

**Recommendations to others considering WorkforceHub:**

Our company set employees up through a separate service called 'ESGHR'. This was tied into setting up TimeWorksPlus, therefore be aware that it might not be as simple as installing an app. I had to make an account for ESGHR and TimeWorks, despite them being linked.

**What problems is WorkforceHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows employees to easily check their current hours worked, what times they clocked in and out, and allows management to also keep an eye on employee hours. For full time employees, it also allows them to check their accrued time off and request said time off.

It's easy to use and I am able to see the clients list with staff working under them.

It is very slow. You have to make sure you unclick the shifts so that you don't do anything to mess them up, there is a black box that pops up randomly when you are over a shift box and you can't do anything if that box pops up until you X out of it, you can't edit the scheduler when you are in the schedule view all screen.

I was able to solve my scheduling problems and able to see who still really needed staff. It keeps us more organized with scheduling.

I would like to see the “conditionally approved” feature be improved. Currently it doesn’t really alert the employee that an additional step is needed to complete the approval so it sits as “pending”.
