I really like how Wellable turns wellness into an engaging daily experience. The challenges motivated me to complete 10,000+ steps, maintain balanced meals, drink enough water, eat more fruits and vegetables, and stay physically active. I also found the Respiratory Resilience content and meditation videos informative and useful. Overall, it encouraged me to be more consistent and mindful about my physical and mental well-being. The app was easy to use and I was able to add my activity quickly. I had it connected to my phone's health app, and it accurately added my number of steps in a timely fashion at the end of each day. I like how many options there are for tracking your exercise. The "daily goals" section motivated me to do simple, yet effective tasks that contributed towards my daily wellbeing, such as "5 servings of fruits and vegetables". I loved the On Demand feature the most! Just for that section, the cost would seem worth. Also, one I connected my Apple Health app, it was detecting all my activities seamlessly. The 4 different pillars were helpful for enforcing a more wholistic health improvement that goes beyond just steps counting or calorie tracking, such as I was drinking more water than usual to complete my Daily Challenge. The interface was easy to use and beginner friendly. The onboarding session was helpful in making sure we are maximizing our points, and this has been one of my most favorite "healthy" competition that I have participated in. During the challenge, there was a huge gap between the top team and our team, even though we did everything possible across all four verticals (activity, nutrition, daily challenge, and special challenge). That makes me wonder whether we weren’t fully utilizing all the available benefits or features. If so, I think this could be explained more clearly and covered better during the onboarding session. I like the wide range of resources available under the headings of Body, Mind, Recovery, and Nutrition. Each of these four sections is loaded with on-demand videos chock-full of valuable information designed to improve one's overall health. There are also live web classes available several times a month covering topics like yoga, mental health, and proper nutrition. The best part, in my opinion, is my company provides all these incredible resources at no cost to their employees. I really enjoy the web events, desk exercises and meditation courses. I am competitive too and like following the leaderboard, however, the app and the site have been wonderful for my wellness journey. As employees, we offered Wellable for free, but I think our organization is receiving a great deal of material and definitely get their money's worth. We have hundreds of users and many utilize the materials. If employees get it for free, we may as well use it for workouts, meditation, nutrition and recovery. We compete against one another on the leaderboard for friendly competition and those points translate to work reward points. Wellable has so many benefits. I've attended virtual events that help navigate your wellness journey, not just by working out or meditating, but they focus on healthy habits and giving back to the community. It asks if I want to add another activity or exit. I feel like it could just have an "OK" button when the activity is added and you stay on that page until you're complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A good variety of live and on demand events/workshops that cover a breadth of topics related to health, wellness, and work. The length of workshops are manageable in a busy schedule and the best part is I can revisit them later on if I missed anything. The platform can be glitchy at times. For a long time, logging in takes everyone to a password reset page and that confuses people. They have fixed the bug, thankfully. I like that Wellable is user-friendly, accessible, and easy to use. I can track my steps and add activities my watch doesn’t pick up. I like the options for a global team, and I love not needing to search far for excellent content, exercise ideas, and videos. I love the meditation sessions, nutritional information, and recipes. I wish Wellable could send reminders after activities, like prompting me to add a positive thought to my gratitude jar or asking whether I’ve meditated and exercised. It would also be helpful if it could make suggestions based on my usage patterns. My Huawei fitness watch isn’t compatible with Wellable, so I use it with Samsung Health. The resources in the application are well-suited to my needs as a professional usually stuck behind a desk. The particular program (Functional mobility) that I am reviewing was short, clear, and entertaining.. It wasn't so difficult as to be discouraging and represents good integration between the content and the application. It is also included with my insurance program, so can't beat that price.

To be honest, I'm not sure Wellable has any downsides as it runs pretty smoothly just as it is. it's flexible so it fits in with anyone's lifestyle and daily schedule. I’ve really enjoyed using Wellable, especially the sound bath meditation experience. It was incredibly calming and gave me an opportunity to step away from the busyness of the day, clear my mind, and focus on my mental well-being. I also really appreciate that the Wellable app encourages you to track not only physical activity, but mental and mindfulness activities as well. It’s a great reminder that overall wellness is about more than just steps or exercise. Taking time to recharge mentally is just as important. Being able to see and track those efforts in one place has made me more intentional about prioritizing both my physical and mental health.
