Wellable Pricing Overview

Wellable was so easy to implement and roll out to our employees. It's user friendly on both the admin and employee side. After a bit of training, it's so easy to build challenges, update bulletin boards, and prepare communications. Our customer success manager and the support team is always very helpful. Their options make Wellable an affordable option for either a small company or one that doesn't put much aside for a wellness budget. I would definitely recommend Wellable! Team members like the ability to see their point totals and sync fitness and nutrition apps. It is also cheaper than most platforms that allow users to see their points. They have made some improvements in the year we have been with them. That is encouraging. The implementation was pretty smooth. The customer support is a little clunky at times but our dedicated customer support rep is usually helpful. The pros outweighed the cons and we renewed for another year. Wellable is very manual and time intensive for the administrator. There is a lot of work involved with spreadsheets, uploads, setting up content, and reporting. The reporting and dashboard features are not advanced. I have to do a lot of reporting offline using excel. There are a lot of limitations to customizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
