Depending on how you integrate Voucherify with your ecommerce platform, it can become difficult to manage, and you may end up relying heavily on a technical team to make even small adjustments. The stacking rules and campaign categories feel quite rigid; although Voucherify has made several improvements over the last year, it still isn’t as flexible as I’d like. I appreciate Voucherify for helping us with customer retention and loyalty, which has been super powerful in growing our business through customer retention and cross-selling. The promotional offering capabilities also enhance our e-commerce experience, and it's been an awesome experience thus far. The flexibility, hands down. I can run pretty much any promo/loyalty idea without workarounds, and the UI is actually nice to use (which is rare for this kind of tool). Having all incentives under one roof makes experimenting and iterating super smooth, and the team is genuinely supportive, you never feel like you’re on your own when things get complex.

Honestly, very little. The initial setup and learning curve required close collaboration between our tech and marketing teams, simply because we were coming from such an outdated system. Once we got past that onboarding phase, the platform proved to be intuitive and reliable.

If there’s one area for improvement, it would be expanding native analytics and reporting features — while we connect Voucherify to our own BI tools, having more built-in dashboards would make it even easier for marketers to monitor campaign performance in real time. We really had an overwhelming experience with Voucherify. This centralized platform has really helped us connect with loyal customers through an all-in-one place and drive better results. Voucherify has a solid, dependable implementation of vouchers and automatic promotions, and the functionality continues to grow. We needed a loyalty program for our users and were able to use Voucherify's and it works extremely well. The API is easy to use and the responses contain useful information that enable us to have meaningful flows for our users. Voucherify's servers are dependable, reliable and always available. I started using Voucherify recently for setting up the retention campaign and I had a good experience with the tool. To set up a campaign it's easy and we can do it by ourselves. Helpful tool with best features for rewards and loyalty program. We almost use it everyday to run referral campaigns to acquire new customers. The tool provides all the features we need to run a rebate program. I am using this tool for my department to make the customers feel good. Some additional features could be developed. Eg. It is not possible to define a time delay to triggers, users receive the messages (SMS, emails, banners...) as soon as they enter an audience segment or perform an event, but we cannot set a timeslot or delay to avoid sending the communication out of office hours. This could be an issue if the data synch from the CRM and Voucherify is not in real time and performed by night (users will then receive the communication by night...).
