uxcam makes it really easy to see how users interact with our product. The session recordings and heatmaps give clear insights into where users get stuck and what they click on and how they move through the app. It helps us improve our design and fix issues faster

The dashboard can feel a little overwhelming at first because there’s so much data

**What do you like best about UXCam?**

I like the insights it provides as well as the crashes. The most important for me are the qualitative data it gathers from the user sessions. 

I love the recommendations for generating quick dashboards as well as the information it recommends.

The integration is very simple and easy, as a basic integration. Also the ease of implementation was helpful for my dev team. 

Customer support is AWESOME, I´ve been using the chat everytime and it provide excelent information.

I use it on my day to day basis, to gather information for my App on different countries

**What do you dislike about UXCam?**

Currently my COO and I are the ones we are using and have full acces, since he is the owner he is the only one able to stop the recordings overall so we don´t exceed and get overages. I would like to have that access as well, since it´s difficult for me to be reaching out my COO everytime.

Able to followup on the churn and drop offs from the users.

**What do you like best about UXCam?**

As a pre-revenue startup, finding the right analyics tool that balances functionality and affordability was key for us, and UXCam has been a perfect fit. UXCam provides solid insights into user behavior and key conversion metrics. Their session replays, and funnel analytics have been invaluable for providing visibility into early user behavior, identifying pain points and optimizing our app experience to drive us towards Product Market Fit. 

What sets them apart:  
1. The pricing is startup-friendly, making it an great choice for teams at our stage 
2. The Onboarding and setup was easy -- integration took hardly any time and we saw events firing right away without any hiccups. Key for a small team with limited resources. 
4. Their support team has been very helpful and responsive

**What do you dislike about UXCam?**

There are a few areas that could be better. For one, the depth of analytics compared to tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude isn’t as extensive, particularly when it comes to advanced event tracking and segmentation. Additionally, while the interface is user-friendly, it can sometimes feel a bit limited for more granular customizations or deeper funnel analysis. Another drawback is that the heatmaps and session replays, can take longer to load than expected and can be a bit choppy. However for a startup looking to understand user behavior and grow they check all the boxes.

**What problems is UXCam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that UXCam is really helping with is understanding our users and identifying product gaps. Before using it, we were flying blind—making decisions based on assumptions rather than real insights. 

Now, we’re able to:
1) Understand user behavior in detail, which helps us prioritize what to build (and what not to build) based on actual usage.
2) Augment our qualitative user research with data-driven insights, giving us a more holistic view of our users’ needs.
3) Clearly identify points of drop-off in the user journey, allowing us to address friction areas and improve overall retention.
4) Leverage session replays to have a real-time windown into seeing exactly how users interact with our app.

With UXCam, we’ve moved from guesswork to informed decisions, and it’s been a huge difference maker in helping us refine our product and deliver a better experience.

Would be great if we have module to visualize data as bar, chart, etc. So we can have complete set of data tools. For me currently, I use MoEngage to visual data as graph or bar charts. But in detail, I would use UXCAM to see recording to understand why

I use funnel analysis to pinpoint problems or high drop-off point. I use heat-map to check area users might mis understand and click in the area that cannot be clicked. So to say, heat-map is tool for me to improve UXUI. Session recording is great tool for me to go through user behavior, to see why or which step of the page that users drop-off. All will be used to optimize journey.

**What do you like best about UXCam?**

It is a very useful platform for Pideky. It provides us with information about user behavior within the app and this allows us to make improvements in different aspects and increase the probability of purchase and user retention. It is very easy to use, we always have support from the Uxcam team in the construction of dashboards or funnels. We use it with a lot o frecuency to measure how the strategy is performing

We all speak spanish, we have a good english level but it will be nice if we have some features in others lenguages

**What do you like best about UXCam?**

I like it because to compare with other apps that i used in the past. It's a way more easier to help me interact with things that i didn't have any experience before. Data is not easy for me to track but UX Cam gave me a way to understand it easier such as Visualization, Funnels, Heatmap...etc. Especially, i truly appreaciate their customer support whenever i need or make a question via support center. Big respects for CS team!

**What do you dislike about UXCam?**

I've been thinking - it'd be really great if UX Cam could step up their AI game. Sometimes I'm swamped with work and can't go through all the session recordings. Having some smart AI that could pick out the important stuff would be such a time-saver for me.

**What problems is UXCam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My job as UX/UI designer so i before  making a design decision, i've no benchmarks to rely on when talking with stakeholders for example. Using UX Cam as a part of my working day that helps me track even the data about the screens, how many step users took, why the design patterns make user confused. As a product nowadays have changed so quickly, my goal is making a design updates that helps users less spending on their task, more productive and UX Cam is a big part of it

We often see some weird random issues which are difficult to reproduce, but tracking it down from what actions led to the issue or crash via UXCam is a game changer for us.

**What do you dislike about UXCam?**

I guess the license for more recordings/stats is slightly expensive and we run out of the limit very soon every monthly cycle.

Analytics is the gibbest benefit. Tracking the funnels gives a big insight in deriving the KPIs. Go-to for the Product Managers and techies alike.

The organization and data we achieve with the dashboard, funnel, userflow quickly and effectively, in addition to the recordings that help complement all the inputs for each journey within the app. Furthermore, the support provided by the team, whether by our consultant or support, is quick and helps a lot.

Few things, I would like to be able to see a slightly more detailed heatmap, in addition to an integration via AI, so being able to "summarize" the insights from the sessions would be very useful too.

**What do you like best about UXCam?**

Sessions recordings is the absolute best feature of UXCam, being able to watch how users use the app and easily toggle through the events is amazing. Data alone can never give you this information!

In addition, their customer support is brilliant. When I've had issues, they'll reply straight away and take a lot of time to work with me, often sharing screenshots, videos and speaking to product teams. They also take feedback well, and one of the things I requested got implemented in a few weeks. Fab!

**What do you dislike about UXCam?**

Pricing could be better. Whilst the product is amazing, and the sessions are a must have, the monthly pricing is a bit expensive when you compare against analytics tools. Hopefully they introduce more complex tiering that allows you to pick and choose what features you want to pay for.

As an UX designer, the detailed user session recordings provide important insights into customer behavior, identifying areas for improvement in our ecommerce platform. Also, heatmaps offer a quick and visually intuitive way to understand user interaction patterns, allowing us to prioritize enhancements effectively. The ability to segment and analyze user data helps us tailor our strategies to specific customer segments too;

I believe that newcomers may find the UXCam interface a bit daunting sometimes, requiring a period of adjustment to fully understand its features and functionalities. And unfortunately there is no available version for websites which limitates our ux design work by obtaining information only from the app and not from our website as well.

UXCam has been an important tool for our new white label case, identifying the profile of our users, their pain points, limitations and points for improvement.

**What do you like best about UXCam?**

Dashboards provided through the tool. I believe that both the creation of the dashboards and the ease of finding the data are essential for our daily activities, in addition to the excellent support provided by our Account Manager Stefano.

**What do you dislike about UXCam?**

1. At first glance, that is, the first contact with the tool seems to have MANY DATA but it is not so easy to obtain them. It is really necessary to have the help of a manager to assist us.
2. Changing the data to 5 years should be a default setting for all clients.
3. The Retention should be a standard dashboard available to all users.

Currently, we have 12 data platforms in the company, but all of them require "tagging" configuration to function correctly. In the case of UXCam, with few configurations, it was possible to obtain a wealth of data.

1. Pretty straightforward implementation to tag screens and features for analysis
2. No drop on app performance post UXCam integration
3. Interface makes it easy to track user interaction over multiple sessions
4. Rage taps are pretty accurate

1. Sometimes recordings take a while (upto 2-3 days) to upload and reflect on the dashboard
2. At times, recordings are blacked out and no information can be extracted from them  (low single digit% of recordings) but I guess that's part and parcel of any session recording tool

Session recordings help us analyze - 

1. User behaviour -  Where are users hesitating to continue, where do they need support, etc
2. Product support - At times, we recieve support tickets which are not super clear where the user is facing problem. Session recordings help us bypass multiple comms with the user

UXCAM allows me to easily observe user behavior from different perspectives, with features that complement each other and generate functional reports for better decision-making. Additionally, I want to highlight the support and guidance provided by the company, demonstrating their interest in the results achieved at each interval.

**What do you dislike about UXCam?**

The session counting occurs when the application is on-screen, and if it is moved to the background on the user's device, the session is considered finished, which hinders the grouping of information in some specific cases.

We have always struggled with conducting interviews, usability tests, and some activities with our users, due to our clients' extremely limited time. Thus, UXCAM has allowed us to analyze user behavior in a much simplified manner. Today, we have initiatives to meet our clients' needs based on real data.

**What do you like best about UXCam?**

The intuitive design and user-friendly interface have made it easily adoptable for our team, allowing us to quickly leverage its powerful session replays and heatmaps. These features have provided us with invaluable insights into user behavior, significantly enhancing the job search and application experience on Gigin. It provides the base for our weekly product review meets. Was personally quite invested in the recent funnel redesign and had a great user feedback session with Nadia prior to the feature release.

**What do you dislike about UXCam?**

There's not much to dislike about UXCam. There's so much potential to unlock that we're still exploring what UXCam can do. Initially, we were concerned about the learning curve, but the intuitive design and accessible customer support have made even the advanced features more approachable than expected.

**What problems is UXCam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding User Behavior, escpecially considering we design for the next billion users.  Before UXCam, we had a limited view of how users interacted with our job board app. UXCam’s session replays and heatmaps have provided us with a detailed understanding of user behavior, revealing not just where users click but also their navigation patterns, preferences, and pain points. This deep insight allows us to make user-centric improvements, enhancing the overall user experience.

Smartlook). The product is working well and smoothly, we are happy with UXcam and the choice that we made. but more important is their support when facing issues or having questions.

On several occasions, we have been able to detect errors that were occurring thanks to UX Cam monitoring.

The CSM helps us make the most of it and is always attentive to any need.

**What do you like best about UXCam?**

The fact that it allows us to analyze our app and have an account manager very close to us.

**What do you dislike about UXCam?**

The main difficulty is popularizing and scaling its use. This is primarily because we still have flaws in the tagging of our products. That way, we have a lot of trouble in finding the screens and events we need. In this scenario, we can't get any help from our side, or from UX Cam, because we can't specify to our account manager the screens and events that we have trouble locating for. On top of this, the solution's interface is not so clear for non-experts. I feel that users are overwhelmed by not being able to understand and find what they need first hand and give up using the solution. Tutorials and even more dedicated support would be key. Secondly, I think UX Cam lacks solution to categorize and store highlights and insights. I think Hotjar has better solutions in this area.

When we identified some friction in the journey through internal dashs, we were able to go to the UX Cam and look for more qualitative information.

**What do you like best about UXCam?**

The tool is very customizable, the ability to create multiple dashboard with multiple reports with filters and segements is great and a time saver daily. I also like the ability to set custom user or event properties, and the integration is hassle free for the developpers. The customer success manager that manages our accounts is always available for any questions or feedback that I have.

**What do you dislike about UXCam?**

The main issue I have is with the "skip inactivity" feature in the recordings, but I have been assured that the team is working on it.

Being able to see how users use our mobile app and finding new product opportunities. UXCam is a must have tool for our product roadmap.

That you can customize everything, you get information LIVE from your users, yoy can map anything and keep alerted about many aspects of your product. It could be as simple or as complex as you need it to be, because have an easy integratios. Your imagination is the limit. The custom support is a lovely team you can always keep contact with.

Bad is that you might be lost if you do not have a very detailled structure of screens or triggers, you need to make a big work in to your own product and developers, just to use UXcam the best way and take advantage of it.

We initially considered UXCam for UX research, but the tool has a lot of potential in helping the QA team as well.
Easy to learn and customize, there are a few tutorials available online apart from their docs and they host a good onboarding session for new users, every month.
Just getting started with UXCam, but the experience has been only positive so far.

Would like to see some more flexibility and customizations possible in the (pricing) plans; luckily the customer success team is trully fast and provides some good solutions to help their clients even in such cases.

**What do you like best about UXCam?**

Mainly, the great team we have formed between Enviaflores and UX CAM, despite the time zone difference, has always been available to help us. At the same time, we have also been committed to following up on improvements to their platform. As a Product Designer, in charge of the improvement and redesign of the application, UX CAM has helped me enormously, along with other analytics platforms, in decision-making and in identifying issues that turn into short and large-scale projects.

The platform is intuitive for me and, at the same time, presents challenges to the application team to make the most of its features and thus improve our customers' experience. To date, we have launched more than 10 continuous improvement projects in the application, which have had a significant impact on both the user experience and the timing, as well as the company's revenue.

In summary, I highly recommend the platform. A piece of advice for clients or new clients: regardless of whether you are already a client, don't expect everything to be handed to you on a silver platter. If you have concerns or something that can contribute to the platform to make the most of it, talk to the team. I believe that has been the key to our excellent work with UX CAM; more than clients, we are a team.

**What do you dislike about UXCam?**

Not being able to have them close and meet the team in person haha, no, actually, it's a platform that, in the time we've been using it, has learned the need to constantly improve. There is no perfect platform, and the last thing I asked them, like my letter to Santa, was to provide me with a tool to get direct feedback from customers. For example, like on Instagram, when you're on a screen and you shake your phone, it asks if something is happening and allows you to explain what's going on. Despite having a call center team that is in close contact with the customer, this type of tool would help us more to understand what the user needs on specific screens and to quickly address issues.

**What problems is UXCam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identifying flows that encounter problems when viewing crashalitycs has helped us a lot in putting out fires of bugs or development crashes. Likewise, it contributes to the push and improvement of the app.

**What do you like best about UXCam?**

UXCam has been indespensible for us--we have a mobile ecommerce app, and being able to view users' sessions has been incredible for product, sales/marketing, customer support, engineering, and design. Aggregating all the information in dashboards has provided us with amazing insights that help us drive business decisions. We had a lot of difficulty finding an analytics platform like this that supported React Native--UXCam was one of the only ones out there, and at an affordable price point.

**What do you dislike about UXCam?**

There are only 2 things I wish UXCam did better:

1) Stack traces for crashes and app issues for React Native is returned in the native device code (e.g. Java for Android) and is contextualized through that lens, which is not helpful for our debugging. It would be much better if it was useful for our React Native (Javascript-only) engineers to review. 

2) Dashboards could be more powerful. They have great data grouping/filtering functionality, but I would like to have the ability to layer on additional dimensions to build the types of reports that I'd like. As it stands, rather than having a single report to provide an insight, I have to create 2-3 separate reports that are similar, and view them side by side in context of one another to get the perspective I'm looking for.

**What problems is UXCam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a mobile analytics tool for React Native, that also had a session replay feature, at an affordable price point as we are an early-stage startup. UXCam has checked all the boxes for us and has been indespensible for product, sales/marketing, customer support, engineering, and design.

**What do you like best about UXCam?**

UXCam is pretty straightforward to use for non-technical people. My team loves using funnels to find steps with drop-offs and then view sessions to learn what caused them. Custom dashboards are also a win, we use them to understand issues and errors over time, visits to specific screens, etc. We use it on a daily basis. One of the best things about UXCam has been the customer support team. They are always available to answer any questions and have been very understanding, patient and accommodating to the specific needs of our procurement process.

**What do you dislike about UXCam?**

There is very little I don't like, I wish there was a way to keep recording screen visits without recording sessions. Integration was fairly easy but it did take our developers longer than expected. If you are constantly iterating on your product you will need to consider team capacity for screen and event tagging every time, but this is expected.

UXCam is helping us understand problems with conversion and it is also helping us understand how our users are using our app.

The most useful are the events and user sessions, I think that solves many needs for finding information and too many advantages, empowering decision-making based on data and even measuring performance.

I think I would sometimes like to have more ability to make manual changes for important things like smart events and to be able to organize the dashboards, since in our case we have many products and teams and require more detailed organization.

UXCam is the first tool that I found that worked with React Native mobile applications to capture user session information. I have now used this at two different companies. I have been impressed with the customer service, the ease at which to integrate and implement, and the data that we recieve.

Only downside I can really think of is how cumbersome it can be to obfuscate only some fields, versus all or all of a certain type.

Very useful to validate the user experience, detect anomalies, freezes and crashes, so we can act quickly on custumer support. I use this program every day to understand the users behaviours and design solutions and new experiences. You can see your users sessions and validat information. The implementation is really easy for Front End Developers. Once you start using UXCam, you'll definetly going to integrate it as an step in your UX design process.

It's so complete that it's a lot to process, but once you start using it, it becomes really easy.
