Vitals AI is Upvio’s camera-based remote vital signs monitoring technology. It uses a short face scan and remote photoplethysmography (rPPG) with computer vision to detect subtle blood-flow signals and convert them into clinically validated physiological insights using a standard phone or webcam, with no wearables or external hardware. In around 30 seconds, Vitals AI can deliver 20+ health markers, including heart rate, HRV, breathing rate, blood pressure, stress metrics, and cardiovascular risk indices. **What do you like best about Upvio?**

The setup is straightforward and very smooth going. I was able to sign up in a few minutes only; I love the features of their email signature option; it automatically provides pretty signatures from where I get the best compliment.

**What do you dislike about Upvio?**

Whenever we request some functions to make it takes time to get it done, from where we have to wait for it, all parts are almost paid, which is not suitable for all of the people using it.

**What problems is Upvio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is based on the cloud, and when something comes with it, its functionality is smooth and easy; so I like how they organize and schedule several events, so yes this is a very beneficial thing to use.

**What do you like best about Upvio?**

I especially love their e-mail signature option. Cogsworth automatically creates a pretty nice signature and appointment button from your company data, and you can customize it as you like. I have received positive feedback both from interns as from clients after I added my new signature.  Additionally, their UI is much better and easier to use than Calendly's- which I found fairly confusing, despite a seemingly "simple, thread-like" design. Booking appointments is now so much easier!

**What do you dislike about Upvio?**

The booking setup is fairly easy, but it took me a while to find the signature option- and whilst Cogsworth sends you a string of training videos when you sign up, I didn't see one on signatures. Note: this could lead to many more happy customers. The MS Teams integration didn't work properly, which I assume was rather an issue caused by MS Teams than Cogsworth, since zoom worked well.

**What problems is Upvio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it for appointment and zoom scheduling, mainly. I also used it to create awesome e-mail signatures for my team and me. I sometimes also use their calendar function to see how many scheduled appointment I have coming up the following week.

**What do you like best about Upvio?**

The navigation and setup was super easy. I was able to signup within about 10 min.
The Cogsworth team was super useful and responsive. < 24 hours to respond to a ticket and usually with screencasts and real insights into what I was trying to achieve that just a standard support desk.
I love the advanced features of Coggy like the ability to control schedules for team members and create team bookings, with approvals and recurring appointments. I have tried a bunch of players, but none of them offer the extend of functionality at this level of usability.

**What do you dislike about Upvio?**

They have not yet release conditional logic for forms.

**Recommendations to others considering Upvio:**

From a support perspective, I don't know any better company in the space and we tried many others.

**What do you like best about Upvio?**

It was really easy to add staff as well as locations. When COVID hit, we launched our virtual offering within about 30 min.
Really love the product, the support and the philosophy.

**What do you dislike about Upvio?**

Had to wait several weeks for our custom requested functionality around 'show-up' marking to be complete. Having said that, it works great now that it is live.

**What problems is Upvio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run a gym and we were using Cogsworth to manage appointments to the physical gym. Post COVID, we quickly launched a remote Zoom video program and Cogsworth helped us monetize this too. We connected our stripe account, setup a number of virtual workouts throughout the day and we started making reservations and income rather quickly.

**What do you like best about Upvio?**

Practical software, really very easy to configure, you can organize and schedule several events, simple and convenient form to complete, I love it because it is based on the cloud, you can also ask questions of the person with whom you are going to have an appointment.
Registration is simple, it is a great tool very simple to implement, really useful for service providers to make their reservations online.

**What do you dislike about Upvio?**

There are features that are necessary and not yet.
Almost all small functions are paid.
It has very few cons but the ones it has are important to me.

I love it because it really works, it saves a lot of time, in addition to the efficiency of the product. To the...

**What problems is Upvio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everything is very organized and is really easy to use.
You can make important notes and you can customize them (color, notifications).
Excellent way to organize schedules of my staff, facilitates appointments 100%, and you can make invitations to new people In a very practical and efficient way.
Note history is also a great tool.

**What do you like best about Upvio?**

What I liked best about Cogsworth is the simplicity of setting things to be up and running in a few minutes. I doesn't have much complicated steps or procedures to get your booking page LIVE. It only takes a few steps to have your staff onboard and accept bookings online!

**What do you dislike about Upvio?**

What I least liked is that there is no default monthly view for the Booking page (seriously please consider this Cogsworth as the default and not make customers pay extra for the feature!) There are also some issues with the calendar synch with Outlook as some days I should be BUSY are shown as available and bookable.

**Recommendations to others considering Upvio:**

For the businesses seriously considering a booking engine, Cogsworth is well worth the try. Their roadmap is very promising and I for one as a user and administrator would like to contribute further to its development. I know Boris and his team would want their SaaS to be right up there with the kings of booking software. I hope they do good on their promises to their users.

The problem with most business offering services is managing their schedule efficiently and Cogsworth helps them achieve this more efficiently and with effectively.

**What do you like best about Upvio?**

What I liked best about Cogsworth smart booking is the ability to embed as iFrame or as a link to my existing website. We are looking for a smart sexy solution for our businesses and we just implemented now on just one site. It is a good thing they have a BIG PLAN for those with more than one business. It is also a plus that they recently went LIVE with their WEBHOOKS feature which connects to other systems that we currently use like Hubspot and Mailchimp, via Zapier.

**What do you dislike about Upvio?**

What I disliked is that my Outlook calendar availability is not synched properly. It does not have the same situation as the google calendar though. I hope they fix it soon. Also maybe include in the Base plan the Monthly view for your calendar.
Also, Cogsworth should look at introducing functions that will differentiate them from their competition like instead of Staff calendar, it would be a PROPERTY with rental units for booking, I think a lot of people will buy that. Like AirBNB on steroids managed by the owners / lessors themselves.

**Recommendations to others considering Upvio:**

For those providing services, I definitely recommend taking Cogsworth for a spin. It is surely better than receiving a calendar invite. It can easily be embedded onto your Email signature or your website.

Service providers are given the chance now to have their own unique Booking pages, instead of just being sent Calendar invites. I think once the roadmap is finalized for this product, it can stand a chance against bigger names in the industry.

**What do you like best about Upvio?**

The whole process to create an appointment system where our users can easily book a time slot for our services is amazing dead simple. Webhooks, accept online pre-booking payments, reschedule and staff allocation are some of the features we love cogsworth. As a consulting and web development agency, we can do up the whole system ourselves but in doing so, we're simply reinventing the wheel and starving our limited resources. 

**What do you dislike about Upvio?**

Personally we feel some of the paid modules on monthly subscription should not be chargeable like redirection after booking, personalized brand booking url, Google analytics tracking, etc. All these add up pretty quick.

**Recommendations to others considering Upvio:**

Cogsworth is not in the right direction when it comes to pricing personally. When you require other additional features which you feel is basic, these small features may be chargeable monthly

**What do you like best about Upvio?**

Cogsworth has almost everything a booking software should have. It's super easy to set up and it's got multiple functions for synching calendars and so on. For me the best thing it's the easy set-up process and the ability to personalise customised notifications (email and sms).

**What do you dislike about Upvio?**

The only thing I miss is being able to accept payments when booking. This can be done, but it comes at a monthly cost.

If you need a booking system to schedule meetings with clients, this is a really good solution.

I have started taking bookings for online lessons with Cogsworth.
