We have not tried any competitors because we have been so happy with TrustArc (since the days of Trustee). **What do you dislike about TrustArc?** I don't know that I truly dislike anything but would say I have never had a formal meeting about their complete offerings. So education of what all is available and what all they do for brands. **What problems is TrustArc solving and how is that benefiting you?** The benefit of having them directly in Campaign Manager makes it very easy for us to traffic. They provide excellent support in compliance and help us remain compliant with the often tough data protection regulations. I found their tools to be very powerful, especially when conducting risk assessments which are really important in keeping the compliance and issues that can be mitigated. It has changed the game for us in terms of data privacy management. **What do you dislike about TrustArc?** There were some downsides though, where I faced a few challenges with TrustArc when first setting it up. However, the user onboarding wasn’t as fleshed out as I would have preferred lacking in step by step implementation guides that can be a bit of a challenge for newbies looking to integrate these systems. **What problems is TrustArc solving and how is that benefiting you?** TrustArc, in fact, solved our key concerns around data privacy compliance. Its easy to use, comprehensive tools have streamlined our processes; ensuring we stay on top of the constantly changing regulatory demands that come hand-in-hand with being in this sector. Options for customization of every aspect are much appreciated. The implementaiton is light weight and doesn't trigger to many network calls or download too many assets. Performance is impressive as well. Support Team has been a great help in addressing anything that came up during our development as well as production release. They have been a great guide on best practices. It is easy to say that they are industry leaders in this space. I would like to extend my Thank you to Haissam Yebahi for his excellent support throughout this journey. **What do you dislike about TrustArc?** I think there is room for improvement in the reporting side of the tool. Currently, to be able to estimate the correct opt-out rate and understand the true impact to the analytics visibility is nearly impossible with the tool as it stands today. It is really important to expand its capability to better explain engagement with the tool and break it down by country/language. Please consider the country and language override provided by your clients for reporting. Otherwise the numbers make no sense in terms of the business context. Session definition of 30mins regardless of activity inflates the numbers significantly making TrustArc sessions exponentially larger than the site sessions. There are some site speed imporvements you can build into the templates to avoid LCP. CLS is not much of an issue with the modal. **What problems is TrustArc solving and how is that benefiting you?** it is allowing for a convenient cookie audit that allows us to identify owners with ease rather than having to track down initiator page and the owners on our own. They faciliatate a tried and tested modal which has some excellent out of the box functionality and ability to list the cookies/ domains as necessary. Overall, it is allowing us to be compliant with the fast changing cookies and the privacy policies rather fast. Allowing us to cut down the time significantly. ### 15. Sometimes help is slow but other times help is super fast.
