While TrustArc is a strong platform overall, one area I think could be improved is the user experience. Some modules can feel a bit complex or require additional configuration to fully leverage their capabilities. I’m highly satisfied with the cookie consent management module. The geo-fencing is terrific and critical for complying with different state privacy laws. It was the key feature we needed and a compelling reason to switch. I like that I can configure cookies and how the consent banner appears for our different companies and websites, and we implemented the module effectively and quickly. I’d appreciate lower pricing. The business process management and mapping stuff has been a slog and a heavy lift, and I’m not sure how much of that is our difficulty managing the inputs and data flows versus the tool. It was hard to use, and I was looking for an easier way to propose the data flows and systems involved and send them to internal stakeholders to validate. What I like best about TrustArc is that it gives us a central place to manage a lot of the moving pieces of our privacy program. I’d like to see TrustArc continue to accelerate its AI-enabled capabilities and automation, particularly in ways that reduce manual work and make privacy operations more proactive. I’d also like to see the Trust Center offering become more competitively differentiated, with greater flexibility and stronger capabilities for communicating our privacy and trust posture externally. It is user friendly. They Nymity AI is so useful, where we can learn alot of stuff. The real-time alerts and centralized dashboard are game-changers for managing assessments. Have been using Data Mapping for recently and it is so helpful to monitor the data flow. We renewed TrustArc for the current year and the pricing is reasonable. We had some conflict with another website reporting tool that we use; all down to the order of how things fired in tag manager. The platform is intuitive, and definitely friendly to users building their use cases. The intelligence platform is very helpful, and from what I see comes with standard integrations to major data services (Snowflake, Salesforce,, for a couple). What I like best about TrustArc is how it brings structure and consistency to privacy work that would otherwise be very manual and fragmented.
