**What do you like best about TrueDialog?**

What I like most about TrueDialog is how easy it makes it to send out large text campaigns while still keeping things feeling personal. Features like contact segmentation and using fields like first names help us target the right people without it feeling like a generic message.

It’s also really helped speed up our workflow. We can get campaigns out quickly, which is huge in recruiting when timing matters. I also like that all responses come back into one place-it makes it much easier to manage conversations and follow up without things getting lost.

Another big plus is how reliable it is. Messages go out quickly, and we’ve seen strong response rates compared to other outreach methods. It’s been especially helpful for driving candidates to our career site and getting more engagement overall.

Overall, it’s been a really effective tool for helping us scale our outreach while still keeping that personal touch.

**What do you dislike about TrueDialog?**

One limitation I’ve noticed is with reporting-specifically the click reports. You have to apply your own conditional formatting to clearly identify contact-level data, which adds an extra step and can slow things down.

TrueDialog helps us quickly reach candidates at scale, which is critical in recruiting. Compared to traditional methods like email or job boards, text messaging allows us to connect with candidates faster and get more immediate responses.

I like that I can access it on my phone and on my computer, which is very convenient for online learning and professors. It allows me to protect my personal space by creating a professional one for texting. trueDialog is a great tool for what we use it for, as it lets employees and staff use it on their personal devices, maintaining a good work/life balance and protecting our personal and business spaces.

The phone app can be glitchy - although today, it has worked better. I also don't like that when I hit enter on my computer, it posts what I've been typing. I would rather click the icon for that.

When I want to send SMS directly by using HubSpot, sometimes it doesn't work and I need to refresh. I feel the 2-way sync must be more efficient, like how when we send an email from Outlook it logs smoothly.

**What do you like best about TrueDialog?**

I really appreciate being able to connect with students through text messages. They often ignore or don't reply to voicemails and emails, but texting usually gets a quick response. I use TrueDialog nearly every day, and it has greatly decreased the number of emails and phone calls I have to make each week. Another feature I enjoy is that each student has their own conversation thread, which makes it easy for me to quickly review our previous discussions.

There isn’t much I dislike about TrueDialog! The only issue I’ve encountered is that I sometimes don’t notice when I’ve received a response until I return to the program. It might be helpful to have a daily digest or some kind of notification for replies to texts I’ve sent.

TrueDialog enables me to contact my students instantly, so my messages don't get lost at the bottom of their inboxes. I have encountered several problems when uploading populations and making sure that every individual in my group receives a text. While the error report is helpful, I still face the issue of some numbers not appearing in the error report but also not receiving any texts. Usually, between one and five numbers are missed, which makes it difficult to guarantee accuracy.

We use TrueDialog to send past due balance notifications to students. This platform enables us to efficiently send mass text messages to a large group of students, saving us the time and effort it would take to call each student individually. We like to use it for contacting student for scheduling their proctored exams. it helps with making the templates and we notice a lot of student are more used to texting these days. We do like the call forwarding option that true dialog has for when students decide to call. We use it every single day and enjoy the out of office feature for automated response when we are not in the office. Once we get over the hurdle of the student thinking it is a spam message and we get them to save our contact info, it is easy to get them started with the texting and messaging back and forth.

sometimes texts do not go through and there is no way of knowing that as it may be a carrier or cell phone service provider issue that determines if a text message will ultimately be received.

**What do you like best about TrueDialog?**

This app is great for faculty to communicate, not only with each other, but with students as well. As faculty, having hundreds of students every semester, it can be overwhelming to give out our personal numbers. TrueDialog allows for one phone number, that I can text and call with. I know the texts are from students because that is the number being used and I'm able to respond in real-time through the app, even on my own phone. It's incredibly user-friendly and makes it easier to respond to students, while still being able to "sign out" after work.

It can be confusing for the people you're texting since you might not always respond right away if you're not in the app.

It is convenient to text and reaches people for the most part.

**What do you dislike about TrueDialog?**

I really appreciate the platform overall, but I do wish there was a way to send a text to an individual person and reply just to them, rather than having it go out to everyone in the group thread. This has created some confusion when trying to engage with specific students.

It would also be extremely helpful if, when viewing or messaging a student, you could easily see their demographic information, program of study, and full name (first and last) without needing to switch tabs or dig through separate systems. That would make outreach much more efficient and personalized.
