One of the biggest advantages for us is that the data storage is based in Canada, which is extremely important for our firm and our clients. The platform is easy to use on both sides — for our team internally and for clients externally. There’s no fee for clients to access or upload documents, which removes friction and makes adoption much smoother. A feature I particularly love is the download flexibility. You can download files individually in their original format, or download everything as a ZIP file. When you download as a ZIP, it preserves the folder structure that we or the client created, which keeps everything organized and saves time during file transfers or archival.
