**What do you like best about Teambridge?**

Our company has been in the dark ages, only using spreadsheets for scheduling, billing, and payroll.  We tried several other "solutions," but they all failed.  Until Teambridge, that is.  When we initially started building the program, we were "gifted" with a wonderful liaison who held our hands every step of the way (yay, Ashley!).  It has taken us a little longer than expected to get started, but even my employees who have done things one way forever and can be resistant to change, are excited and feeling confident about how the Teambridge program will help eliminate errors, save massive time, and provide better communication.  The folks at Teambridge are aptly named-- truly a team of solution-focused, perceptive, and extraordinarily helpful pros to "bridge" the gaps in your company's processes.

**What do you dislike about Teambridge?**

It's a little too soon for us to tell, but the only thing that comes to mind is that not every field, column, or process can be re-named or adjusted in ways to mirror our current process, but it seems there is always a work-around that will be just fine.

**What problems is Teambridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we have an order to be scheduled, we currently have to enter it on a calendar spreadsheet, call or text a possible employee for the job, wait for them to respond, and if they decline, repeat until we find someone available. Then we collect faxed paper timesheets and enter that information on yet another spreadsheet to produce billing and payroll.  Teambridge's scheduling system will automatically find potential employees who meet the requirements f a given job, offer them the job via text, and allow for the employee to easily respond.  Within the employee's app on their phone, they will complete the timesheet which automatically uploads all required information for billing and payroll, and provides one-step reports that can be easily entered to our QuickBooks program.  These are all solutions to save time, errors. and duplication of efforts.

**What do you like best about Teambridge?**

We've been using Teambridge since it's early inception for our time-keeping and workforce management needs for at least five years now, and overall, the experience has been very positive. We went from a paper based system to using Teambridge. Now our employees can easily clock in and out, request time off, and view their schedules. Beyond timekeeping, Teambridge also serves as a central hub for communication. We use it to send program wide announcements and reminders directly to employees. This has helped to ensure important messages don't get lost in emails or group chats and is especially useful for reaching employees who work at different sites with varied schedules. A particularly useful feature has been the ability to store important documents and resources within the platform. We maintain a centralized library of forms and policies that staff can access at any time. This not only ensures consistency but also makes it easy for employees to find the tools and information they need without having to ask or search multiple systems. The customer service team is always very responsive and helpful and always resolves issues very quickly. Customizable reports help us track productivity and has made processing payroll much more efficient!

**What do you dislike about Teambridge?**

While we have found the platform to be reliable with minimal downtime, our program has struggled to utilize the leave balance in a way that has fully met our needs. Our HR staff are continuing to manually track leave balances for staff which does create an additional workload.

**What do you like best about Teambridge?**

When going through the research process it was great to work with various team of teambridge to work through what our needs are, and if they could meet them. If they could not, they were honest. That is appreciated. We felt we were talking to very competent and trustworthy teambridge people and it made the decision to use them easy. We then were assigned an account manager for set up and training us. This was amazing and so helpful. We could maybe have mustered through ourselves but this saved us time and the collaboration was seamless and appreciated. The app/desktop is easy to use, and easy to follow and all of the features were amazingly simple for our team to use. I loved the customization too. It is a great team and product! Win-Win!

**What do you dislike about Teambridge?**

It was not as intuitive to set up as I would have liked- but I am not a digital or IT person. My digital and IT people could figure things out much quicker than me so it worked fine. and once they showed me where things were- it made perfect sense. I would have liked a bit more intuitiveness for those of us not digitally inclined or working with these things every day.

**What problems is Teambridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We went from 30, to 50 to 1120 employees. For this large event we do and our entire team works it for 6 days, we were using a spreadsheet to schedule ppl. This helped with scheduling and alerting ppl of upcoming shifts and also keeping things in real time. If I updated a shift- the team knew right away - the ease of it all, in changing and canceling and updating team on shifts and communications was great.

**What do you like best about Teambridge?**

So far we are using Team Bridge for all of our PRN needs.  We are a smaller office which is growing.  Thus far, I have added all of our Client locations into Teambridge as well as our PRN clinicians who are able to be placed at each location.  It is helping me so much to keep track of who is where and when.  Also it's helping me to know what locations I've still got to fill.  We will continue to have training with our Rep Ashley Fox who was also amazing!  I look forward to Teambridge helping us as we grow.

**What do you dislike about Teambridge?**

I haven't found anything yet that I haven't loved about the ap.  Easy to use, user friendly.  So far, so good!!

**What problems is Teambridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me to keep up with what clinicians are scheduled and what dates I need to schedule that are still now filled.  I love it.

**What do you like best about Teambridge?**

Ease of Use - The mobile app is intuitive and easy to navigate for candidates. The automated onboarding process for new candidates has streamlined our workflow significantly.

Implementation Support - Having a dedicated implementation specialist was valuable. 

Customer Support - We appreciate having access to dedicated staff through the chat support feature.

Daily Integration - TeamBridge has become an essential daily tool across all our departments.

Product Development - We value TeamBridge's commitment to continuous product improvement and feature development.

**What do you dislike about Teambridge?**

Product Development Concerns - The frequent rollout of new features sometimes makes the platform feel like a patchwork of solutions rather than a cohesive product tailored to our specific business needs. Ideally, we wouldn't need a dedicated internal administrator, as the true cost includes both the monthly subscription and the salary of our internal support person.

Missing Core Features - Several essential features are absent, including temp availability tracking and a properly functioning client portal. The client login experience needs significant improvement, as clients receive notifications intended for internal users. No easy way for clients to place orders themselves without seeing unnecessary admin fields. 

Customer Support Issues - Chat response times could be faster, and support staff need better familiarity with individual accounts. The chat feature itself is unreliable—it often fails to load properly, requiring page refreshes or sometimes not loading at all.

Feature Limitations - We need better availability tracking, email delivery confirmation (extremely important - as clients can contest our fee saying they didn't get our email, this happens frequently), mass email capabilities with image and attachment support, enhanced chat features (including division-specific broadcasts), improved automation organization, and a "Recommend" feature that factors in availability (the current feature rarely loads properly). The messaging alert system needs improvement as it's easy to miss incoming messages.

Interface Design - The desktop layout feels cluttered and is particularly challenging to use on single-screen setups.

Integration Challenges - Data migration was extremely cumbersome due to lack of Zoho integration, requiring extensive manual review to transfer our data (much of which remains unmigrated). We're forced to use Constant Contact for client and candidate communication since TeamBridge lacks this capability, requiring manual contact list exports. Better third-party integrations would significantly improve our workflow.

**What problems is Teambridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Industry Competitiveness - TeamBridge enables us to remain competitive in our industry by providing essential modern tools, including a mobile app and electronic timesheet functionality that clients and candidates now expect.

Payroll Efficiency - The platform significantly reduces payroll processing time by automatically calculating hours from electronic timesheets, eliminating the need for manual timesheet calculations. This automation has streamlined our payroll operations.

**What do you like best about Teambridge?**

We used to have a manual timecard process that took 2.5 days, used over a ream of paper and 3+ people to process. Because of Teambridge, we are now able to process payroll in 1.25 days, maybe 15 pieces of paper and one person! Their reporting function is easily customized for your needs. The amount of time, money, paper, etc. saved is unsurmountable. Also, from an associate's point of view, what a great tool to be able to clock in/out of shifts via an app on a cell phone.

I really don't have anything to add here.

They have solved the archaic, manual timecard process we had been using for years. This has saved time and money in many different areas.

It would be nice if there was more functionality within filtering on client & staff views. The open API will add value once it is further developed.

It helps to keep the logistics of our PRN staffing managed /organized, which can be difficult.

It doesn't allow certain functions that I feel would be helpful or if it does, we still do not know how to use it despite asking support.

Managing multiple shift requests from multiple clients and putting it out there to multiple types of employees.  Tracking time so we don't have to use paper timesheets.

**What do you like best about Teambridge?**

To be fair, we are just finishing the implementation phase and are about to launch at our facility.  Our implementation manager has been very creative to not only finding ways to implement the many requirements that we have for our time and attendance system, but has suggested and developed a lot of additional automated processes that will make Team Bridge a huge asset for our business.  With what we have seen thus far, Team Bridge’s ease of use and automated process will greatly simplify our time and attendance program while simplifying our labor use reporting for our accounting department.

**What do you dislike about Teambridge?**

I am very pleased to say that there has been nothing to dislike thus far.  Their team has worked very hard to make this a very smooth and easy integration thus far.

**What problems is Teambridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamBridge was able to help solve our complex absentee and attendence point policy through programming and even provided automated reporting and communications to the management team.  This process eliminated the use of manually running programs in our current system and hours of verifying the accuracy of the system.  This was a game changer for our company.

**What do you like best about Teambridge?**

Any time we had an issue or feature we wished we had, their support team always listened (much more than other vendors), and often added customer feedback to their roadmap.
The software, itself has a great balance between flexibility and ease of use.
The website and app refresh super quick. If you change something, it instantly shows up everwhere else.

**What do you dislike about Teambridge?**

There are still features that need to be added, which is technically a downside, however, most of what we have wanted is on the roadmap.

**What problems is Teambridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The automations are really strong. We have automations helping with our entire onboarding process. Some new candidates even make it through most of the process without even needing to speak to a recruiter. The geo-tagged clock in/out makes it easy to verify when a worker is working at one of the many locations we staff. The ability to customer layouts and displays has made tracking KPIs much easier than other products we've used.

Teambridge has been an excellent software solution for our staffing agency. We use this for our clients to post their shift needs and our staff to pick up shifts seamlessly. It is highly customizable with endless options to meet our needs. The support team is very responsive and actively listens to client feedback and implements changes or adds features based on that input.

It solved how to automate our scheduling system from email and phone communication to all of it being automated in the app. This also eliminated the need for paper timesheets because they can clock in and out on the app which is geofenched, additionally we require them to get a signiture from the client upon clock out on the app which helps prevent time theft.

The AWESOME staff the company has and the AUTOMATIONS. If I can think it, Teambridge can do it. It is as creative as I can be with functionality.

This is a tricky question. It's probably how generic the inside feels (not that it is. just that it feels.)  This means the layouts internally are pretty basic, and there is a lack of color within the system itself.

Easy of access for the healthcare professionals to see the specific work they want along with pay transparency and capture. Our speed to confirmation is unreal.

**What do you like best about Teambridge?**

Zira is an excellent and powerful tool for controlling workflow, design and integration for customer service. Highly enable API. approval and management for products can be managed easily. Ticket assignment is easy and approval and solving are fast.

**What do you dislike about Teambridge?**

latency can be improved during query. the user interface can be improved and opening pages. scheduling can be made simple. All other things are well suited for product development.

Zira is easy to use for product development as per business needs. Automation, it supports flexible workflows and predictive intelligence. We can integrate third-party software with Zira. It has customizable dashboards. Project real-time tracking is very good.

**What do you like best about Teambridge?**

We are so happy to have found Zira!  The simplicity and flexibility of Zira has saved our organization a lot of time with scheduling. The way the tools integrate with the Zira time clock is really elegant. As soon as we publish a new opening, Zira automatically knows who can cover it and notifies them instantly.  This includes substitutes for teachers, custodians, campus monitors, and many other classified and certificated positions.

The Zira Portal (Time Clock) works on any device which is super convenient for our different campuses and work sites.

**What do you dislike about Teambridge?**

The Zira team is super responsive, and any issue I’ve had has been clarified or resolved in minutes.

**Recommendations to others considering Teambridge:**

Don’t wait! Zira has been key to our  ability to adapt to COVID protocols.

Zira solves problems by saving  time with scheduling.  The automation platform allows us to be confident that policies are consistent, fair and never forgotten.

We were looking for a scheduling solution and we stumbled onto Zira. We reached out to Zira for a demo, and we were pleasantly surprised to get one from the co-founder.The sleek UX And the flexibility of options to build schedules was what made the software stand out. 
The onboarding process was super smooth and we were up and running in a few hours.

**What do you dislike about Teambridge?**

Nothing yet. Its made our schedule planning  infinitely easier.

Before, I was personally building schedules. I used to spend hours looking at calendars and scheduling care time. Zira has allowed me to save so much time that I can focus on my job!

**What do you like best about Teambridge?**

Zira meets our workforce management needs perfectly. The product is just beautifully designed! It helps us create / manage employee schedules, shift swap requests, time tracking, time off approvals, and more. Before, we needed several tools to accomplish what we can do entirely with Zira. We can export our timesheets into the exact format required by our payroll provider, so that our hours are accurate and we can process payroll faster. The price point is very reasonable, given what you get.

**What do you dislike about Teambridge?**

We're on Year 1 of using Zira and there isn't much that I can think of here. We are working with their team on more custom reporting needs.

**What problems is Teambridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a better way to manage time cards and run payroll, than our old time clock (which was expensive and required manual corrections). Zira’s time tracking (biometric and mobile) and scheduling solution meets our exact needs. We’re able to more accurately understand when our employees were working and expedite payroll processing.

**What do you like best about Teambridge?**

Our team is very particular about the systems and processes we use. We have a certain way of doing things. We spent several months looking for a solution, and were not happy with the customization possible with what we saw. We found Zira being listed as a top option so we reached out and set up a demo. On the demo they were able to show us all the aspects of our processes and policies that we could automate (at least all the ones we could remember and ask about on the call).


The main thing we were looking for was a time & attendance solution. Our old time clock was become more and more frustrating with each passing pay period. For example, one employee by accident erased an entire pay period and we had to go back and manually create the entire pay sheet based on every employee's memory. Whether it was something drastic like that or a missed decimal place I was over the old way. 

The exciting thing about Zira was that we were able to activate the time tracking solution very quickly and then over  time build more and more into Zira so our managers could spend less time on the tracking and oversight aspects and more time training and building up the growth of our team/business.

I also really like that their system runs on any device. We can quickly add new time clock terminals as we want by just downloading the app on any android or ipad tablet and mounting it in our warehouse.

Finally I will say that I never expected such a high level of customer support. The Zira team felt like a dedicated internal piece of our team and was able to even add features that we had mentioned in passing on our initial conversation without us requiring it.

We're very happy with the solution. We gave some feedback for improving our use cases, and the team addressed them right away. 5 star experience!

This is the perfect time & attendance solution for our remote workforce. We love that Zira is accessible and mobile friendly.. Our employees in the field use the mobile app to clock-in/out, so we can keep track of hours and who is working. They report updates through the chat, which has been more scalable than communicating by text. And their schedules are always synced and up-to-date, which requires less check-ins with HQ and makes planning much easier... our employees always know where to go and have all the shift details. 

The manager dashboard gives us real-time visibility into our coverage and allows us to dispatch replacements efficiently. As a non-profit, we're cost conscious -- and we appreciate that Zira centralizes multiple functions (scheduling, time tracking, chat) in one tool. The mobile app is free to download for employees and works on their existing android / iphones, so we didn't need to purchase additional hardware.

We were searching for a scheduling solution and we stumbled upon Zira. Most of the tools we saw were clunky, old school, or too cluttered. We wanted something simple and easy to use. Zira caught our eye because it’s beautifully designed and the UX was clean. We reached out for a demo and were pleasantly surprised that it was led by Zira’s co-founder. Zira perfectly meets our needs for efficient scheduling and reporting. It was nice to have multiple options for building schedules: they can automate scheduling (which made them standout) but there’s also the option to build schedules on your own. The implementation process was smooth -- the Zira team makes it easy to import your schedule and the team has been very responsive.

Creating & editing shifts is already easy, but it would be nice if we could drag & drop shifts around the calendar as well.

The best part about Zira has been how simple and elegant it is to use. It's become so easy to publish our weekly schedules, and I'm also able to easily view employee history and performance. The other game-changers were the Face-ID clock in capability and automations. I don't have to worry about security or verification now, plus Zira automatically creates a new shift and notifies my team any time there's a no-show. That was previously a completely manual process and now I can just let Zira handle it all for me! Overall, I've been really impressed with the app and all the features I've been able to use.

The Zira time clock was incredibly easy to set up. I downloaded the app on my iPad and set it next to our existing 7Shifts, 7Punches tablet. I wasn't planning on switching just then, but when my employees came in the next day, some of which can not speak English and are not very tech-savvy, they saw the Zira Portal and started using it right away without training.

I think that is what I appreciate most about Zira. Everything they do is incredibly easy to figure out, and once you set things up, you don't have to worry about it anymore.

We operate a manufacturing plant and needed an easy way to schedule employee shifts and track time & attendance. Zira's software helps us build schedules instantly and ensures that employees with the right skillset are scheduled for the appropriate shifts. This has been a big relief and time saver for my managers, who no longer have to build schedules manually. 

We love Zira's face ID time clock, which made clock-ins simple and accurate. Before, we were using a traditional time clock that was old, expensive, and not easy to use. We had issues with employees punching in for each other and forgetting their PIN codes. Now clock-ins are verified and the modern system is a much better experience for employees.

We've set up automatic shift reminders, which made it easy for employees to show up on time -- and we have notifications for late clock-ins and no shows, so managers can easily dispatch replacements. Overall, our employees now have a better channel for communicating with management. Zira has helped our manufacturing plant operate more effectively -- saving us time and money.

I don't have any complaints about the product. The team has been super responsive to feedback, and we've enjoyed working with them. We asked for task functionality and pre-built recommended automations, and the Zira team built these immediately.

Zira's manager tool is so easy to use and has so many helpful sections. At first I purchased Zira solely for the advanced scheduling and the Zira Portal (the time clock with Face ID), but when my managers and I started using it, the automations were what really amazed us.

We have been able to automatically track and enforce the policies that used to take up most of our time during the week. My managers and I have much more time now to try new sales initiatives and focus on marketing the store to new customers.

I'm very happy so far,  would highly recommend!

No complaints so far. The Zira support team is very responsive and even added a few small features that I suggested would be nice to have.

Before I started using Zira my thoughts were that another system would mean more work, and that I just didn't have the time to set it up. I was dead wrong. The Zira tools were so easy to set up and the Zira team also did so much of the setup, that it really does free up a lot of my day. Schedules get created faster, each day goes smoother. My Managers and I are just excited to delegate more and more to the Zira platform!

It takes us a fraction of the time to create a schedule, and we now publish schedules nearly a month in advance. Before we posted schedules two days before which was both non-compliant and resulted in a lot of extra time fixing issues throughout the week with no show no calls and late employees.

What surprised me was the cost savings. When I let the Zira Scheduling A.I. optimize my schedule it was able to fine $200 in saving just by adjusting some of the coverage assignments without reducing hours.

My employees feel they have a say in their schedules and I think that really endears them and the staff to the culture we want to create.

The ability to release shifts so that my staff can get automatically notified is great. Then being able to auto-approve or see all the requests sorted by tenure and hours allocated was really helpful for us.

I also really enjoyed some of the extra features that I didn't even think about when initially searching. The communication platform, combined with the automated policies was really cool and saved me maybe 4 hours a week. Now instead of constantly monitoring my staff, I automatically get notified anytime something goes wrong or needs my attention.

I also set it up to notify me when things correct themselves so its really amazing now that it's full set up.

I run a small cafe. Zira helps to ease all of the pain points of my business - from communicating with employees, to reminding me of who's working / employee breaks / late employees or no shows, automating schedule creation and more. I've gone from spendings dozens of hours managing the basics of my business to having so much time on my hands to focus on how to grow and improve. Employees love the ease of use - from viewing their schedule on their phone, to getting reminders of shifts, to easily swapping shifts - Zira handles it all. I couldn't recommend a software enough!!

Nothing so far. It would be nice in the future to be able to drag and drop shifts around, but I know this is a feature the Zira team is working on.

I own a maintenance company, with hourly janitorial staff. Since our technicians work in-the-field, our key requirements were remote clock-in with geo-fencing capabilities. I chose Zira because they met these requirements and more; it’s an easy to use system for time and attendance. All of my employees have smartphones, so they can clock-in through the Zira mobile app, see their updated schedules, and chat with our managers. Geo-fencing helps us ensure that employees clock-in from the right locations. We also set up automatic notifications, to remind the staff to clock-out or notify managers to find replacements for late shows / no-shows. We’ve experimented with IVR time and attendance (where people call to clock-in), but Zira has been much more powerful and easy to use. Our business now has cleaner record keeping and accountability, and our employees are no longer frustrated by our old system.

Nothing at the moment. Zira's support staff have done a fantastic job to responding to all questions and feature requests quickly.

Our non-profit tends to do things a bit different than your average team. We have lots of policies and rules that need to be monitored at all times. I was pretty much resolved to do it all myself, or put the burden on our managers. 

When searching for a scheduling tool, and time tracking app- we came across Zira and saw what the Automated Policies could do. We spent up to 10 hours creating our schedule for the month- that has been reduced drastically. We also spent close to 5 hours per week trying to enforce and track our team rules, that is nearly all handled in Zira now. 

So I really do love the flexibility of the platform - to help our team keep operating in the way we want to rather than having to give up our unique ways.

With the Zira portal running time & attendance/ time clock for us that really makes things easy for us, and our staff required no training to figure it out.

The implementation process was also top notch: they helped us set up and customize our accounts, so that using Zira was a turn-key operation. We have taken advantage of their training sessions and have been using Zira smoothly ever since.

Zira has made managing my team so easy and headache-free. I can see all of my team’s availability, qualifications, and vacation-requests in one place. It really feels like I can build a schedule that all my employees are happy with. Plus, any time I need to get in touch with an employee, Zira’s built-in chat makes it incredibly easy.

The other really cool part about Zira is the automations. I’ve set up reminders to notify me whenever an employee is late or starts an unscheduled shift. It’s even made onboarding easier where I can automatically send documents to each of my employees as soon as they join.
