The need to share documentation across all your systems is real. Managing operational documents, internal procedures, configuration references, and support materials on different systems requires a reliable way to keep information accessible and consistent. One of the most useful features of Sugar Sync for us is its automatic file synchronization. It lets me keep folders on multiple systems up to date without having to re-upload the same files over and over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My primary concern is that the menus and folder experience could be more user-friendly, especially when you’re managing many synchronized directories. At times, it can be confusing to tell which folders will synchronize to which other computers, and what effect different changes will have on those synchronized folders. It would also be helpful to have a more advanced, granular management console, along with activity reports and integrations with ITSM applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
