
I love that I can quickly email my waivers to my clients. I used to do paper waivers (old school, I know). I was a little nervous about how long it would take me to set up, but it was easy peasy. Their customer support will actually set up your waiver for you if you just email it to them in a word doc or PDF form. Honestly, their customer support is super helpful and will get back to you very quickly. Also, the price is very affordable, and for my small business, this works great. I wish their mobile app was a bit better. For a while, I was teaching puppy class, and I wanted those who didn't read the email to be able to sign the waiver on my iPad Kiosk. The app looks super outdated and was challenging to use. It was slow to load. Luckily, I didn't teach that many classes and mainly do virtual/online dog training sessions now.
