The support is terrible. The support is truly regrettable, we send messages to ask very simple questions and they take 7 days, 10 days to respond, sometimes even longer. They reply but without any kind of answer, simply to buy more time. We have many unresolved issues related to the domains we have there. We want to redirect the domains we use for campaigns as secondary, to redirect to the root domain, and something as simple as this, they are not able to resolve. Moreover, they blame one of their providers, and even though it may not be entirely their responsibility, it's very bad that they first give you the message that it doesn't depend on them, because it gives you a sense of lack of control.
