**What do you like best about SecureVideo?**

The security is in the name of the product and that makes my clients feel much more comfortable.

**What do you dislike about SecureVideo?**

A bit confusing for clients to use at times. When compared to other platforms, this one is less straightforward.

**Recommendations to others considering SecureVideo:**

If you need HIPPA compliance, Secure video is the way to go

**What problems is SecureVideo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can connect with client wherever they are. That is the point of my business; therefore the most important.

**What do you like best about SecureVideo?**

I love how easily functional the program is. It has many great features. Majority of our patients do not complain. It is as simple as clicking a text message or a link sent to your email to have a telehealth visit with your physician. I like that when a patient calls and says I am having trouble getting in the virtual waiting room and how we can see when they are in the virtual waiting room awaiting the physician to enter. I like how they are able to pay their copays on secure video. I like the ease of the system.

**What do you dislike about SecureVideo?**

I dislike the use of Apple products because explaining to a patient can sometimes be very misleading. Patients would sometimes call asking for a meeting ID which was confusing whereas other patients would just click the link be prompted to pay their copay and join the virtual waiting room. There are not that many dislikes that I can attribute because I thoroughly like the product. If you want to be HIPAA compliant then this is the system to use.

**Recommendations to others considering SecureVideo:**

I would say if you work in healthcare you are in for a treat if you offer telehealth.

**What problems is SecureVideo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just as with any technology there are some flaws. Sometimes we have to click the remind link MULTIPLE times for the link to reach the patient. The benefits are great because we are preserving the safety of our patients by decreasing exposure to COVID. We are trying our best to accommodate the patients, especially those who are elderly and at higher risk.
