The upsides of RouteSavvy are the price and the valuable customer service that you are always able to have access to. Fromt he first day of using RouteSavvy, I have had a dedicated team member helping me. The routing options needs to improve a little bit. When optimizing the stops, Routesavy doesn't take into account for the right/left side of the road. They have improved on many of the little bugs I have experienced, but this is one that I would say would be very beneficial to upgrade. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
