Realtime tracking is very good and it made interviews process easy

System configuration sometimes failed to co-ordinate
It has to be improved.

**What do you like best about Recright?**

How much RecRight gets to save my and the team's time. For the past year, we have made it a must step in the recruitment process for our department. By checking candidates via RR, we save tons of time and energy as it helps us shortlist suitable candidates faster.

**What do you dislike about Recright?**

The only thing I would mention is the platform's integration with other platforms. I personally had only the SmartRecruiters synchronization experience issue, which I keep having and which makes it a little less convenient. Moreover, the Dashboard could be more of use if it could fit more interviews on one screen at once.

**Recommendations to others considering Recright:**

Make sure the platforms you will be using along with RecRight are easily synced with the platform to make the recruitment process even flawless.

**What problems is Recright solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Timesaver, allows me to pick the really best people for the team. I have only used one recording for myself for the past 4-5 recruitment panels with no need of recording over and over again.
