What do you like best about Raklet?

It's very powerful if you compare it to other similar platforms. We have been testing Racklet since last year for our charity GuruFund which is connected to Guru Muscle. You can create a fundraising campaign and also sell tickets to your events. You can even create a whole community of your supporters and send a mass email Newsletter about the News etc. Basically, you don't have to use another tool as Racklet creates a whole network for you. What do you dislike about Raklet?

I would love to see a mobile app that does a lot with more features. These days most people use a mobile, especially for the option to redeem a ticket at events. Also, I would love to see more native integrations to be able to connect tools like Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Raklet?

As an admin for Erin's Hope for Friends, Raklet has been instrumental in managing our events and engaging our members. The platform's user-friendly interface makes it easy to schedule and track both virtual and in-person events. This has been particularly useful during the pandemic when we had to pivot to online gatherings.

The members-only feature ensures that our events are exclusive and secure, providing a safe space for our members to interact and connect.

What do you dislike about Raklet?

Overall, Raklet has been largely beneficial for our organization. The only area where improvements could be made for us is having recurring events so that we can set up our weekly/monthly events at once. They recently launched a cloning event functionality which helps, but it would be great to be able to create recurring events. What do you like best about Raklet?

It is a platform very easy to use, has a simple but functional design, very intuitive, allows you to create custom pages in order to collect payments or donations, as well as virtually launch events, simplifying the management of events, on the other hand facilitates the organization of contacts, customers, donors and members of your team or volunteers, in addition to facilitating the creation of forms and generate reports, so it is a system that performs the community opening, organizational and creative networking of any company, business or in our case a non-profit civic organization, finally has a very functional mobile application in addition to very affordable plans and a free version. What problems is Raklet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Raklet, all our fundraising processes and event management were done in the traditional way, so it took us approximately 3 months to plan and conduct each event, plus we only used the social networks of the foundation and even ours, the personal of us employees to promote them, and since we started using Raklet simply took us to a higher organizational level, in addition to giving us the ability to effectively integrate all the social networks of our non-profit organization, which has allowed us to carry out more effectively the promotion or marketing of the organization as well as the events we perform, in addition to allowing us to schedule events, plan and recurring donation programs which has facilitated the assignments and tasks to us, employees and volunteers, so it has become a fundamental tool in our day to day helping us in the management of our nonprofit foundation, facilitating the achievement of goals and objectives. What do you like best about Raklet?

It is a very easy to use program, its interface is very simple so its learning curve is minimal, even for inexperienced users like me, allows for a larger organization within the association both volunteers, employee and donors, also offers hosting in the cloud, with a page of our organization, fully customizable, under the name of "adm.raklet" which is provided at the time of creating the account . On the other hand helps me design campaigns for fundraising as well as digital marketing, create forms, communicate through the application, text or email, collect payments online (product sales and tickets, membership, donations, ...), simplify event management and reporting. I would like to have more customization of the page on the board, in addition to the fact that the visualization of the information reflected on the board is more noticeable, could make a series of graphics, in addition to having the ability to store historical events and collections, and that we would be very useful this information when generating reports. What do you like best about Raklet?

It is very easy to create your own website, fully customizable, its interface is very simple and has templates that facilitate the work as it allows you to work on these, manage the colors of preference, import contacts, among other functions. On the other hand, it allows you to collect fees and donations through the creation of a campaign or event (alternative provided by the system), in addition to sending emails and organizing fantastic events to collect donations of goods or registration of new volunteers for our cause. That is to say, I can use CRM, Membership Management, Email Marketing, and mobile applications, all in one, so it is really functional and its price is very affordable. What problems is Raklet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our Foundation Fondo Andres Bello promotes the improvement of the quality of life of indigenous peoples living in Colombia and Venezuela. Having said this, we can highlight that since the implementation of this program, we have managed the administration of our foundation through this website, automating all processes, leaving behind the old paperwork. We have managed to create campaigns to collect funds as well as volunteers, obtaining very encouraging results. Additionally, as we have uploaded images and videos of the activities, we have managed to attract the attention of many web users, which increases the possibility of contacting potential contributors to our work. "Amazing Association Management Software "

What do you like best about Raklet?

We've started using this software for our alumni association and we've increased our revenues significantly. We can send an email to our members with an embedded payment link which they can click and pay easily without login. We love the social network aspect as well. What do you dislike about Raklet?

Even though we can customize several automated emails such as membership renewal reminders, application approved, birthday messages; we still need more customization (ie. event ticket purchase confirmation etc) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
