It's set up with helpful features such as an activity log showing who has added which document to a file and the ability to view and retrieve documents that were previously deleted. The Marketplace integration makes it very easy to order title searches and it's great to have the search and updates directly deposited into the file, with notifications of changes sent directly to email. The Connect automations and information requests are extremely helpful and time-saving. The new AI feature is a great help with quick file setup. Qualia is continuously adding useful new features and listens to feature suggestions/requests. **What do you dislike about Qualia?** I appreciate the existing options for customization but would like to see a greater ability to customize. I would also like to see improved/advanced search functionality (for instance, the ability to search not only by client name, but also by name of representative in the case of a client that is an entity). **What problems is Qualia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Qualia is a platform that allows us to store, collect, calculate, create, and manage all of our data; it provides a secure way to communicate with clients, and connects us to outside applications such as FedEx. The ease of using this system is terrific. Integration is simple. If you setup the software properly and completely from the beginning, the program works much more effectively. Its automated documents allow us to quickly and confidently get documents out to our clients. The Intergration of simplifile is easy to use and has made recording documents a breeze. We use Qualia as our daily website for all Real estate matters in the firm. Qualia was also very easy to implelemt and add our contacts and documents too. They also have very hands on customer support that allows us to fix any issues as they come along. **What do you dislike about Qualia?** Overall Qualia has been a great addition to our firm, however, the additional fees associated with the e-siging feature seemed a bit excessive given that the price is already so large and inclusive of so many other things. e-signing should be added as well. **What problems is Qualia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Qualia has made Real Estate 10x easier and mor eproductive. ### 25. It would make disbursement and balancing a lot easier if the accounting feature was more flexible. Oftentimes, Qualia does not "allow" an action or flags a non-issue because the accounting was not done exactly as Qualia is programmed (even though there is not actually an accounting issue). In the same vein, the HUD/CD/ALTA is not flexible at all and can become extremely frustrating when I need to download the statement and edit it in Adobe because Qualia will not allow a basic edit within their software. 2. Their customer service is very friendly, but not very familiar with the software or with title in general. On multiple occasions, I called for assistance and was told the feature I was asking about did not exist, only to discover it on my own soon after. When you switch back in forth between subfolders, it bugs so that you can't go back to all documents unless you switch to a different section and then go back to documents. ...These are just a few of the nuisances that it took me seconds to list. It has all the info I need and is simple to navigate. I use them daily and they made it very simple to learn and implement their data into my needs.
