Which can be very helpful. **What do you dislike about Qualia?** However, the systems "brain" can glitch and mess up a whole file. The search could broadened for extra help. When you are working in a file being able to follow the tabs created within Qualia make it super user friendly. **What do you dislike about Qualia?** Trying to submit a helpdesk ticket/inquiry is not alway the easiest. I find myself having a hard time figuring out how to get in touch with the help desk, if I go long periods of time between needing help. **What problems is Qualia solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm not aware of any problems that are being worked on that are directly effecting my use of the software. ### 3. However, when I struggle to find a solution or don't have the time to look for it their suppor team responds quickly and efficiently. **What do you dislike about Qualia?** I wish Qualia had a way to record email responses and file attachments by only including a qualia email address in an email. **What problems is Qualia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Qualia improves our efficiency by using a lot of Smart Tasks, etc. ### 4. It also allows us to communicate with everyone in connect. This secure portal allows for a paperless transaction of information and to keep employees and clients on task. It is super user friendly and is constantly adding vendors and updates to make the closing process seamless. Being able to talk to co-workers in chat allows us to over communicate and solve problems immediately. I would recommend this program to anyone in the title industry, it will save everyone so much time in headache in the long run. We use this program all day everyday and it is the lifeline of our company. Everytime we have had to reach out to customer support they have been very responsive and have helped solve or explain the problem. **What do you dislike about Qualia?** Anything with technology has its downside espcially when you are working with clients that do not want to log in and participate on the site. There are also occasional glitches where information does not get entered or sent. When the site is down we can not do anything since everything we do on a daily bases is in Qualia. **What problems is Qualia solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are finding ways to get lenders as clients so that we can integrate title orders immediatly into files, which saves a lot of time entering information and going back and forth between our email and qualia. ### 5. The layout is clear and easy to navigate. Our business has been able to cut down on a lot of tedious tasks by connecting everything within each Qualia file. It has features that allow information to automatically blow into the fillable fields. It's so effective and efficient. **What do you dislike about Qualia?** Customer support is a challenge sometimes. It can be difficult finding the right contact information and the right department for the specific question or issue that comes up. **What problems is Qualia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Qualia allows us to preload documents and then when our customers fill in forms, information automatically blows into their Qualia file. Additionally it means we are not waiting for documents to be scanned and e-mailed or, worse, sent by snail mail. I also appreciate how custom documents are made using Smart Tags, as it saves a lot of time to generate documents with much of the needed information already filled in. This is an incentivized review. **What do you dislike about Qualia?** 1. The accounting aspect could use some work. It would make disbursement and balancing a lot easier if the accounting feature was more flexible. Oftentimes, Qualia does not "allow" an action or flags a non-issue because the accounting was not done exactly as Qualia is programmed (even though there is not actually an accounting issue). In the same vein, the HUD/CD/ALTA is not flexible at all and can become extremely frustrating when I need to download the statement and edit it in Adobe because Qualia will not allow a basic edit within their software. 2. Their customer service is very friendly, but not very familiar with the software or with title in general. On multiple occasions, I called for assistance and was told the feature I was asking about did not exist, only to discover it on my own soon after. I have also called with questions about very basic title matters (proforma, for example) and the rep had never before heard the term. This is an incentivized review. **What problems is Qualia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Qualia allows for all information about a file to be kept in one place, which is a benefit other software does not have. ### 8. It has made some improvements on this over the last four years (since I started using it at a start-up), but there's still a greater push towards "ease of use and accessibility" rather than "functionality and security". **What problems is Qualia solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of Qualia's greatest strengths is that it is entirely web-based; this means it can be accessed anywhere without the need to use a VPN or remote connection. This has been tremendous in keeping operating costs for our small business low and was an absolute life-saver during the height of the pandemic. ### 9. The number of features and it has is amazing. Along with their first rate customer support which are always there to assist even with balancing a file when your in need. This alone is worth it. As all title agents know, balancing the file can be easier with an extra set of eyes. I am do happy our company uses Qulia and I recommend it to anybody in the title industry. **What do you dislike about Qualia?** I have not experienced any issues with Qualia except for the documents screen when adding files. It doen't seem to scroll down. But I figured it out. So in all there is nothing negative to say about Qualia. **What problems is Qualia solving and how is that benefiting you?** User-Friendly. You don't have to have title knowledge to learn this program. With all the training and on-boarding provided you can never go wrong. ### 10. Seems so easy to use, but its not the case **What do you dislike about Qualia?** Waste of time and money. I have tried 5 different softwares. I thought by switching to Qualia, I will be saving time and money, that is what they marketed to me. But during onboarding process, I realized that my Underwriter backed out, because their reporting was not legit. So all my automation became manual. Every appoitment I was fed lies how the underwriter would be part of Qualia, but they did not. I have to pay for each service separately, or manual upload is needed. **What problems is Qualia solving and how is that benefiting you?** They charge you for each added service and you end up paying so much more. Not easy to use, lots of docs are not able to be customized. Every document you need to upload, they do not assist, instead they send you back to the manual to read. Customer service sucks. They do not know what they are doing. Reading off their manuals and do not answer the questions. They do not return the call right away. So if you are looking for answers, good luck. Ledger - complete disaster. There is no option to create a check, you have to do 3 more steps before you can generate a check ### 14. The only benefit is that it is integrated with the Underwriters we use. **What do you dislike about Qualia?** Pretty much everything. It is not user friendly. Everything is a chore. Entering fees into the CD/HUD could be much simpler. The accounting section needs a major overhaul. The document search feature needs to be able to find documents based on a keyword, not just the first word exactly as it is named. Contacts should be able to reflect Contact name and payee name so that the correct name reflects on CD/HUD but the payee on check can be made payable how they specify. When you switch back in forth between subfolders, it bugs so that you can't go back to all documents unless you switch to a different section and then go back to documents. ...These are just a few of the nuisances that it took me seconds to list. There are many MANY more. It seems like the devs have never worked in Title before. And when you reach out to support some of the responses are kind of a joke. **What problems is Qualia solving and how is that benefiting you?** None other than the ability to use multiple Underwriters in one program ### 17. It also has a nice interface in order to find and selct items when needed. The abiity to filter searches is also convenient. I use Qualia everyday; all day long to conduct businesss. We use Qualia with clients in a Our Clients seem to enjoy the ability to input their information in one place and connect with us through a secure portal as well. The ability to upload and send confidential materials is important and vital; Qualia meets our needs to this task everyday. I have not had to contact Customer Sevice yet but if I need to I do know where it is. I feel as if I am learning new aspects of Qualia everyday. **What do you dislike about Qualia?** I would like a better way of notification when a task needs to be done in a way that is time sensitive. I feel as if there are many ways of inputting tasks but not so many ways of prioritizing them and putting Due Dates with notifications. I have also noticed that the client contact areas could use a little updating and some changes to reflect different social and client situations. It's easy to navigate and really pretty intuitive. I LOVE how the underwriters are integrated and especially my third party vendors like lien search company, surveys and even mobile notaries! **What do you dislike about Qualia?** Honestly, there really isn't a downside to using Qualia! It took me a little bit to figure out the accounting module, but like anything else, once your use it a few times it becomes easy! **What problems is Qualia solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes it easy to receive my title commitments and all the back up documents that come with it. I can then edit the commitment and forward with the BIIs to the Buyer right through the Connect module. The connect module also has questionaires that go out to the parties and realtors which simplifies the gathering of information. ### 21. It is not user friendly AT ALL and does not provide the options that were promised. Integration was a total nightmare. **What do you dislike about Qualia?** EVERYTHING! The sales team misrepresented that they ALWAYS had the most up to date title forms, which is why I made the transition. Six months later they still do not have the up to date forms, and LIED and blamed my title underwriters and finally admitted it was a "glitch" in their software program. The software is not user friendly, and Customer Service is TERRIBLE! **What problems is Qualia solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are not solving any problems. ### 29. This is a rare occurance though. **What problems is Qualia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Qualia is helping us keep organized and stay on top of all of our tasks. It is very user friendly and easy to navigate through each screen. Marketplace is also a very useful product to have available. I have worked with a few other platforms and Qualia is by far the best one I have encountered. **What do you dislike about Qualia?** The only downfall (if you can even consider it that) is that you are not able to drag and drop emails directly to Qualia. They need to be dragged to the desktop and then pulled into Qualia. Again, not really an issue at all.... **What problems is Qualia solving and how is that benefiting you?** N/A ### 35. Preparing documents is so much faster and easier. CPL is created in 5 seconds. If you do not already have a form in you office they have templates to base off. **What do you dislike about Qualia?** Not much bad I can say about it. The only thing I wish it would do that it doesn't is be able to find a property in the search bar using the clients name if they using an company. When a client calls they say their name not the company name and when you have 20 closings with a company on them it's hard to remember who goes to which. **What problems is Qualia solving and how is that benefiting you?** I think they are doing great without anything. When ever I am stuck on how to make something work, one simple call to their support help line they get the issue figured out and fixed. ### 36.
