## ProdPad Reviews
  ### 1. More Than a Tool—A Framework for Product Thinking

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2025

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

What I like best about ProdPad is that it's more than a software tool for managing processes and documentation. It's a framework and educational resource that helps my team to stay organized, learn, and communicate the work that we're doing (and WHY we're doing it).

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

I have encountered a few hiccups in integrations I've setup with ProdPad, and while support responses are quick and courteous, the resolutions are not immediate. This has has sometimes set back my ability to move forward with an internal initiative to get my stakeholders aligned on using the tool.

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-Keeps our Jira less cluttered by centralizing feedback management outside of our backlog
-Prevents us from losing track of initiatives that we have intentions to work on in the future (for good reason) as more immediate priorities are continually presented to us
-Gives us a way of resurfacing ideas, feedback, and comments as they relate to initiatives that we aren't actively working on
-Provides a tool for prioritizing ideas using a quasi-quantitative evaluation (impact x effort)
-Provides a single source of truth for our roadmap intentions across multiple products (even as stakeholders continue to ask for different versions of the roadmap for different audiences and purposes--I know which one the "real" one is--the one in ProdPad)

**Official Response from Lee Wardrobe:**

> Hi there! 👋

Thank you for the thoughtful review. We're so glad to hear that ProdPad has become more than just a tool for your team, that it’s helping you stay organized, learn, and clearly communicate the work you're doing and why it matters. That’s exactly what we aim to support! 🙌

It’s also great to hear how you're using ProdPad to reduce Jira clutter, prioritize initiatives, and keep long-term ideas from getting lost. Having that single source of truth for your roadmap, even with multiple products and stakeholder needs, is a big win and we're excited to be part of that 💖

We appreciate your note about integration issues. While we’re glad our support team has been responsive, we understand how delays can impact your momentum. Your feedback is really helpful, and improving the integration experience is something we're actively working on.

If there's anything we can do to support you right now, feel free to reach out to help@prodpad.com. We're here whenever you need us.

Thanks again for being part of the ProdPad community! 🙌

  ### 2. Too good

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Enrik S. | Project Supervisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2025

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

Strategic Roadmapping (Outcome-focused)

Unlike feature-based roadmaps, ProdPad encourages problem/goal-oriented roadmaps.

Keeps stakeholders aligned on why you’re building, not just what.

Flexible timelines → no rigid Gantt charts that lock you in.

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

Learning Curve

The “lean, outcome-driven” roadmap style is very different from traditional Gantt-style or feature-based planning.

New users (especially stakeholders used to dates & deadlines) can feel lost at first.

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clearer context: You see why you’re building, not just a Jira ticket.

Less churn: Fewer last-minute scope changes since ideas get validated first.

Customer insight: Access to feedback tied directly to what you’re working on.

**Official Response from Julie Hammers:**

> Hey Enrik -

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with ProdPad. We appreciate your thoughtful review!

We're pleased to hear that the outcome-driven roadmap style is delivering clearer context, reducing scope churn, and connecting customer insights directly to your work.

Also, we can understand the learning curve challenge you've shared. The transition from traditional Gantt charts and feature-based planning to lean, outcome-driven roadmaps does require a mindset shift, particularly for stakeholders accustomed to fixed dates and deliverables. We're continuously working to improve our onboarding experience and educational resources to help teams and their stakeholders navigate this transition more smoothly.

If you'd like guidance on helping stakeholders adapt to this approach or want to explore more ways to ease the learning curve for your team, we'd be happy to connect you with additional resources or schedule a call - you can always reach us at help @ prodpad.com.

Thanks again for your feedback – it helps us continue improving ProdPad for product folks everywhere.

Cheers,

Julie @ Team ProdPad

  ### 3. Ok, but it seems like an immature software

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dylan W. | Sr. Director of Product, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2025

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

What is out there is easy to use. I wish the reporting tools were more ad-hoc, especially reporting against the roadmap. I like the loose integration with Jira.

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

... little to no customization of the roadmap. I'd like to see it exportable. We need to present our roadmap frequently and screenshots of it just stink and are uninformative. I would be ideal to have a spreadsheet like view of it.

Also converting ideas to feedback and vice versa.

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Replacement of an awkward product board.

  ### 4. A great central hub for Product Managers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2025

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

ProdPad gives product managers a space to focus on what is important to their role. Ideas, roadmaps and OKRs are easy to enter which means a product manager can quickly capture what they need to. The support and integration features are also excellent and this was a key USP for us when looking at other tools.

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

The way ProdPad is laid out can be confusing at first, and screens can look very 'busy'.

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously didn't have a tool for our Product Managers to use to maintain their discovery and strategy work linked to their products. ProdPad now gives us this space. It also allows us to share roadmaps and OKRs with a wider audience of stakeholders.

**Official Response from Lee Wardrobe:**

> Hey there!

Thanks so much for the fantastic review, you’ve absolutely nailed why we built ProdPad in the first place 💡 Giving product managers the space to think, plan, and prioritize without the chaos is what we’re all about. Also so glad to hear the Ideas, Roadmaps, and OKRs are hitting the mark for your team – and major high five for calling out our support and integrations! 🙌

Totally hear you on the layout feeling a bit “busy” at first, it’s something we’re constantly working on. Our product and design teams are always cooking up ways to make the experience smoother and more intuitive (while still keeping all the good stuff in arm’s reach!).

Love that ProdPad has helped you carve out a proper discovery and strategy space, and even better that you’re now able to loop in stakeholders with clear, shareable roadmaps and OKRs. That’s music to our product-loving ears 🎶

If you ever want a few tips or a walkthrough to cut through the busy bits, just give me a shout – always happy to help!

Many thanks,

Lee

  ### 5. Easily showcase ideas from across the business

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2025

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

The UI is amazing - simple, intuitive, and easy to train someone who is non-technical.

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

I think the licensing model should be adjusted to offer a lower price for reviewers. We would love more people to get involved in the idea movement, but the license cost is just too high.

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a centralized location for storing production suggestions from across the business was extremely beneficial. Our product teams can now validate these ideas and incorporate them into the sprint boards within DevOps.

**Official Response from Lee Wardrobe:**

> Hey there! 👋

Thanks so much for taking the time to share your thoughts, we're thrilled to hear you're enjoying ProdPad! 🙌

We’re especially chuffed that you love the UI; making it intuitive and easy to use (even for non-technical folks) is exactly what we aim for. Your feedback tells us we’re on the right track, and we love that it's helping your team collaborate with ease.

It’s also fantastic to hear that having a central place to capture product suggestions has been a lifesaver for your business. That’s exactly why we built ProdPad, to bring clarity and flow to the product process, from idea to delivery 🚀

Now, about the licensing bit (thanks for flagging it!), but here's the fun surprise: reviewers are actually completely free in ProdPad! 🎉 You can have unlimited reviewers, and they can create feedback, submit ideas, and even be made owners of any idea (which gives them editing rights too). We designed it this way to help spread the idea love, enablement, and engagement far and wide across your organization 💡💕

If something’s been unclear or not working as expected, drop us a line at help@prodpad.com, we’re here to help make sure your whole team gets the most out of ProdPad.

Thanks again for being part of our community, you're helping to shape better products every day!

  ### 6. Functional

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2025

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

Documents ideas, make content accessible to other team members

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

There's some pain points in the UX that make it harder to use. One of the main ones is the organization of data from roadmaps, ideas, user stories, feedback. I found it a bit messy.

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A place to store and document content and make it shareable with others.

  ### 7. Great Tool for Product Strategy and Roadmaps!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James F. | Member of the Alberta IoT Centre of Excellence, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

Prod Pad is easy to use, easy to share, and has incorporated Generative AI to critique and provide insights into ways you can enhance your product's strategic canvas. It also includes Generative AI insights on initiatives you might add at key points in your product's roadmap journey. Being cloud-based, it is easy to implement and has a simple licensing model. The opportunity to trial the product first with encouragement to extend your trial by trying more features was useful, and they offered great sales and onboarding support.

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

It would be nice if you could display the Impact/Effort matrix at the Initiative level instead of at the Ideas level to support top-down portfolio-level investment decisions.

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Product Roadmapping is about collaboration and alignment, and this tool provides a shareable, living way to continue that process.

**Official Response from Georgina Munn:**

> Hey James,

Thank you for sharing insights on your experience using ProdPad so far. I'm pleased to hear you've had a smooth journey from your trial through to onboarding; I'll pass this on to the team 🥳

Great to see you're already making use of our Generative AI features and seeing the benefits of collaboration across your team. Thank you for sharing your feedback on managing the Impact/Effort at the initiative level - you may be aware that you can add Impact/Effort to your initiatives (I'll share a help article below) but I'll drop you an email to better understand how you'd like to manage this so I can record this as Feedback in our own ProdPad. Thanks so much!😊

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

Honestly can't think of any aspects I dislike.

  ### 9. Not just an ituitive Product but an intuitive Product Strategy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

Prodpad stands out due to it's ability to enable SAAS development Companies to evolve their end to end process of Production in innovative ways which can assist with providing a Unique point of difference in the Market.

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

I have no dislikes about Prodpad, I would like to see the evolution of the Signals which is in Beta as well as being able to better be positioned to maximise the benefits of the Ai components. By this I mean a better explaination of where quality inputs would asssist in better quality outputs from the AI and its associated functions.

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to extend the capture of feedback and ideas from internal and external stakeholders thus providing a broader net but at the same time the ability to make sense of the detail.
The ability to form up the Features and stories and to generate Specifications and then push it to Azure Dev Ops for Development or parking on the Roadmap.
Providing a bridge between consumer, stakeholder, disperate solutions and therefore enabling a cohesive Process within our Larger Product Management process.

**Official Response from Georgina Munn:**

> Thank you so much for this review - it sounds like you have taken ProdPad and really run with it in all areas, which is awesome to hear 🚀

Appreciate your feedback around Signals and our AI tools in general, thank you for putting these to the test and sharing your thoughts! I'll share this with the wider team so that we can make relevant updates to our documentation to provide that extra detail and keep you in the loop as we review Signals ✨

Thanks again!

  ### 10. Prodpad is great for structuring product teams with low maturity faced with high uncertainty

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

It is simple, straightforward, and doesn't distract/dizzify you with tons of options and configuration that allows something to do millions of things, but none well. It does the structuring and clarifying of the work of Discovery REALLY well.

Prodpad puts into an app/workflow a simple, effective method.

Starting to use Prodpad is also very easy. In one day you can get started and be extracting value already.

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

On the flip side, if you have a well organized product team that follows a pattern that doesn't closely align to Prodpad's method, it may be hard to converge the two.

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are trying to find new ways to deliver value with advertising data which is very expensive to maintain, but it's been very difficult to find a clear path. Prodpad helps align ideas and feedback to help find the right bets to make.

**Official Response from Georgina Munn:**

> Thanks for taking the time to share this fab review, we appreciate it 🥳

Great to hear that you've found it easy to get up and running and that you're already seeing value - that's what we like to see 🚀 I'm always on hand to ensure this remains the case as you continue this journey.

As for ProdPad's ethos and ways of working, our aim is to help folks become the best product managers/teams they can be. It may not align with everyone's ways of working, but we're always keen to have conversations to explore this further. Awesome to hear it's working for you - thanks again! 🙌

  ### 11. Love it

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter F. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

It's very intuitive and can be easily used fresh out of the box. The software is updated and improves over time and I have noticed this over the past few years of using the product.

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

I wish there were ways to restrict user access to different product groups. I run a product team that works across a number of different products, often with external stakeholders. We like to give these stakeholders access to ProdPad so that they can add new ideas and feedback, however, we currently can't restrict their access to only see one product and feedback from their domain.

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collating product ideas and feedback to guide prioritisation across stakeholders.

**Official Response from Georgina Munn:**

> Hey Peter,

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review 😊

I'm pleased to hear that you've noticed the improvements over the years and that you're enjoying using ProdPad 🚀 with our weekly releases, we're always updating and improving as we go!

Thank you for the feedback on user access permissions - this is always a tricky one as folks always want to manage things in different ways but I do appreciate where you're coming from. I'll add your feedback to our own ProdPad - if you're happy to, please email me at hello@prodpad.com with your details so we can keep you in the loop on any work in relation to this. It would also be great to chat to understand how you'd like to manage this!

Have you considered, or are you using, our Customer Feedback Portal to source feedback from your stakeholders (either internal or external)? This would be linked to a specific product and be added straight into ProdPad for your product team to review. They're super easy to set up, and you can even display specific Ideas on the portal for feedback. We also have integrations with tools like Slack so that your team can share Feedback and Ideas in the spaces they already are. I'd be more than happy to chat you through the options if you get in touch but I'll also share a link to our Help Center.

Thanks again! 🙌

  ### 12. Prodpad provides a logical thread from direct customer feedback up to product strategy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

I like that Prodpad links customer directly directly to ideas, initiatives and OKRs, making sure that customer feedback is available where decisions on a product are made.

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

From a User Research perspective, synthesizing customer feedback is more complex than what Prodpad currently has to offer. Looking forward to new developments in the area!

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As all our PMs have to use Prodpad as single source, it is a great way to know what they are up to and what customer feedback they base their decisions on. For me as UX researcher, this helps me to know when I need to step in to provide higher quality research data.

**Official Response from Georgina Munn:**

> Thanks for sharing your experience using ProdPad! Great to hear that ProdPad is acting as that single source of truth for your team and connecting you with customers 🥳

We're definitely working on developments in this area, thank you for sharing your feedback. We have a new feature just released in beta to process feedback using AI. It's designed to give you a summary, indicate the sentiment and the key points at the click of a button - I'll drop the help article link below. We'd love to hear your thoughts on this and whether it helps your processes.

Thanks again 😃

  ### 13. UX designer

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Market Research | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

I think the feedback structure of feedback > idea, is great structure compared to the likes of jira which i think is really behind the times.

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

Some areas for growth
• Idea cannot be sorted easily via impact and effort, which make prioritisiation very, very hard. we currentyl export to a csv in order todo this.
•it would be nice if we had a more visual view to create ideas. It would be cool to lay out all our feedback and add them to ideas we create on the fly in a visual manner like a miro board.
• Add a better method or mutiple method of prioritising like R.I.C.E
•Custom status for ideas other than archived or backlog etc.

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prodpad allows us to create ideas from shared feedback and they prioritise them into projects for our product roadmap. This is a super important stage for product development. I think prodpad does a better job than roadmunk and jira ATM.

**Official Response from Georgina Munn:**

> Hey! Thank you for leaving us a review, we really appreciate it 😁

Great to hear that you're enjoying using ProdPad to streamline your feedback > ideas > roadmap process. We love to see it!

Thank you for sharing your ideas on how we can improve as well. I'll share some thoughts from the team below:

• In terms of sorting ideas by impact and effort, have you checked out our Chart view in Ideas? This gives a visual representation of all of our Ideas on an Impact/Effort scale. You can also view and filter your Ideas in the List view by impact and effort. It would be great to understand more about your current process for prioritization to see how you're managing this.

• Love the idea of a more visual view to create ideas - I will add this as feedback for our product team to check out!

• In terms of prioritization methods, we have actually got a Confidence score for the C in R.I.C.E. (currently in beta), but we don't allow for a R.I.C.E. like weighted scoring algorithm - and here's why! Capturing the scores is a good thing (which is why we have Impact, Effort, Confidence, all of which can be captured, sorted by, and used to view Ideas visually in ProdPad), but R.I.C.E. traditionally calls for these scores to be mashed together in an algorithm to get a 'prioritization score' of sorts, and the problem with this is that, if you take two assumptions (like your best guess at what impact is, and what effort is), and you multiply or divide them, the end result is an even fuzzier assumption that loses the context of the source of the original score. This is further exacerbated when people take the resulting scores and compare them against each other, and use them to set a final priority of work to be done... when in fact, because those original scores were just estimations anyways, the accuracy of the final numbers can be a ways off, meaning the proposed order suggested by the R.I.C.E. scoring algorithm is almost certainly off.

So teams end up tweaking their algorithm to match what they think is right, which is a lot of wasted time they could be doing literally anything else, or they end up building the wrong stuff because the spreadsheet said so. Something we don't want! That's our approach, I'd love to get your take on this.

• You may have seen that we have a customizable Ideas workflow but Backlog and Archived are set. What kind of statuses would you like to see? I'll also share a help article from our Head of Product on how she uses emojis to further customize statuses.

I'd love to chat with you about your feedback in more detail to better understand how you're using ProdPad - if you're happy to do so, please send me a note on hello@prodpad.com.

Thanks again 😁

  ### 14. A really helpful tool for product managers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

One of the main attractions for me is the feedback feature which allows the product team to directly hear the voice of their customers or the users of their product. Being able to link this directly to the ideas which are eventually executed in development as well as the higher level initiatives in the roadmap means that there is a "golden thread" that runs throughout the product.

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

Our product is internal and B2B so our users are also our colleagues. A common question I hear from them is how to attach screenshots or attachments to their feedback because it would help them to express themselves better. This can be particularly valuable when people are communicating in English as their second language.

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our method for processing user feedback was clunky and static. Using ProdPad makes this fluid and a more continuous activity. It also brings structure and organisation to our workflow.

It is also starting to make a difference to our development planning although we are still moving away from performing this activity in Jira/Confluence and offline/static tools (e.g. PowerPoint). This ties in to a bigger business problem about our whole product development workflow. This is hindered by our inability to integrate ProdPad with Jira on our side (i.e. not to do with ProdPad functionality).

**Official Response from Georgina Munn:**

> Hi James, thank you so much for sharing your experience using ProdPad. It's great to hear that feedback is such an integral part of your product process and having an impact on your roadmap planning 🚀 I'd love to pick up on the conversation around Jira so I will send you an email.

Thank you for your feedback on attaching screenshots or images to feedback, I can see the value in this. It's not currently possible via the customer feedback portal, but we do have an Idea for this - so I will add your feedback! If colleagues add feedback directly in ProdPad, it's possible to attach images (though I appreciate that folks aren't always logging into ProdPad to share feedback).

Thanks again! 😊

  ### 15. Get a grip of your portfolio!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

The roadmap view whiich can be organised by product line and OKRs allows me to easily plan out how incremental value will be discovered and delivered. Grouping ideas into initiatives makes forward resource planning very effective.

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

External integrations are less slick than a fully integrated suite of tools. Mapping of workflow satges between Prodpad and Jira software for example could be made more intuitive but that's not something that needs attention every day.

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Propad allows a high level roadmpa to be clearly constructed and communicated against OKRs. The OKRs can be portfolio level (company wide) and at the individual product level. This helps separate out responsibility for OKRs between different roles.

**Official Response from Georgina Munn:**

> Hi Richard, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review (love the headline, by the way)! 🙌

Amazing to hear that you're a fan of our roadmapping approach.Thank you for your feedback on the ease of using integrations - the Jira/ProdPad mapping experience is something we're aware of and would like to improve, particularly for our new beta Full Sync integration. I will share this with the team. Thanks again!

  ### 16. It has revolutionised our feedback/idea management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

We now have a place to manage all our ideas without them being lost in Jira. Duplicates are identified as you are writing which saves wasted time.

We've not been using the system for long but we're already seeing the benefits and several issues have been identified by implementing the feedback widget in our solutions.

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

It does feel like there is some duplication when creating feedback, which is linked to an idea, which is then linked to an initiative on the roadmap. However, I do think that this is possibly down to not using it in the way it was designed to work.

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously used Jira or Freshdesk for ideas (if they were logged at all) but they were often lost or duplicated and had no weighting so it was hard to pick out what really ought to be developed and which should be rejected.

**Official Response from Georgina Munn:**

> Hey there, thank you for your review - it's awesome to hear that you're already seeing the benefits of using ProdPad to manage your ideas and feedback 🥳

Appreciate you sharing your thoughts on the hierarchy of feedback --> ideas --> initiatives. Have you had a chance to chat with anyone in our team yet? I'd love to catch up and talk this through - drop me a message on hello@prodpad.com 😁

I'll also link to one of our help articles that talks about each of these aspects in case that helps.

Thanks again!

  ### 17. a comprehensive product management tool with focus on ideas and roadmap

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

Easy to use interface and very nice roadmap view.

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

Not having backwards compatibility from Jira. Meaning Jira Epics and Userstories are not synced with Prodpad. This already done by some other tools like ProductBoard and makes life much easier.

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

made it easier to get all the feedback/ideas from the stakholders. The roadmap view with Now, Next and Later is also very nice though we should be giving the option to the user if they want to use NNL (now, next later) or specific timelines.

**Official Response from Georgina Munn:**

> Hey there,

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review! Amazing to see that ProdPad is helping you to collaborate more with your stakeholders 🤝 and that you like the roadmap view (we like it, too!). As inventors of the Now, Next, Later roadmap, we've written a lot about why we believe working to a timeline roadmap is less efficient and provides less value for your customers (I'll link a blog post) . However, we know that in some cases it may be appropriate to add a deadline, for example, in line with a change in legislation. You could do this using tags, for example.

I'm sorry to see you've had some trouble with our Jira integration. We've just released a number of Jira updates that answer your exact problem - the two way content sync from Jira back to ProdPad, along with an import feature from Jira to ProdPad. Send me an email on help@prodpad.com so that we can talk you through this and get you set up ASAP. We'd love to hear your feedback on it.

Thanks again!

  ### 18. Helpful Roadmapping & Planning for Product Managers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cat C. | Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

Ability to sync with JIRA and the "Now, Next, Later" buckets to quickly summarize priorities

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

Encountered some issues syncing with JIRA so wish that was more streamlined/clear

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Roadmap, prioritization, tracking the status of epics, collecting ideas for future work

**Official Response from Georgina Munn:**

> Hi Cat,

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review, we appreciate it. It's good to hear that ProdPad is helping you in both tracking your current work as well as planning ahead for the future 🥳

In terms of JIRA, thanks for sharing your experience here. The good news is that we've literally just released a whole host of updates to strengthen and improve our integration 🙌

You can now opt for a two way content and status sync integration as well as importing your backlog into ProdPad. I'd love to chat you through the changes so I'll drop you a note 😊

Thanks again for your time leaving a review!

  ### 19. Prodpad is a helpful well thought out tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roxie B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

Prodpad makes it really easy to organise ourselves as a team. You can link customer feedback to ideas, and add notes and user stories, set up a workflow, push ideas straight through to Jira for the dev team to pick up and link your ideas to your roadmap. There is an area for objectoves which makes it easy to show which areas of your roadmap link to which objectives. Its really handy.

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

The only thing I don't like is that sometimes it is tricky to move user stories around if you want them in a diiferent order. The ability to do it is there its just not so easy. I move a story and it will be in.a different place to where I want it.

It would also be great if Prodpad could offer user anyalitics too to make it easy to attach data to ideas.

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us stay organised which is really needed!

**Official Response from Fleur Sykes:**

> Hi Roxie, thanks for the awesome review! Really glad you're seeing all the various element's value and how they all piece together. I personally love the OKRs too. Regarding the user story, re-ordering sounds like a little bug, would you mind reaching out to hello@prodpad.com where the support team will be able to get that checked out. Thanks again, Fleur

  ### 20. One of the better Product Management Suites

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

It truly is simple to use and that's my favorite part about it. Most of the other tools on the market are repleat with features: toggles, tags, switches, integrations and all the other bells and whistles to have a complete product management platform but fall short on ease of use and simplicity. Prodpad gives you plenty to get the job done and has extended the capabilies into natural "what's next" types of items rather than being a frankenstein of features.

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

The organization of a Roadmap by Initiative, each initiative has one or many Ideas and each Idea having one to many underlying User Stories that can push into another work tracking platform is pretty slick. However, when it comes to Ideas without an accompanying Initiative and being able to keep them organized, especially as I have many of my users entering new and duplicate ideas, it quickly becomes the wild west. Deduping ideas is something I've been contemplating...like what if Prodpad prompted a user "Hey, this idea sounds a lot like this existing idea, would you like to update the existing one" would sure be great!

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prodpad solves our need to capture ideas and organize ideas into our roadmap initiatives that we validate with the business. Additionally, it empowers our entire company to contribute to our product ideation because good ideas are not limited to coming just from the Product team.

**Official Response from Georgina Munn:**

> Hello! Thank you for your fab review 😊

We're happy to hear that you find ProdPad simple to use and that you're bringing your whole company into your product processes - that's exactly what we built ProdPad to do 🥳

Thanks for your feedback, too. There can definitely be cases where duplicate ideas pop up. Have you had a chance to check out DotBot? DotBot scans your backlog and suggests connections between your ideas and feedback as well as spotting duplicates for you. Let me know on help@prodpad.com if you have any problems with this, and whether it solves this challenge for you.

Thanks again 😃

  ### 21. ProdPad takes some investment to get set up, but is easy to communicate with

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas J. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

ProdPad is visually appealing, which makes it easier to talk about with stakeholders or present in a meeting. It also forces you to stick to a framework (in my case: Now/Next/Later), which prevents you from waffling!

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

Setting up a roadmap that works well for you in Prodpad takes some up front investment, more than chucking some epics into Jira or whipping up a list in Excel. It is worth it, but the start can be a little intimidating.

There are also many features that I either don't understand or don't want to bother with - for instance impact/effort mapping - and I can't toggle those fields off, so they keep taking up space in my screen when working on roadmap items.

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps PMs in my organisation clearly communicate roadmaps in a fairly standardised way, tied to fairly standardised objectives and OKRs. Uptake is still not that high as many PMs are content managing their roadmaps in their own legacy formats, so I don't know whether using Prodpad has solved the problem (yet).

**Official Response from Fleur Sykes:**

> Hi Thomas, thank you so much for taking the time for leaving us a review, I might be biased but I agree ProdPad is very nice to look at. Also thank you for the great feedback on the setup of ProdPad, we've actually just made some awesome tweaks to our onboarding set up which should make it much easier for people to get started. The impact/effort mapping really shines, when you look at the idea list in chart view, because it takes your idea backlog and shows you all the quick wins you can work on if there is anything you would like to have a look at in more detail with one of the team please do let me know and we can organize a call. Thanks again, Fleur

  ### 22. Useful software for structured collection and mangement of customer feedback

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

Using Prodpad since few months, quite satsified so far.

- This is my go to place when I as a PM need to think about "what next" and I do not need to check ten different places, boards and notes and channels where all the scattered customer feedback use to be stored.
- I like I can link the feedbacks to so called "ideas" which could be thought of as features and I can quickly get a feeling for how "hot" the idea is by seing number of related feedbacks that are entering the feedback pipeline.
- Great that there are various channels how feedback can be submitted - even a picky user will likely find a method that will fit his/her needs.
- Very helpful and quick customer support.

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

- There could definitely be some usability improvements, they aren't that critical though
- There are couple minor bugs here and there
- Submitting via Slack does not allow for selection of already existing contacts from the list, and submission by manual contact addition creates duplicates
- Salesforce integration is available but not easy and straightforward - however it was either in Beta or just out of Beta and the customer support was very helpful with it as well.

All in all there are improvements that can be done, but the value we are getting from Prodpad is more significant than the above mentioned drawbacks.

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralised collection of all the customer feedback, identification of important subjects that supports with prioritisation and setting the discovery direction.

**Official Response from Fleur Sykes:**

> Hi Tim, thank you so much for the thoughtful review, I'm really happy to hear how much you're getting out of ProdPad already. If you do need any help with anything as you know our support team is a very helpful bunch so do not hesitate to reach out to them and if you do notice any bugs please do let us know, thanks again, Fleur

  ### 23. Great way to structure information from feedback to roadmap

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Massimo A. | CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

The way it helps Product teams structure information: you start with feedback (e.g. a message sent by a customer customer via a support ticket), you associate product feedback with N "ideas", you turn ideas into new product features/initiatives, and you place them on a Now, Next, Future roadmap. This structure helps a team avoid working on things that are not rooted in real, tangible, repeated customer feedback.

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

We had some performance problems using the tool, especially when logging in from the United States. Performance has gotten better over time. Also, consider that we've been using Prodpad for years, so we have a large amount of information stored in the system, which certainly played a role. For example, we have over 23,000 pieces of customer feedback that we have stored there over time.

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Storing product feedback coming from a variety of sources. Organizing that feedback so that it helps inform good product decisions. Being able to reference that information when building "pitches" for the next development cycles (we use Shape Up as our product management and development framework and talked about it here: https://techblog.beefree.io/one-year-of-shape-up-part-2-why-it-works-for-us-bb9413b497ab)

**Official Response from Fleur Sykes:**

> Hi Massimo, thank you for such a lovely review - so happy to hear how vital ProdPad is in your product management process! That is an impressive amount of customer feedback well done to you and your team for collecting that much, we are constantly looking at ways to speed up performance so I hope you keep seeing improvements moving forward. Thanks again for the kind review. Fleur

  ### 24. User friendly app for customer support documentation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alicen M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

Love that we can automate new feedback from Zendesk via Zapier and import/export ideas. ProdPad gets a lot of credit for our development - feedback from sales/support is funneled into ProdPad; that feedback is then fleshed out as development ideas; and ideas with the most feedback/viability are incorporated into our sprints each month. This is a great tool that we use pretty much daily.

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

The search menu dropdown results (on the main page and within the modal for adding new feedback/ideas) when searching by keyword needs serious improvement - I can barely use it. So often it doesn't return an idea or feedback I *know* exists, so now I always just open ProdPad in a second tab and enter the search fully then retrieve what I'm looking for from the overall results page. So when trying to link feedback to an idea, I can't just search for the idea by name/keyword in the new feedback screen - I have to search for it in a new window, then type the idea number in manually.

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collecting feedback for product improvement; having a space to flesh out development ideas based on feedback before creating the actual work item for Development.

**Official Response from Fleur Sykes:**

> Hi Alicen, thank you for taking the time to review ProdPad, it's amazing to hear that you use ProdPad every day! I'm going to pass on your feedback about the idea search functionality to the product team so that they can look into ways to make the search better in the future. Thank you again for reviewing us and if you have any more feedback please do let us know either via hello@prodpad.com or via our feedback portal that I've linked below.

  ### 25. Allows us to organize feedback in a way that resonates throughout our organization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joey C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

The Slack integration is helpful; members of my organization can see and discuss feedback in a program we are already paying consistent attention to.
Also, the ability to tag feedback and associate it with product(s) is valuable when referencing the backlog.

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

The system is not very customizable -- e.g., we want to be selective with the creation of our ideas but there isn't a way to restrict who can create them, so we have to constantly remind our customer-facing team members to only create feedback or translate their ideas into feedback instead. I suppose having an easy way to convert ideas -> feedback and vice versa would be helpful here.

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides a place to collect and organize feedback that is easy enough for our customer-facing teams to use efficiently. We are able to store and easily reference crucial qualitative feedback when making development decisions.

**Official Response from Fleur Sykes:**

> Hi Joey, thank you so much for taking the time to review ProdPad, so glad you're getting so much value out of feedback. I've added the idea to feedback conversion as a piece of feedback for the product team to review. Thanks again, Fleur

  ### 26. Automatically the best product tool for product team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

Having to create documentation in one spot , and the best part is the AI integrated into it. The AI has been helpful creating stories and ideas that didn’t first jump to mind.

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

I cannot easily track an idea update through notifications. When i see a notification, i should be able to click and go straight to the modifications rather than having to read through that tiny update to find it

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We began with Product discovery and ideation storage. Now we plan to include user feedback collection with the hopes of integrating all our files and work tools into one

**Official Response from Georgina Munn:**

> Thank you for this awesome review! 🥳

Happy to hear that you're planning to expand your usage of ProdPad to include Feedback - let us know if you'd like to chat and we can share some hints and tips to get you started. Love that you've been making the most of our AI Helper too!

I will share your feedback on the Ideas notification flow - appreciate you flagging this! If you're able to share more info in our feedback portal on whether this is related to activity or discussion notifications and the expected behaviour, that would be super useful.

Thanks again! 😁

  ### 27. Great product for strategic outcome based product management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

ProdPad helps us to capture feedback from customers and the market, generate ideas and initiatives that will help us solve customer problems, and share our strategic roadmap.

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

Feedback management could be enhanced with some more automated ways of closing the loop - helping us to show customers what we've done to respond to their needs.

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ProdPad helps us solve the problem of understanding where the most valuable and strategic product developments are. It helps us to focus limited capacity onto things that will make a difference.

**Official Response from Georgina Munn:**

> Thanks so much for sharing your experience using ProdPad! It's awesome to hear that you're focusing on the strategic areas that will impact your business and your customers 🚀

Appreciate your thoughts on increasing automation for closing the feedback loop with your customers, we've heard this from some other folks too, so I'll add this to our own ProdPad 😊 currently, all the data you need to get in touch with your customers is captured in ProdPad and we recommend pairing this with your published completed roadmap to keep customers in the loop! Happy to chat more about this if you'd like to get in touch via hep@prodpad.com

Thanks again 🥳

  ### 28. ProdPad lets me share client (and my) feedback easily and efficiently with the Product team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** George N. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

It's very easy to link feedback with specific ideas to identify themes, as well as to keep an open dialogue between stakeholders on updates to specific pieces of feedback

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

Some of the language and design isn't quite as intuitive (or customisable, perhaps) as I'd like; 'archiving', for example, doesn't mean something's gone for good the way we work with it

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to be able to collate feedback from our service users in order to recognise pain points, identify themes and, from that, prioritise the resources we have to make our product team better. ProdPad helps us do all of this easily, making it easy for everyone to contribute and for the Product team to see easily how different is connected (and respond to feedback to ask for more details, or update on progress to fix issues).

**Official Response from Fleur Sykes:**

> Hi George, thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review, glad to see you're getting so much value out of the feedback management element of the platform. Thanks for the feedback on archiving, the way we see it is there are ideas that might never get done, or you have finished and you want to clear your backlog and roadmap of them - so you archive them. Then you can go back at a later date and see why the idea was never worked on or how successful that piece of work was - you can completely delete ideas of course, but we don't think that should be the default. We'd love to hear more of your thoughts on this so please do drop us a note at hello@prodpad.com or start a chat with us in our slack community. Thanks again for your lovely review. Fleur

  ### 29. THE single source of truth for idea management and product roadmap alignment!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stina P. | Lead Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

We now have one source of truth for idea management and product roadmap alignment. We can easily connect ProdPad initiatives to Jira for delivery management. We can connect customer feedback from Slack to support our ideas.

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

Nothing at the moment! There might be some questions of how we plan to set up projects or boards with the Jira integration in the future. It might be a question of "will there need to be manual entry across tools and if so where?". But this is not a major dealbreaker of the tool.

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ProdPad has helped our teams align around outcomes versus output in an easy to use way. The types of conversations internally have changed from agreeing on deadlines and timelines to "what can you do now, next, and later?", "how will you measure that value?", and "what data supports this idea?"

  ### 30. Good product management tool for a small team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

You can tell that it was built by product people for product people - frameworks like Now, Next, Later are built in. Set up was quick, took a few hours to get everything working.

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

No major complaints - maybe if you're used to one of the enterprise tools you might feel like you're missing some functionality, but we were looking for something simple and easy to use.

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a simple, easy-to-use solution to create, document & track new feature ideas and ProdPad has given us exactly that. There's a good level of customisation available, so we were able to align with the way our product features are set up. This is a perfect solution for a team moving from a non-product solution like Trello, big to-do lists, excels etc.

**Official Response from Fleur Sykes:**

> Hi, Jack thank you so much for such a great review. It means a lot and if you need any help at any point with anything please do reach out to hello@prodpad.com and our support experts will be all over it. Thanks again, Fleur

  ### 31. Not very flexible but forces you to work within well defined product management framework

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lukas M. | Product Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

ProdPad is built exclusively for product managers and every feature there serves their process. From setting objectives, planning initiatives and ideas that can get you there.

Personally, I liked the feedback and contact management the most. It allows to use ProdPad as CRM of sorts to maintain the list of product champions and keep the close contact with them regarding product feedback and ideas testing.

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

Very limited customization abilities across. For example, each feedback has a field to identify it's source. However, you cannot edit it's values and are stuck with field that you can't use.

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ProdPad helps to connect the user feedback, product ideas and product strategy together in one place. Similar tools often focus on either strategy or execution, but lack this ability.

**Official Response from Fleur Sykes:**

> Hi Lukas, thank you so much for your kind words, it's really great to hear how much you like the feedback and contact management part of the platform. I've also logged your feedback on customization as the product team is always keen to hear how they can make things even better for our users. If anything else comes to mind please do drop a piece of feedback into our portal. Thanks again, Fleur

  ### 32. Amazing tool for gathering Product Backlog requests

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arpi J. | Solution Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

The best part about Prodpad is the ease with which we can create our backlog and capture feedback from our stakeholders and customers as well. We have also linked it with our Jira for a seamless integration.

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

This is a seamless tool with good integration capabilities. It would be really amazing if we can have OOTB connectors with major platform leaders like CRM, Jira, ServiceNow.

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prod pad is being used predominantly for capturing the Product backlog and feature requests. We have integrated it with Jira as well so that the bugs raised by customers can be made a part of future roadmap

**Official Response from Georgina Munn:**

> Thanks so much for taking time to leave us a review! It's great to hear that you're making the most of the Jira integration to streamline your workflow. I will share your feedback about OOTB connectors with our team. Please do keep sharing your feedback with us via our feedback portal, we love to hear it! 😊

  ### 33. A great tool for product teams

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marie D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

Prodpad helps foster a culture of feedback in our company by enabling all our customer facing colleagues to quickly and easily submit the feedback they receive on a daily basis from our customers or target users.

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

The functionality of the app is pretty good, although there are some small bugs and usability issues. I often have to log out and relogin to see the most recent feedback. The contact syncing is not great and we often have to manually delete duplicate contacts.

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prodpad helps us gather all feedback from our customers or potential users, which in the past was just getting lost or hard to quantify. Now we can really know who is requesting what and evaluate interest in specific features.

**Official Response from Fleur Sykes:**

> Hi Marie, thank you so much for the kind review, I'm very happy to hear you are getting so much value out of the feedback management part of the platform. Thanks again, Fleur

  ### 34. Great tool not only for PMs, but also for the rest of your company

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fanny K. | Product Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2022

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

I like how ProdPad brings structure to a ProdPad team so that every PM shares a similar process and level of information. I also really like that it makes the operational part of the job easier so that PMs can focus on all the other important parts: talking to users, talking with stakeholders and strategizing. But what I absolutely love about ProdPad is that it has the best structure to align the whole company around the same goals, shares the strategy transparently and make sure that everyone's voice and ideas are heard.

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

nothing about ProdPad really - if I have to say one thing, I'd say that the onboarding of colleagues who are not directly in the product team requires a bit of effort, as they need to understand some concepts first (how a feedback ties to an idea, the idea to an opportunity, and the opportunity to at least one objective) but this is also part of what the product team has to do: educate others.

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ProdPad helps us to align opportunities on a company-level by linking them to some of our company objectives. It also helps us to share what our (product) strategy transparently and show how our colleagues can contribute and help us to work on it.

  ### 35. Prodpad brings order to all the gazillion product processes - and they do it with a beautiful UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benedikte H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

Prodpad gives me overview and control of feedback and ideas. I can easily see what are hot topics and who cares most about what. Also, the workflow view is great!

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

I wish there was a little more help in structuring todos on the different ideas we prioritise. This is likely a bigger problem in a small team like ours where everyone does everything.

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me visualise to the entire organisasion what the product team is working on now, and what we intend to do next. Also it helps me gather customer feedback in one place - and link it up to all the ideas we have. It's a great support for all discussions we have in the leadership team as well.

**Official Response from Fleur Sykes:**

> Thank you so much for such a wonderful review! So happy to hear how much value you're getting from ProdPad. If you'd like any help with ProdPad please do reach out to one of the team at hello@prodpad.com and we can set up a chat. I've also dropped a link to some idea tips. Thanks again Benedikte.

  ### 36. Awesome product visualization tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

The easy changes that can be made when ambiguity strikes and you have to shift is amazing.

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

Nothing yet (but would love to be able to show product roadmap as a spreadsheet for my CTO)!

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visualization of the roadmap

**Official Response from Georgina Munn:**

> Hey Rachel, thank you so much for this 5 star review, we appreciate it! ⭐️

Really pleased to hear that you're finding ProdPad easy to use. Have you checked out our Roadmap publishing app? You can create views for different stakeholders with the data/information that's important to them - have you been able to create a view that might suit your CTO in here? I'd love to hear more about what kind of view you're hoping to share. Are you happy to share some more info in our feedback portal so that we can pick up this conversation?

Thanks again!

  ### 37. Newer adopter; liking what we've seen so far...

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bobbi W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

I like that prod pad covers the basic functionality but also has some great bonus features like being able to connect to multiple Jira instances. This was very important for our team.

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

I wish there was the ability to import feedback as well as ideas. We had a large amount of feedback but have been having to copy/paste this data in. We would also like the ability to import all of our existing contact/company information from our sales/CS system instead of entering 1 at a time.

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ProdPad is helping us to bring alignment across our company wrt our priorities and to better trace feedback across multiple customers. We can more easily see what features/enhancements are relevant to multiple users.

**Official Response from Fleur Sykes:**

> Hi Bobbi, thanks for the lovely review, glad you're loving the Jira integration. I've dropped a link below for how to do a bulk feedback upload via CSV hopefully that speeds up the process for you, whilst you can't currently bulk upload contacts on their own, you can upload them with the feedback in the CSV. If you need any further help please do reach out to the support team via hello@prodpad.com. Thanks again for leaving such a nice review.

  ### 38. Simple, valuable tool, but not integrated to existing workflows

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shannon B. | Product operations lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

Simple way to visualize product roadmaps for orgs with multiple product teams. Like that you can have an idea backlog that is visible to all and ideas can be added by anyone.

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

We struggled to adopt this tool because it wasn't integrated easily into our existing workflows. There's an integration with linear but the flow doesn't work great for us because not all info added to prodpad is needed in linear and vice versa. Additionally, the way prodpad is set up doesn't allow us to easily include our teams' entire product roadmaps, so we ended up having some duplication across multiple tools for roadmaps

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easily visualize roadmaps across teams and improve collaboration

**Official Response from Fleur Sykes:**

> Hi Shannon, thank you for taking the time to review ProdPad, very happy to hear you love the idea management element of ProdPad, that's great! Regarding the linear integration, if you reach out to the support team I am sure they'd be able to help make it a more seamless connection. Thanks again for leaving the review. Fleur

  ### 39. A convinient tool for gathering product feedback and plan roadmap

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

Easy to understand and intuitive to navigate.
Productive collaboration in the team of product managers, like centralize product information, prioritize features.

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

Table layout where user have to scroll horizontally.
Simple reporting capabilities doesnt cover much of uses cases

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Difficulty in capturing user feedback: prodpad allows team to capture, organize and align feedback with roadmap items.

Communication: Prodpad facilitates collaboration between product managers

**Official Response from Georgina Munn:**

> Thanks so much for taking the time to share such a glowing review of your experience using ProdPad ✨

I'm really pleased to hear that ProdPad is helping with your team's collaboration and communication. I'd love to hear more about what you'd like to see in terms of reporting if you're happy to share more insights via our feedback portal? I'll also pass on your feedback about horizontal scrolling - we're actively working on some navigation improvements, so let us know what you think when it's live.

Thanks again!

  ### 40. Product strategy software guiding towards best practices

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wes G. | Head of Product, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

Clearly connects ideas/solutions to the problems they solve and the desired outcomes on a roadmap. Also the structured elements of the product facilitate the shaping of ideas and strategic plans as new learnings are surfaced.

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

Sometimes the opinionated nature of the software limits the flexibility of displaying, communicating, or sharing the information. Also, the synthesis of customer feedback from raw data into information & insights could be better facilitated.

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Capturing customer feedback, connecting them to ideas for what could be built into the product, creating roadmaps that are outcome-driven, and creating a single source of truth for everything product strategy.

**Official Response from Fleur Sykes:**

> Hi Wes, thank you for such a nice review, and happy to hear you like the way we've structured the roadmap. Have you had a look at signals yet? It surfaces themes from your feedback via AI - I think it's really awesome for finding great insights from your feedback backlog to work on in an unbiased way. Thanks again for the lovely review - Fleur

  ### 41. Great tool for feedback gathering

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luke G. | Customer Success manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

I love how quick it is to give feedback to our product team, with the Google extension it makes, the process so quick that I can give client feedback as it is received

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

This may just be a internal issue, but the ability to see top priorities in prod pad or via a notification email could help the wider team understand current improvements and planned roadmap for effectivley

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows, us as, a company to be reactive to feedback and work close with your product team ensuring updates are both improvements and to show what clients want.

**Official Response from Fleur Sykes:**

> Hi Luke, thank you for taking the time to review us, it really means a lot. So glad to hear you're loving the chrome extension, it's so handy to share ideas or feedback on the fly. I've shared your feedback with the product team about highlighting priorities and looking at ways to get more in the emails so watch this space. Thanks again for sharing, it's really kind of you.

  ### 42. Simply the beat tool to work with for product managers, hands down

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

It supports the whole product process, from the collection of ideas to the prioritisation of features to the development of the product strategy to the roadmap done right! Brilliant

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

Honestly, nothing - it's opinionated about how you should work which might not suit everyone, but it works for me!

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It supports a robust way of working based on a well thought out workflow and process, which cuts through the noise and helps you make better decisions based on evidence collected. And it supports export to tools that developers use

**Official Response from Fleur Sykes:**

> Thank you Paul for the glowing review!

  ### 43. Great product tool with lots of room for growth and added value

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Morgan C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

The UI is great and very intuitive, and the workflow from feedback to idea to initiative fits my needs well. Tags allow for a wide variety of different needs across products. Good controls for managing different levels of users within the program.

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

There are currently no competitive analysis features, which would be a nice future development.

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ProdPad helps us to gather feedback from customers and company staff and aggregate it into features for development prioritization. Adds great transparency to what was kind of a black box for our company.

**Official Response from Kate Scott:**

> Hi Morgan - thanks so much for taking the time to review us and share this feedback. Hearing that we've helped with transparency and working with feedback is fantastic. We'll make sure your note about a competitive analysis feature is also added to our our feedback for consideration!

  ### 44. A visual tool that is handy for collecting direct user feedback and displaying a product roadmap

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanya S. | Head of Customer Success, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

We love the ability to display an attractive, updateable visual roadmap to customers, and the external link to enable customers to submit their feedback directly, landing it right into Prodpad as a feature request for categorization.

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

Feature requests and suggestions can get unwieldy if they are not categorized and curated regularly. It can sometimes feel a bit disorienting when trying to navigate issues.

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collecting and categorizing user feedback. Managing roadmap items and giving users a place to view a visual representation of our roadmap for three different products/tools.

**Official Response from Fleur Sykes:**

> Hi Tanya, thank you so much for taking the time to write us a lovely review. So glad you're finding the sharable roadmap so handy, and yes there are lots of things you can do with ideas and feedback, like bulk updating, tagging, and triaging to make it slight less unwieldy I've dropped a link below to our help center. If you would like any tips please do drop us a message via hello@prodpad.com and one of the team can help you out! Thanks again, Fleur

  ### 45. Easy way to track ideas and add feedback

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan P. | Director of Customer Experience, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

It's easy to add feedback and link it to new or existing customers. I can also direct my team to add their own ideas and feedback, too, without a middle man.

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

The prompts are a little repetitive. Sometimes I find it difficult to break out the problem I'm solving vs. what value it would provide.

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving the need to organize customer ideas, feedback, and feature requests. It also allows us to sort and prioritize ideas and feedback so we know which features/changes should be our focus.

**Official Response from Fleur Sykes:**

> Hi Megan, Thank you so much for the review, it really means a lot to us to hear what resonates and what doesn't, I'll pass on your feedback about the prompts to our product team and please do give us a shout if any other feedback comes to mind either via hello@prodpad.com or via the portal I've linked below. Thanks again for your kind words. Fleur

  ### 46. Not very easy to use.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heidi W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

I like having the roadmap listed so we can have an idea of when enhancements are coming.

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

Struggling with the filter under the ideas tab. It's difficult to see what ideas have been submitted or find the ones I submitted.

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is supposed to be a central repository for roadmaps and feedback with ideas on how our platform works. It should help us determine what is most requested and general ideas of if there will be an enhancement connected.

**Official Response from Fleur Sykes:**

> Hi Heidi, thank you for taking the time to write us a review, I'm really happy to hear you're enjoying the roadmaps. There are lots of options for how to filter the idea list, I've popped the help center page on filtering ideas below. But you can filter by added by and find your name there and then you should be able to see every idea you've added to ProdPad. If you would like any extra help finding your way around the filters please do give us a shout at hello@prodpad.com or via the in-app chat and we can help you make it a bit easier. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts. Fleur

  ### 47. Now that I've used Prodpad, I don't know how I'd manage without it

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chiara G. | Senior Product Manager

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2022

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

It's such a fantastic way to flexibly and easily capture and manage all the information you need to as a product manager. It also allows you to share this with other people in your organisation and allow them to contribute.

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

There are a couple of UI / UX things that are a bit irritating, though that's no different to any product really! The good news is I mentioned this during the sales process and very quickly have an opportunity to feed this back to a product manager.

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us plan more effectively as a team, and enabling self service for non product folks. I love being able to download my brain into prodpad any time I have an idea, hear some feedback or need to deeply think through a problem. I don't really know how I managed without it before.

**Official Response from Fleur Sykes:**

> Thank you for sharing such a wonderful review, it really means the world to us to hear such lovely feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve our UI/UX so please do give us a shout if there is anything you do want to talk about. Thanks again.

  ### 48. The Salesforce of Product Feedback

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

A central place to store and work with customer feedback.

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

The web interface is quite slow and has steps that require too many clicks.

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us turn product feedback into new features.

**Official Response from Georgina Munn:**

> Thank you for this lovely review! Its great to hear that you're seeing tangible results of working with product feedback 🚀 sounds like you're doing an amazing job!

Appreciate your feedback as well. We have been working on several performance related improvements with more in the pipeline so I'd love to hear more about any specific areas you notice slowness so we can review this. We're also working on navigation changes to reduce the number of clicks - again, it'd be amazing to hear your thoughts on this when it does get released.

Thanks again!

  ### 49. Helpful product

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren C. | Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

-I enjoy being able to build off of a library/history of feedback
-I enjoy being able to link feedback/product suggestions/ideas to particular clients
-I enjoy being able to link Gong calls to ProdPad

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

-I don't think it is the easiest product to make my way around
-Could improve UX a lot more

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralizing product feedback in one place and being able to keep track of updates and other feature requests from the same or different clients

**Official Response from Kate Scott:**

> Hey there Lauren - I want to thank you for your review and thoughts on ProdPad. It means a lot that the Feedback module is providing so much value for you. If you want to share any more details about the UX issues you've ran into, you can add feedback for the team here: https://www.prodpad.com/feedback/. Thanks again!

  ### 50. Senior UX Designer review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2023

**What do you like best about ProdPad?**

seeing clearly what I have to do, and ticking off a task!

**What do you dislike about ProdPad?**

I had some issues adding new states to my board. I would like a way to make example tickets (to show how to format design work) without having them on my design board.

**What problems is ProdPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having an overview of what I have to do for the day and week. Having a sense how urgent new tasks are.

**Official Response from Fleur Sykes:**

> Thanks for the review, glad to hear you're enjoying ProdPad and it's keeping you organized. Regarding keeping templates off your board, you could keep them in your unsorted backlog or if you have them as initiatives on your roadmap you could set them as candidates so they aren't visible on the day-to-day. Please do reach out to hello@prodpad.com and I am sure the support team will be able to help you with that. Thanks again, Fleur.
