
Honestly, the thing that stands out the most for me is how much easier it's made our whole procurement process. Before Precoro, we were dealing with a lot of back-and-forth over email and manual approvals which was just a mess. Now everything is in one place — purchase orders, approvals, budget tracking — and it actually makes sense.
The approval workflows are probably my favorite feature. You can customize them to fit how your team actually operates, which I didn't expect to be as flexible as it is. And the interface isn't overwhelming, which matters when you're trying to get the rest of your team on board without spending weeks on training.
Customer support has also been solid whenever we've run into questions. Overall, it just feels like a tool built by people who actually understand procurement pain points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No tool is perfect and Precoro is no exception. The reporting side of things feels a bit limited at times — I've found myself wanting more flexibility in how I can slice and filter data without having to export everything to Excel first.
Also the mobile experience could use some work. It gets the job done if you need to approve something quickly on the go, but it doesn't feel as smooth as the desktop version.
There's also a bit of a learning curve when it comes to setting up integrations with other software we use. It's doable but I did wish the documentation was a little more detailed in some areas.
None of these are dealbreakers honestly, and some of it might just be us needing to dig deeper into the settings — but those are the areas where I think there's room to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
