**What do you like best about Precoro?**

Precoro is very clear and easy to use. I like that I can upload files without any hassle, and it keeps everything well organized in one place. It’s also simple to search for previous purchases whenever I need to go back and check the details.

**What do you dislike about Precoro?**

A few functions feel a bit wonky, although I’m not sure whether that’s Precoro itself or something about my workplace settings. For example, if you need to divide a cost amongst two or more budget codes, it doesn’t seem like that can be done. Also, when you change something and it goes into “revision,” sometimes other people can’t access it.

**What problems is Precoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Precoro, our purchasing process was unclear and unnecessarily time-consuming. Now we have much more clarity and an easy way to track large volumes of purchasing and ordering. Precoro saves me hours of time!

**What do you like best about Precoro?**

Functionality is easy to understand and learn, highly customizable interface, excellent customer service, willingness to collaborate and improve/adjust performance of system, pricing is highly competitive per the amount of functionality and support received.

**What do you dislike about Precoro?**

Integrations with Netsuite specifically have been tricky to nail down in terms of which aspects communicate to what areas, and what controls flow from what direction (though I think this is more a settings/knowledge issue on our end). It has been difficult to learn organically via use.

**What problems is Precoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Significantly increased view for our colleagues who submit requests for their participants. They can now track directly the purchases and the approvals, whereas there was zero visibility after a request was submitted. Precoro allows us to provide the documentation and approvals needed to be in line with our fiscal responsibilities. The flexibility to adjust the system also is helping us refine the controls to allow for less data/fiscal cleanup later.

**What do you like best about Precoro?**

Honestly, the thing that stands out the most for me is how much easier it's made our whole procurement process. Before Precoro, we were dealing with a lot of back-and-forth over email and manual approvals which was just a mess. Now everything is in one place — purchase orders, approvals, budget tracking — and it actually makes sense.
The approval workflows are probably my favorite feature. You can customize them to fit how your team actually operates, which I didn't expect to be as flexible as it is. And the interface isn't overwhelming, which matters when you're trying to get the rest of your team on board without spending weeks on training.
Customer support has also been solid whenever we've run into questions. Overall, it just feels like a tool built by people who actually understand procurement pain points.

**What do you dislike about Precoro?**

No tool is perfect and Precoro is no exception. The reporting side of things feels a bit limited at times — I've found myself wanting more flexibility in how I can slice and filter data without having to export everything to Excel first.
Also the mobile experience could use some work. It gets the job done if you need to approve something quickly on the go, but it doesn't feel as smooth as the desktop version.
There's also a bit of a learning curve when it comes to setting up integrations with other software we use. It's doable but I did wish the documentation was a little more detailed in some areas.
None of these are dealbreakers honestly, and some of it might just be us needing to dig deeper into the settings — but those are the areas where I think there's room to improve.

**What problems is Precoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem it's solving for us is just the chaos that comes with managing procurement manually. We used to rely heavily on spreadsheets and email chains to track purchase orders and approvals, and things would slip through the cracks more often than I'd like to admit. Precoro basically put a proper structure around that whole process.
Budget visibility is another big one. Before, it was hard to get a clear picture of where we stood on spending until it was almost too late to do anything about it. Now managers can actually see budget utilization in real time which has helped us make better decisions and avoid overspending.
It's also cut down the time our finance and ops teams spend on back and forth communication. Approvals that used to take days because someone missed an email now get done pretty quickly since everything is tracked in one place and people get notified automatically.
Overall it's just made the whole procurement cycle less stressful and more predictable, which at the end of the day is really what we needed.

**What do you like best about Precoro?**

I like that Precoro is easy to navigate. A lot of the drop-downs and the information that we have to fill out are easy to get through. Even if someone has never used Precoro before, they could probably navigate it with just self-guidance by going step by step. Also, the initial setup of Precoro was extremely easy.

**What do you dislike about Precoro?**

Some things that could be improved with Precoro are the internal and external attachments. I feel like that should just be correlated into one file versus having to put different documents in internal attachments and then other attachments in external. Also, the line items when I am purchasing multiple items. I feel like it shouldn't be multiple line items. Like, it could just be compiled into one. For example, paying someone's rent for the month of June and July, I have to do two different line items for those two separate purchases when in all actuality. It's all going to one place.

**What problems is Precoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Precoro simplifies getting payments to landlords or property managers by allowing me to compile items into one PDF, which streamlines sending documents to our finance team and serves as a liaison between my work and its results.

**What do you like best about Precoro?**

The best part about using Precoro in my company is how it allows us to manage expenses more thoroughly and transparently. It provides visibility for management and the Accounting department to track expenses based on who is requesting and approving them. The system ensures that all processes follow a structured sequence, preventing bypassing and creating a strong Procurement system.

**What do you dislike about Precoro?**

There isn’t much to dislike about Precoro. I would say understanding how to create and configure our settings was not as straightforward at first. It was slightly confusing in the beginning, but gradually we understood better.

**What problems is Precoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems Precoro is helping my company solve are managing expenses by having a strong approval system. Prior to this, we were approving by email, which caused complications. Now there is a straightforward system that allows our employees to request expenses and have them approved by management. The Accounting department no longer has to chase approvals, as they are already approved before reaching the department, causing fewer delays and less confusion. It is greatly benefiting our visibility, budget, and control.

Precoro has drastically changed the purchasing processes at Southeast, for the better! The ability to generate a requisition from a quote has saved me so much time already!

**What do you dislike about Precoro?**

It took me less than a week to learn, so some time, but it wasn’t overwhelming and it’s second nature now.

**What problems is Precoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem Precoro solved was the time we were wasting adding in hundreds of items for Amazon orders manually. It was mind numbing, and now I can do more of the fun parts of my job instead of copy and pasting Amazon links.

I really appreciate the simplicity and user-friendliness of Precoro's interface. Everything is in predictable places, which makes navigating the software straightforward and intuitive. It's impressive how organized the process of sending purchase orders to suppliers has become with Precoro, streamlining the procurement workflow significantly. I also found the initial setup to be very easy, which made the transition smooth and hassle-free. Furthermore, I've found extracting order reports for internal replenishment to be quite efficient with Precoro. Overall, these aspects contribute to a positive and effective user experience with the platform.

**What do you dislike about Precoro?**

I dislike that the recent update to the SKU/Item/Description area no longer displays longer descriptions. This change affects my ability to view detailed information easily, which can be crucial for making informed decisions.

What I like about this is the easy tracking of my recent transaction. I can see real time if it is already Approved or still pending. I also like the Revise format if there is something that need to change and it works with me recently.

I often received email that has nothing to do with me ( or I guess it's for the group, or it is really for me since I was new for this ). I want something that is related to what I entered in Precoro - that's what kind of email I like to received.

I think before, there was an issue in payment - it takes time, but now since there was a direct participation in validating the receipt, payment is quick and updated.

Makes it easy to order items for the office/apartment building. Items are categorized and can be found easily for reordering. I use Precoro daily to manage purchase orders. Previously I used another system that was very difficult to understand but I've been able to ease into into this Precoro so much faster. Literally the program is completely self explanatory. I've only had to call customer service once and the call was pretty fast. It was in regards to the app version freezing but that issue was literally taken care of withing minutes.

Here and there; the app version has froze a bit during data entry.

What I appreciate most about Precoro is how easy it is to use for both end users and administrators. Its versatility allows it to adapt to any procurement model or approval flow, making it a great fit for various organizational needs. The email reminders for approvers are particularly helpful in keeping processes on track.

Having been involved in implementing and administering the software, I found it straightforward and requiring very little maintenance. It even offers more features than we needed, which is a wonderful bonus. Additionally, its seamless integration with our other systems has been a huge plus.

Lastly, the customer support team has been incredibly responsive, even with time zone differences. They’ve gone above and beyond by proactively reaching out to inform us about new features that could benefit us.

Overall, Precoro has been a fantastic tool, and I’m happy to recommend it.

The only thing I would suggest for improvement is the billing process. I would prefer to receive invoices to pay directly, rather than having the billing housed within the software itself.

The process of getting invoices through to our finance team with approvals and so on is a massive timesaver.

The navigation and filters can be a bit confusing. When I'm looking for a supplier it doesn't always find it and I have to scroll through a whole list until I find the ones I'm looking. The search feature could just be better in finding suppliers and specific invoices.

I couldn't recommend it more highly to any company looking for an easy to implement tool, that is cloud based, virtually plug and play, simple and intuitive to use. We've saved enormous time and enhanced our internal controls environment substantially with the implementation of Precoro. High five to the team!

Precoro integrates with Xero, its great for small businesses. Although some features such as contract management is not standalone, Precoro software will continue to evolve with better functionality and customer experience.

Its the facilitation and tracking of approval processes, maintaining a record of all vendor and expense payments in the one place and the ability to perform spend management analysis as well as process approval controls aligning to the company's delegated authorities that makes it wonderful tool to have.

**What do you like best about Precoro?**

The best things in Precoro is the how it's very useful when your business has a lot of Purchase Orders, I really like the approval functions so that no one can just approve a PO unless the set person for approving it, customer support is so easy, they help you right away when you need them. We heavily use Precoro on our day to day basis, we deal with a lot of PO's especially overseas. The step by step process is one of the best parts in Precoro, from Req to PO and PO to an Invoice.

**What do you dislike about Precoro?**

I think what they need to improve or add as a feature are: comments should carry over from the Req, to PO and to an Invoice. Also for PO's, they should have a function where you can choose a percentage or amount that you want to pay, some overseas vendors have like 50/50 terms or deposits required to start the order.

**What problems is Precoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The organization of how Precoro creates from Req to PO and PO to Invoice, and the approval stage feautre is very helpful for us since everyday we get purchase requests from our engineers.

There are a few elements that are 'preset' in Precoro, meaning there are certain features that cannot be changed but overall we found ways around most of these to still ensure we had a simple and accessible system for our needs.

Precoro has the most helpful team.  They get back to you so quickly and are constantly looking for ways to improve their product.  Precoro is very easy to use and wonderful for companies that are located across the world.  We found with our service representative, it was easy to implement and train on.  We use Precoro daily in our procurement process and with our teams located in California and in Switzerland, it has made our job easy.  It integrates well with QB Onilne.

**What do you dislike about Precoro?**

I find the reporting tools provided by Precoro could use some improvement.  Right now it is simply a data dump for all reports and it would be lovely to see some standardised reports that you can just change the date and run.

Seemless integration of the approval process housed in one location accross multiple international jurisdictions.
