At times, the platform runs a little slow, especially when I pull up older task history or have several tabs open at once. These small delays add up during busy workdays. Someone needs help just send them to your help section or better yet try to get them to the right resource without any additional work. **What do you dislike about Platformly?** Slight issues with formatting of the email templates a good work around is creating the templates externally but obviously have the inbuilt editor improved would be a much better outcome in the long run. Also issues with form embeds when dealing with static sites as they will pop up rather than sitting nicely with the rest of the design. **Recommendations to others considering Platformly:** Price competitiveness is the main selling point, can any other platform match the future set in terms of marketing automations at this price point? **What problems is Platformly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automated advice for clients, with a few well placed relevant upsells included in this process. The biggest benefit for me is the fact that it is an all-in-one service and saves me a lot of tasks that used to take me a long time. Competitive price. It has a somewhat difficult learning curve, it is a bit complicated to understand. I have used MailChimp and ConvertKit and both were great but lacked a lot of the features offered by Platformly (e.g. CRM). Also, they are much more expensive to use for the same number of subscribers and emails sent per month. ### 12. You are able to set up email templates that use custom field and then strategically send them out via simple or visual workflows based on a variety of triggers such as adding users to segments or tagging them. The other part is the integrations, between zapier, webhooks, or the native integrations they have with tools like Convertful, you can update and create records to have them automatically trigger the automations. One last thing I like is that you can use their default email gateway which they manage for deliverability or you can use your own custom email gateway. I like the option and you can have some emails go out either way you want depending on the use case. **What do you dislike about Platformly?** They are trying to do too much, because they also offer landing pages and html email builder and form builder and link tracking and sales ecommerce reports they spread their dev time across a lot of different things. I really just want to focus on the email automation part of the product. All the other pieces are functional and work, but in my case, I like to use a best of breed product for my landing pages, forms, etc, and then integrate with Platformly. **Recommendations to others considering Platformly:** They have a 15-day trial you can try,. **What problems is Platformly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Email drip campaigns and onboarding email campaigns. I left Drip and Hubspot and struggled to find another product with the workflow capabilities until I discovered Platformly. ### 14. The system is so simple to use: from the moment you log in the first time, you feel comfortable with it's UI like you were using it all your life. One more feature that I was very excited to discover: Platformly has the link tracking. You can create the links in Tracking with all UTM data, and then just choose to include these links in your email - is that simple! Also if you don't need advanced CRM it will work like a charm. With Platformly you can add custom fields to your contacts, score them while they "travel" trough you funnel **What do you dislike about Platformly?** I only have one request that I am missing in the Platformly, its to be able to compare numbers while creating email automation. I especially appreciate the ability to setup and organize multiple projects, domains, dashboards, sender profiles, payment processors, mailing lists, tags and triggers. Most services similar to Platform.ly limit domains and being that I have multiple domains and ongoing projects, I really appreciate the flexibility and ease of use. **What do you dislike about Platformly?** The learning curve is a little slow but that's expected with a new platform. Platform.ly offers so much that it can be overwhelming at first but if you know that going in and don't expect a quick, 30-minute setup process, then you're good as gold. Also, in truth I always wanted something that was just under one hood: forms, landing pages, crms, marketing automation, email automation, etc. And these were all available the moment I found out about Platformly. I cannot truly say it will work for you since each of us has a different need depending on our niches and businesses but I suggest that you give it a try. **What problems is Platformly solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am still on the ropes with using the Platformly system entirely so far, I was able to import my contacts from other CRM and segment them. Making campaigns is truly straightforward but I am the type who puts it on paper first before I put it on the software. However, Once you try platformly, you could see that the sequential process is actually helpful, and i can't stress enough, to newbies like me. I find it a worthwhile experience to use platformly specially because I come from the UI/UX field. ### 18. The dashboard is designed in an orderly way. **What do you dislike about Platformly?** Getting a high rate of success with Platformly, even after using all the available software features, can be tough when starting out. The nature of our business, and probably many other businesses, requires us to always adapt, so the automated capabilities of Platformly usually only take us so far. **Recommendations to others considering Platformly:** Use a campaign template based on what some other people may have posted online. We use it to get real-time dashboard data, growth management, and user interaction tracking. With Platform.ly, we can save several hours of work each week, and use this valuable time to focus on spending time with our clients and further growing our agency. **What do you dislike about Platformly?** The only downside we found was that there is no phone number only import support for contacts (email is always required). This is a feature that would work great with phone call tracking software. The tool would save us even more time if contacts were automatically imported after placing an incoming phone call from a call tracking service via a webhook or zap. In closer comparison, we had ActiveCampaign and HubSpot when we discovered Platformly. I was pleasantly surprised to see an all-in-one solution here that scores points in many areas. Especially the CRM view is much clearer than with GetResponse and provides more information about the activities of the contacts. Email delivery has an amazingly high deliverability rate, which feels better than with GetResponse. **What do you dislike about Platformly?** Platformly has not yet reached the maturity of an ActiceCampaign that has been on the market for many years. Good segmentation and lots of triggers/actions built in. Solid roadmap ahead. The ability to build custom funnel reports helps us optimize each step. **What do you dislike about Platformly?** Platformly is a newer marketing automation system but has solid roadmap coming. The interface is a bit complicated to learn at first but it gets a lot easier with a bit of time. It’s very powerful once you know where to click. **What problems is Platformly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Great overall marketing automation software ### 50. It's easy to get an overview of the customers, the performance of marketing. Thanks to the visual builders of emails and landing pages, it's a sinch to get new marketing sent out. **What do you dislike about Platformly?** Would be easier to use if they had workflow builder, so that marketers can plan out their day of tasks to complete. **Recommendations to others considering Platformly:** Don't look at what it doesn't have, buy it for the current features.
