**What do you like best about Paperform?**

The flexibility is absurd — I’ve literally reduced a four-hour live intake conversation into a 20-minute adaptive audit that surfaces real insights. The logic, piping, branching, CRM hooks, and embed capabilities seem simple until you actually need them to bend to your will — and they just do. Every time I push a boundary, Paperform doesn’t say “can’t” — it says “how”.

That adaptability ties directly to the people behind the product. Support is not just responsive — they actually help you think through use cases. I’ve seen them go above and beyond to make sure setups work right and help you understand why something behaves the way it does. I’ve used support teams across countless SaaS tools — this one is standout.

**What do you dislike about Paperform?**

I can't inject it into my veins like an elixir of the gods.

**What problems is Paperform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problems Paperform solved for me were tech chaos, time bleed, and the friction between “brilliant framework” and “actually scalable.”

First - it replaced my duct-taped stack. I used to stitch together multiple tools just to capture a lead, qualify them properly, take payment, and route their data somewhere useful. It worked… until it didn’t. Paperform let me consolidate logic, payments, conditional flows, scoring, and CRM sync into one intelligent layer. Fewer moving parts. Fewer silent breakdowns. Way more control.

Second - it protected my time. I turned multi-hour intake calls into adaptive, insight-driven diagnostics that surface better data in a fraction of the time. Instead of re-asking the same questions live, I walk into conversations already holding the pattern map. That alone changed my margin and my energy.

Third - it let me operationalize my thinking. My work isn’t “fill out a form and get a PDF.” It’s layered frameworks, branching logic, scoring systems, and tailored recommendations. Paperform bends to that level of nuance without requiring a developer. That’s what allowed me to move from fully custom consulting to diagnostic-driven offers that scale.

**What do you like best about Paperform?**

While I appreciate the beauty of Typeform, whenever I have to fill one out, I scroll through every one of the questions so I can have a big picture understanding of the form before I start on it – I just can't do the one question at a time thing. And I didn't really want to give that experience to the people who fill out forms for me, so I was really happy to find Paperform. They have the beauty and intuitiveness that Typeform has, but you can have the questions on one page (or a couple of pages).  Weird use case: aside from various forms, I actually just like how simple the visual builder is and so I actually embed "forms" on my site whenever I just need a bunch of text like for terms and conditions. No actual form intake, I just like how it looks and how simple it is to create and edit.  It's an incredibly robust tool – aside from forms, I also used it as a cart page for a while – they have payment and coupon options which is super cool. I've barely even scatched the surface with its capabilities. I haven't used Papersign, nor the thousands of templates, the scheduling tool, or the AI builder.  The team is phenomenal—super customer-focused, really approachable, supportive, and helpful. This shows up obviously in support, but also in how they prioritize features and launch things that I didn't even know I needed.  They integrated well before with all the flows I needed like Kit / Calendly / GSuite, but now they launched Stepper which is a really cool AI-forward workflows tool so that's gonna be amazing.

**What do you dislike about Paperform?**

There are some tiny UI things that I would prefer be different like opening the form designer or results in the same window instead of a new tab. Also I have to login fresh every time and verify with my email.

**What problems is Paperform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlines customer feedback, client onboarding, podcast guest intake, etc.

There is a lot of flexibility in building out the form itself. Structurally, it is sound and you can deploy a lot of your own branding. 

Third-party integrations are great, and the ease of embedding is good. Information/data about the form submissions is good as well. 

Organizing your various forms and the top-down structure is great as well. Easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Paperform?**

Adjusting your branding fonts and styles and formatting text/colors is tedious at times. Paperform could be better at this. To be clear, it's all possible, it's just harder.

**What problems is Paperform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of building and deploying forms and data capture about those forms.

**What do you like best about Paperform?**

Paperform is intuitive, reliable, and incredibly functional. Whenever I’m stuck, I can usually count on Paperform to already have a solution built in.

**What do you dislike about Paperform?**

Occasionally I look for a niche feature—like automatic age calculation—that isn’t available yet. However, the team updates and improves the platform regularly, and the roadmap always feels thoughtful. At the moment, I’m not using Paperform enough in my current role to justify the ongoing cost, so my subscription is paused. But that’s due purely to my current workload, not the quality of the product.

**Recommendations to others considering Paperform:**

I believe that the cost plus the features make this a very reasonable product. I absolutely feel like I am getting my money's worth.

**What problems is Paperform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paperform has been an essential and reliable tool across multiple phases of my professional life.

I was an early adopter after an extensive search for a form platform that struck the right balance between affordability and capability. At the time, I was starting my own design and marketing business, and forms were a core part of what I needed to offer clients. One of my clients—a medical clinic—needed their intake paperwork transformed into a digital format, and Paperform made that possible. With conditional logic, I was able to guide patients through exactly the right questions and even collect signatures for minors. It felt seamless and almost magical.

As my career shifted and I became a social worker, I integrated Paperform into both my practice and my agency. Its flexibility and ease of use made it invaluable as I updated sites and improved workflows. We were able to accept online applications for proctor (foster) parents and for community members who wanted to support the youth in our programs, which significantly streamlined our processes.

More recently, while launching a new service, we needed to process payments online. As a small business, I wanted to avoid paying extra for a full e-commerce setup. After some trial and error, I realized that Paperform already solved this problem. I built the entire payment workflow directly into a form and embedded it into the site—problem solved with zero additional overhead.

Another standout feature of Paperform is their responsiveness. Support has always been quick, thoughtful, and solution-oriented. When I requested features that weren’t yet available, they provided realistic timelines and explained their prioritization clearly. Even with the time-zone difference—I’m in the US and they’re in Australia—I’ve consistently received responses within a day and have never had issues with connectivity or communication.

Although I’m not actively using Paperform right now, that choice is simply about my current day-to-day needs. When forms become a major part of my workflow again, Paperform will be the first place I return. It remains one of the most flexible and user-friendly tools I’ve worked with.

I really like the simplistic look and feel of Paperform and how it makes it so easy to create a form for my use case. The platform is easy to utilize, letting me quickly gain value without a big learning curve. The initial setup was simple and easy since it's a web-based, SaaS solution, making it quite easy to start using and get on board, immediately seeing value.

Well, I'm thinking that they could potentially utilize more AI, maybe one simple prompt for you to just give you know, your use case and give as much detail as possible so that it can almost do all the work for you and just present you with a potential solution.

**What do you like best about Paperform?**

I use Paperform for all kinds of things, like regular forms and checkout forms, because I like their Stripe integration, which feels really natural. I appreciate the API calls that allow me to integrate directly into my software, and I've created lead magnets and quizzes easily. I love how easy it is to use and how robust the software is, especially for scoring and quiz logic, where having something that works well is crucial. Paperform does that and more with almost unlimited integrations. It lets me calculate complicated quizzes so effortlessly, even for something as complex as a Myers Briggs style quiz. The initial setup was really easy, and it integrates with my full stack. The ease of use and robust nature make it invaluable.

I truly can't think of anything

I use Paperform because it allows me to create on-brand forms in less than a minute. It integrates with Stripe naturally, supports API calls, and handles complex quiz logic effortlessly with almost unlimited integrations.

I like that Paperform is a very straightforward tool. Initially, I thought it was just for surveys, but we found additional use cases. I like the integrations with the tools we use, like our CRM and email marketing tools. It's easy to export stuff and collect data, and it’s one of the simplest form builder tools out there. You can start collecting value from day one. There's a lot of automation you can do naturally, and that really stands out to me.

I think the dashboard can be cleaner. When you have hundreds of forms, that process can be cleaner, although the UI has started getting better.

Paperform is simple to use but has all of the features we need with good form logic, Stripe integration, flexible post-submission messaging, etc.  We switched from Typeform because the Typeform system was less reliable (we had a week's outage with Typeform years ago during a critical period) and it loads much faster.  Customer service is always fast and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Paperform?**

Our only complaints are trivial, e.g. it would be nice to be able to have a folder / subfolder structure to organize our forms rather than just one level of folders.  But we have no real substantive complaints.

Checkout process and sales inquiry submission; client satsifaction surveys.

I use Paperform for affiliate applications, and it plays a crucial role in assessing potential affiliates to determine if they are a good fit for my program. I love the flexibility it offers in customizing the questions and information I can collect, which surpasses the capabilities of my existing affiliate system. The platform's simplicity and power are comparable to Google Forms in ease of use and Notion in terms of capability, making it exceedingly intuitive while delivering robust functionality. What stands out the most is how easy it was to set up, which I see as its greatest strength.

I don't like the signup onboarding process. It involves answering lots of questions, which I find understandable, as you need to collect information. However, having to go through 4-5 windows, each with a single question, becomes a bit annoying.

I can’t say enough good things about Paperform—not only is their platform intuitive, elegant, and deeply customizable (perfect for anyone wanting to create a complex quiz, form, or survey without tech headaches), but their customer support is truly next-level.

Recently, I reached out for help with a scoring issue on a custom personality quiz and was immediately connected with an expert support team—one after the other, I had a stream of tech help, each person picking up where the last left off. Instead of endless bot loops, insightful and efficient humans jumped right in, did the calculations for me, clarified every step, and made sure I actually understood the logic. They even brought good humor! The whole process took less than an hour, and they made it feel easy—and dare I say, fun. I’ve never experienced such responsive, human-centered support from a SaaS company.

If you need a flexible online form builder with stellar support, Paperform is it. I only wish they were around to solve my other problems.

**What do you dislike about Paperform?**

Well, the bot I was originally using to help me with the scoring calculations (GPT 4.1) didn't seem to understand how to communicate with the platform. This isn’t really a Paperform problem, but it did slow me down at first until I reached out for human support (who were amazing).

I've used Paperform for the past decade. They are the workhorse of form services and are the very best in my experience. They have the right interface, a huge amount of features, and lots of customizability—plus super well designed embeds. I've used Typeform hundreds (if not thousands) of times and continue to come back to it due to its ease of use, ease of installation, and the fact that it integrates with just about everything. Their customer support is amazing as well. Whenever I have a question, they answer.

**What do you dislike about Paperform?**

I'd like a way to design forms with white font on a dark background - - right now I can create such forms, but editing them inside the editor is difficult because the editor's default background is white, which makes the text impossible to see in the editor. I've found a workaround, but it would be nice to have a way to have the editor display a darker background.

Very easy to make, lots of possibilities and the helpdesk is awesome. They help you out if you get stuck.
I'm never going back to google forms. Paperform has everything I need and more.
For my event I have made a signup form with products and all the questions I need to ask, to create a full image. I had a hard task of giving a product for free with another product, but client could order more. Helpdesk helped out with that. I have a payment method attached, but also pay at a later date, which is awesome.
Also I made it so it goes straight to an Airtable en added to my Mailerlite account which is a simple function in Paperform.
Paperform helped me automate a lot of work for me, so it really helped me make my job a lot easier.

**What do you dislike about Paperform?**

Nothing so far I can think of. I only have good things to say.

It's adding all optins to my mailerlist, so I don't have to do it manually. It's also sending a lot of info to an Airtable, so I don't have to do it manually and forget it when I'm really busy. It automates a lot of handwork for me and keeps things in correct order.

**What do you like best about Paperform?**

I love how flexible their forms are, how easy they are to create and how friendly they are for our users. They allow pre-filling, conditional display, answer piping, etc.

It integrates with anything you can think of. Direct integration with Notion, Google Sheets, Trello, Slack, Monday, multiple ESPs, can output PDFs, collect signatures, collect payment (stripe and paypal), manage bookings, and if that was not enough it can also output webhooks.

The few times I've contacted support they've been quick, friendly, and decisive.

We have an agency account and collect thousands of submissions daily on behalf of our clients.

I've been a very happy customer for several years and love how quickly they innovate and how reliable the product is.

**What do you dislike about Paperform?**

This is kinda nitpicking but I'd love to be able to customize the webhook output so I didn't have to rely on an in-between app (n8n in my case) before piping answers to other platforms like Ontraport.

**What problems is Paperform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We host podcast application forms for dozens of clients, each receiving a few hundred submissions per month. Paperform allows us to deploy fast, it collects consent from guests, their headshots, links, etc. Then it also sends our clients their submission data so they can either approve or reject a potential guest.

We love how easy it is to duplicate a new form, and then simply tweak and customize to each client.

**What do you like best about Paperform?**

My business and many of my clients depend on Paperform. I have used this product nearly every day for years now, and have never once considered going elsewhere.

It is very easy to create a new form, and their built-in AI tool has made this even easier, at times.

But all of this is not the reason I took 10 minutes out of my day to leave this review.

Here's why: their company culture truly cares about me as a customer.

Let me explain -

Whenever I reach out to Paperform's customer service team via chat, I get a live human quickly. And that person is the ONLY person I ever have to speak to, to get a solution (unless it's some very technical bug, but even then, they take care of it behind the scenes).

I've come to their support with simple questions and gotten quick answers.

I've also come to their support bringing long assessments with back-end calculations needed . If the solution was simple, they would share the steps I needed to take, then stay with me to ensure it all worked as described. 

But there have been multiple times that the calculation I needed for a form was complex and custom. Instead of sending me to documentation or listing steps to take, their team has literally BUILT the calculations for us, then walked me through implementation and testing to make sure it worked as desired.

In other words, they have done (free) development work to help us get the solution that we needed.

I don't wear branded t-shirts as a general rule. But when Paperform opened its swag store, I bought two shirts. Now all my kids know the name. 

I would recommend Paperform, both the product and the company, to everyone. Their company culture of going the extra mile for customers SHINES through. In other words, I would recommend Paperform to people who just want to know how to run a good company.

**What do you dislike about Paperform?**

It might be nice if it was easier to change how forms are laid out on the page (a WYSIWYG type builder). Sometimes the appearance can take up more space on a page than desired, especially when embedded.

**What problems is Paperform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Website forms - ensuring they work well, can be customized, that I get analytics data, and capture all steps
Client forms & lead magnets - helping us deliver better tools to our clients and help them generate leads

**What do you like best about Paperform?**

I enjoy building forms that are easy to create and meet the unique needs of each one of my clients. I can easily set custom confirmation messages, set email notifications, and copy embed codes all from the same easy to follow dashboard. Customizing the look and feel of each form to match a site is quick using their theme tab where I set everything from the fonts used to button shape and color. Recently Paperform has also leveraged Ai to make form building even faster while still allowing you to customize it to your liking. One of the most critical offerings in my use case is the ability to connect Stripe and PayPal integrations for processing sales. That feature alone is enough to justify the monthly payment.

**What do you dislike about Paperform?**

Two quick downsides to Paperform is the margin on embed codes (both inline and full screen) and the limit to two columns on form fields. First, when you embed the form code into your site, either inline or full screen, there's a little too much padding/margin on the form. I wish there was a way to either remove that completely or have the freedom to adjust it as necessary. Second, though its nice to have the ability to make a form field "two column" the limitation sometimes isn't the best fit. For example, zip code input fields or state dropdowns. Wish there was a way to set narrower fields as needed. Maybe both of these will be updated someday, and at that point, I would be updating this post!

**What problems is Paperform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to build forms quickly, manage multiple forms, custom confirmation emails, email notifications, payment processing, theme builder, and the list goes on.

I love how versatile it is to accommodate various business needs. I can create assessments, quizzes, polls, forms, and surveys. The most impactful thing Paperform did for me was to create a full sales page for an 8-week coaching program I launched. I was able to design the whole page, collect payment, automatically send confirmation emails, and gather user info in a Google sheet that triggered Zapier to register them in the LMS. The support is also stellar.

They continue to make product updates and add features, but I haven't found anything I dislike about it. I use it daily in my business.

Paperform is so intuitive and simple to use, making it easy for our team to create beautiful yet powerful forms without any technical headaches. We especially appreciate the clever and powerful conditional logic built in, which allows us to create forms that adapt to each supporter and keep our data relevant. Even though we probably only utilise a quarter of what the product can do, whatever we use it for, it always delivers.

We’ve been with Paperform on their journey over several years now, and it consistently supports both our charity and our supporters. The platform has grown and improved over time, but it remains easy to use and reliable, and the support team is always helpful and responsive when we need them.

The capabilities of Paperform have an incredibly broad scope - well beyond most ordinary form builders.  Coupled with the very flexible design varieties, it's a complete package.  Finally, the entire platform is backed up with VERY available and responsive support.

Nothing really.   Occasionally, they will enhance/upgrade the product (even in subtle ways) and I won't know about it until I encounter something "odd" or "not quite right" with my existing forms.  It's not the platform's fault, I just wasn't aware of the change or improvement.

Obviously, data or information collection!  But additionally Paperform can allow you to create booking engines, eCommerce capabilities, and interactive forms using conditional logic and post submission actions.

**What do you like best about Paperform?**

I love that Paperform is very easy and intuitive. Compared to some of the higher priced platforms out there, it is functional and the interface is really nice. What I really appreciate is that the features are constantly evolving and they keep adding in new extras which make life easier. Also, the Zapier integration is a life saver!

**What do you dislike about Paperform?**

I wish I could use it as a full fledge survey solution with built in analytics such as qualtrics. HOWEVER, if that were the case then it would lose its identity and it would be way outside of our budget.

We're able to quickly reach our audience and design forms within minutes.

Paperform's clean UX and editor make it easy to pick up and powerful to master. With a load of configuration and integration options it's a one stop shop for data gathering for employee to/from employer and customer to/from company.
The staff are friendly and helpful and the AI chatbot is refreshingly informative.

Pulling data to Paperform seems like a bit of daunting task requiring code, I hope there is a simpler editor integration for this task either already present (that I haven't found yet) or in the future.

Paperform is by far the best form tool we tried. It looks great, it’s hugely customisable, new features are constantly added…support is quick. It’s an absolute no brainer if you need to create smart forms for your business

Honestly not a lot. It’s a little hard to wrap your head around some of the more advanced features but there’s plenty of information available to learn. If you’re familiar with excel logic it’s much easier to use the advanced calculation fields.

It's more a pet peeve for me, but not being able to edit forms on my iPad Pro with all the desktop browser features. Mimicing desktop mode doesn't help.

Forms that are visually appealing on the front end (for clients) and UI/UX on the back end that makes it very intuitive to use thus cutting out a huge learning curve.

I've researched and used a few other solutions before discovering Paperform, and so far Paperform has been the only one that offered features and integrations that tend to all of my needs. I usually work with very long and complex forms and Paperform's simple interface makes it a lot easier. Also, Paperform communicates really well with Zapier, which was one of my main issues before I started working with it.

**What do you dislike about Paperform?**

When I need to ask questions that have a lot of multiple-choice answers, it would be nice to have more customization options, like a dropdown with a search bar and such. I would also like to have an option to keep partial submissions for responders in case they lose connection or can't answer everything all at once, so they can start where they left off instead of having to start all over again.

**What problems is Paperform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paperform has an easy interface and its section break tool makes a long questionnaire seem not so daunting, which optimizes the user experience. When I discovered Paperform, I needed a platform that could send information automatically to Airtable (through Zapier) and that was easy to figure out, big plus!

We use paperform for all our projects. We use it daily and have integrated it with Zulip Chat, our internal communication platform. The whole interface is fantastic, and before using paperform, I couldn’t think we could do so much from just a form builder software.

I dont dislike anything about paperform. I think the price is on the higher side, which limits a lot of small organizations from using it. It will be great if it can come up with better pricing for nonprofits.

If you have the money and are looking for a good form builder and survey option, go for paperform.

Paperform is helping us solve a lot of problems. Since we operate virtually, we have been able to develop agreements and MoUs through the platform. We also use it for practicing daily check-in with our employees. Paperform is excellent for conducting surveys as you can personalize the entire form.

**What do you like best about Paperform?**

We love how easy it is to create forms -- from using their pre-built templates to even creating them from scratch. The templates are easy to customize, albeit with some limits (such as only two columns for questions side-by-side), but it does everything else so well that those limits are a non-issue. Their customer service is also phenomenal, and so easy to reach them via the corner chat if I ever run into problems.

**What do you dislike about Paperform?**

I would love the ability to apply our brand colors and fonts automatically to a new form even after selecting a template. But it is easy enough to change everything over that it isn't a HUGE issue. But it would be a nice-to-have feature.

We use Paperforms for student registration, lunch orders, and the signing of waivers and forms required for running a non-profit school. We will also be using it for collecting donations for fundraiser campaigns and hoping to create a tuition quote generator.

Paperform ease of use relies on being able to create complex yet straightforward forms. I really like how at the beginning, it seems that it's a blank page, but as soon as you get the hang of it, you can add logic jumps and integrations. Comparatively to Typeform, I've seen better response rates because people are used to the Google Forms formula and Paperform does that but even better.

**What do you dislike about Paperform?**

I'm pretty happy with what I have accomplished with Paperform; maybe the one thing would be that the learning curve was a bit longer than when I used Typeform and that I can't seem to find how to archive instead of delete Forms. I ended up creating a Folder.

**Recommendations to others considering Paperform:**

It depends: do you like more flashy yet weirdly flowing forms just as Typeform? or do you like reliable and good looking forms like Paperform?
