Previously, different systems or tools were needed to complete each HR task, which led to data being scattered and difficult to interact with. OrangeHRM has changed this situation, making all processes closely connected. For example, after recruiting a new employee, their information can automatically flow into the employee information management module, attendance data is directly linked to payroll calculation, and performance evaluation results can also influence career development planning. This coherence greatly enhances our work efficiency, reduces duplicate data entry and errors, and achieves efficient and unified human resource management.
