"Reliable SSO and Access Management Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about OneLogin?

OneLogin provides a simple and reliable identity and access management platform for managing user authentication across business applications. What I like best is its centralized SSO capability, which makes it easier for users to access multiple applications securely with one set of credentials. The platform supports strong authentication controls, including MFA, and helps IT/security teams manage access more consistently. It also simplifies onboarding and offboarding by reducing manual access management effort and improving overall visibility into application access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneLogin?

OneLogin is a useful IAM and SSO platform, but some areas could be improved. The admin interface and configuration options can feel slightly complex for new users, especially while setting up SAML integrations, application policies, and advanced access rules. Troubleshooting login or provisioning issues may also require deeper technical knowledge. More simplified workflows, clearer error messages, and enhanced reporting or audit views would make the platform easier to manage for IT and security teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Secure Logins—But Occasional Glitches with App Access"
3.5/5
What do you like best about OneLogin?

OneLogin has a relatively simple log in process, with strong security credentials (needing to change password every 3 months). It's very clear which apps you frequent on the screen, and there's still the ability to see all the apps the company provides. Two factor authentication is safe and relatively straight forward, with the ability to use your phone / Face ID to log into OneLogin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneLogin?

Sometimes, OneLogin will glitch out when trying to use it to log into other products (e.g. salesforce). We'll sometimes need to use a different authenticator app if things don't work out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outstanding IAM & SSO Solution with Robust Security Features"
5/5
What do you like best about OneLogin?

OneLogin has proven to be an excellent solution for our IAM and SSO requirements, offering robust security features such as strong authentication with MFA, password vaulting, and one-click termination to prevent unauthorized access from dormant accounts. These capabilities make it a standout choice for our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneLogin?

Although OneLogin is a robust platform, there is still some room for improvement in its high availability score by addressing the occasional rare connectivity glitches/outages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One Login is answer for Multiple Apps to be integrated into 1!"
5/5
What do you like best about OneLogin?

One Login is perfect to keep all my important apps together in one link! I use to have to create a tab for everything I needed to get to on a daily basis and had to remember multiple passwords for each of those apps. Now with OneLogin, I am able to keep all my passwords the same without worrying about the security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneLogin?

have no complaints. Service works great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One Login"
4.5/5
What do you like best about OneLogin?

One Login makes it simple by grouping all the tools and sites you use, this makes logging in simple. You only have 1 password to remember which makes it even more simple to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneLogin?

If you are not an Administrator, without the proper extensions you can not access most of the tools. This might be irritating from time to time but it is a really easy fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
