**What do you like best about Omnique?**

Integrate customer's from other used software programs such as; DOS.
"Invite to Pay".
License Plate ID, able to identify a vehicle before it comes in so that we can order parts and fluids
Generate reports, especially to see how our marketing is doing for incoming customers.
Love CarFax, Appointments, Alerts, being able to send text reminders to our customers for appointments, etc.
There is so much more to this program, it is probably the best I have used for Repair shops, but at the end, Omnique has come a long way in the last 3 years

**What do you dislike about Omnique?**

The credit card payment system is the worst!!!!  I have a customer paying and if someone comes directly behind him, it will charge that customer his card???  Also, you can not split payments, if you try, another nightmare.  Our only saving grace is 360Payments, they clean up the mess weekly for us!

**What problems is Omnique solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not sure if they are trying to take care of the credit card payments, but if they could we would be so happy!
