What do you like best about NUVI?

The best thing about old NUVI was the timeline visualization, which would allow you to easily demonstrate how "virality" worked, and show how one tweet could spread to thousands. What do you dislike about NUVI?

NUVI seems to have revamped itself in the wrong direction. Instead of doubling down on its awesome visualization capabilities, it became more limited --- and also expensive. Compared to other players out there, it is no longer competitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about NUVI?

I love the dark colors of the website and charts. It's visually pleasing, while also providing a lot of value. Additionally, the report building feature is very nice and saves time compared to some other tools that I have used in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the point which i like best from them are as follows:-

1)They listen every customer need , summarize then give any suggestion or decision.

2)They show the user with visual data and actionable insights.

i don't get so much points to dislike but some of the points which i dislike from them are as follows:

1)The ui of the website is not that best , i mean it can be improved more.

It allows you to keep track of analysis and behavior of all the material that is published online on social networks, to respond to customer concerns or needs that present about your brand. What do you dislike about NUVI?

The inconveniences that I have presented of the tool are mostly technical, when I have any doubt the support has taken a long time to respond to my needs, this leads to a delay in my work activities. At the time of publishing material, you should have an option to correct spelling errors since at the time of writing due to the speed we can miss some error and since we do not have this option we can publish content with errors that make us look unprofessional.
