## Motivosity Reviews
  ### 1. Fun Engagement with Room for Authenticity Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clayton M. | Manager, Customer Success, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

I used Motivosity as an employee recognition platform, and I really appreciated how it helped employees feel more connected to one another. It was a lot of fun and kept people engaged, encouraging us to look for ways to compliment our coworkers. Everybody likes to receive spiffs, and it was a pleasant little perk to get a few dollars to use however you wanted. It always felt good when someone recognized you for your efforts, and it was also nice to have a few dollars to spend on things.

I wasn’t involved in the setup or onboarding, but from a user perspective it was easy to use. The interface was great and made navigation simple. I never experienced any issues with the platform, so I didn’t really need to use support. Overall, the software made it very easy to recognize your peers and helped make teamwork something everyone could aspire to.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

The way we had it set up was you would get $5 to spend on sharing with employees and if you spent it $2 went into your account each month. There were times at the end of the month when you would still have money to spend and it felt like you were just trying to come up with something to compliment someone on, which didn't feel as genuine.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Motivosity helps our team feel connected and engaged by offering a fun way to recognize peers. It encourages spotting and complimenting good work, and the spiffs are a nice perk that makes being appreciated feel even more rewarding.

  ### 2. User friendly, a lot of options to choose to redeem

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

What I like best about Motivosity is how it makes appreciation intentional, visible, and meaningful. It’s not just a “thank you” behind the scenes—recognition is shared, tied to company values, and reinforces positive behaviors. I also love that it creates a culture where people regularly acknowledge impact, not just outcomes, which makes appreciation feel genuine rather than transactional.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

The user experience could be more intuitive, and it sometimes feels a bit transactional. Improving navigation and personalization would make it even better.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Motivosity helps solve the problem of recognition being inconsistent or overlooked in a busy work environment. It creates an easy, structured way to appreciate people in real time and connect that appreciation to our company values. For me, it reinforces positive behaviors, strengthens relationships across teams, and makes recognition more visible and meaningful instead of just informal or private. It helps me feel more connected to the work and the people behind it.

  ### 3. A fantastic platform that makes recognition effortless

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

I really like how simple and intuitive Motivosity is to use. It makes recognizing teammates fast, meaningful, and enjoyable. The clean interface, activity feed, and reward options help create a positive work culture where appreciation feels natural. It encourages consistent engagement and makes it easy to celebrate small wins across the team.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

There isn’t much to dislike, but occasionally the platform could be a bit smoother in terms of loading speed and navigation between sections. A few more personalization options for profiles and notifications would make it even better. These are small areas for improvement, and overall the experience is still very positive.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Motivosity helps solve the challenge of maintaining consistent recognition across teams, especially in a busy work environment. It creates a centralized space where appreciation is visible, timely, and easy to share. This has improved overall engagement, strengthened team connections, and encouraged more positive interactions. For me, it has made giving and receiving recognition much simpler and has helped build a more supportive work culture at Patra India.

  ### 4. Best Employee Recognition Program!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

I love how it positively impacts our employee's day to day! Mainly I love how easy it is for administrators to utilize. Also, I love that reports can be pulled by other users. It makes annual reviews so much easier when managers can pull their own teams reports!

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

Nothing so far. I have had a few bad product calls with representatives that don't quite know the in-depth details of new products but nothing more than that.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employee Appreciation/Recognition. We have tried creating our own way to appreciate our employee and though it never failed it was nothing compared to what Motivosity does for our employees!

  ### 5. builds a positive culture, which makes people feel appreciated and more connected.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

The most helpful part is how simple it is to give recognition and stay connected as a team. It boosts morale, encourages engagement, and helps reinforce a culture of appreciation. It’s also a great way to highlight contributions that might otherwise go unnoticed.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

At times, the impact depends on how consistently people use it—if engagement is low, it can feel less meaningful. It can also start to feel repetitive if recognition messages aren’t personalized or specific.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Motivosity helps solve the lack of consistent employee recognition and engagement. It creates an easy way to acknowledge team members for their work, which boosts morale and helps people feel valued. For me, it improves team collaboration and makes the work environment more positive and supportive.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Motivosity is helping solve the lack of consistent employee recognition and engagement within the workplace. It creates a space where employees can acknowledge each other’s hard work and contributions, which helps boost morale, motivation, accountability, and teamwork. It benefits me by helping create a more positive and appreciative work environment.

  ### 20. Good Platform for connectivity with people.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Motivosity helps solve the challenge of low employee engagement and lack of recognition by providing an easy and consistent way to appreciate team members. This has improved morale, strengthened collaboration, and increased overall motivation by ensuring employees feel valued for their contributions.

  ### 21. Motivosity is easily the coolest, generally unsung perk I have ever gotten at a job!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

The fact that you can shoutout your coworkers (either publicly or privately) and reward them for their efforts is amazing for morale.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

I don't really have any dislikes when it comes to Motivosity. My only slight qualm is that I have never gotten the tracking on any of the items I have purchased through Amazon on Motivosity, but all of my items have arrived okay anyway!

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Motivosity makes it easy to say "thanks", even on the busy days you may not be able to say it in a meaningful way at the moment. In addition to this, you can thank the unsung or unseen heroes on your team (such as the people in different departments or the remote employees).

  ### 22. Manager

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

The visibility of appreciation across the organization, with the ability to filter to your department.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

Everything disappears when you click off the Appreciations field. It's happened a lot by accident. I also don't really understand what "Most Active" means. It's not a dislike, but it's not a field I find value in.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think it's solving the problems of limited visibility, for the things people do, regardless of size or importance.

  ### 23. A Cool Way to See How Our Business Connects and Celebrates Success - Morgan Pierce

We just started using this platform & its cool to see how the different areas of our business interact & acknowledge success & one another.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

I would like to be able to see all nominations given over if someone was acknowledged for employee of the month & I don't like that I can't retake my personality test.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No problem solved yet, would like to see how we can use this for bridging communication but getting staff to fully use it!

  ### 25. A great way to personally recognize coworkers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

I love how easy it is to recognize coworkers for their hard work and help. It is especially nice that the recognition directly translates into tangible/financial rewards. It always makes my day when I am recognized, and I enjoy having a less public way to recognize others.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

I don't love seeing a feed of recognition of people I have never met in the company. I wish the feed was more focused on my direct coworkers and what they are saying / how they are recognizing each other.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is great to be able to recognize employees in a less public/ embarrassing way. And it is great for building a positive work culture when people thank each other for hard work interdepartmentally.

  ### 26. Game Changing App!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kim V.

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

Motivosity has a familiar feel that employees are instantly comfortable with. It marked all the boxes of what we were looking for in an employee communication app.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

Some functions that aren't available on the app.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How we communicate information to employees who don't have work email, which is over half of our workforce. Building community within the company when employees don't work in the same facilities. The app allows us to share information in one platform and all employees get the same information. I am blown away by how our employees were instantly using the app for sharing information, creating spaces, and thanking their coworkers.

  ### 27. I think it's a great platform to lift others up and I am super pumped that my company uses it.

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

I like being able to give others praise, and also say Happy Birthday ahead of time, cause it's not easy to do that daily.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

When you have an Alert, and click on it, it doesn't let you look at each one in order. The one click clears the alerts, and you have to reopen and choose each one.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't know that this is applicable to me.

I love that it gives us an easy and meaningful way to show appreciation to our coworkers. Even the small monthly amounts let us brighten someone’s day and recognize the people who make our job easier. It helps build positivity, connection, and gratitude throughout the team.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

The only thing I would change is having a little more flexibility with the amount of money or reward options. Sometimes it would be nice to give a slightly higher recognition when someone goes above and beyond. Overall, the system is great and very easy to use.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helped build a more positive and connected work environment by making it easy to acknowledge the people who support us. It solves the problem of great work going unnoticed by giving us a simple way to recognize coworkers in real time. It boosts morale, strengthens teamwork, and encourages a culture of appreciation.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

No negative feedback at this time. I like it

My remote employees do not get the same rewards as the employees who work in office with me. For instance when we have a pizza day I can send the remote employees motivosity and they are not left out

  ### 31. Very positive. It is an easy and effective way to boost morale.

Motivosity helps me stay connected to my coworkers! Since I'm working from home, it helps allow me to thank my coworkers for helping me out, or just being great all together!

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

I don't have any downsides to using motivosity!

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employee recognitions that may otherwise go unnoticed, along with birthday reminders and celebrations across the organization, helping foster engagement, appreciation, and a stronger sense of community.

  ### 35. Motivosity Makes Recognition Easy and Fun

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

I really like how easy it is to recognize and appreciate team members. The platform makes giving kudos quick and fun, which helps build a positive culture. It’s very intuitive and keeps everyone engaged, even across remote teams. The ability to tie recognition to company values is a big plus because it reinforces what matters most.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

One area that could improve is the reward options. While the system works well, having more flexibility and variety in the reward catalog would make it even better. specially as im based in Sri Lanka, we only have limited options, better options would be ideal

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the challenge of consistent recognition in a remote team. This improves morale and makes it easier to appreciate contributions without formal processes.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

I find the monthly expiration of giving balances a bit stressful as it can make recognition feel rushed at the end of the month

It provides a quick peer to peer way to recognize small wins that might otherwise go unnoticed by management.

  ### 37. Easy to use

its solving ways employees can send a thankyou and recognition to others in a different way. Just a new way to do things.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

Teachers NEED to feel validated and appreciated. It isn't just a desire, it is a basic NEED. Those who are not getting that need met, are leaving the profession. This program helps meet that very important NEED because we all WANT to be happy and we all WANT to stay at our jobs.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

Being able to share wins within our teams so matter how big or small. Motivosity is our team's way of connecting in real-time and in a real way that allows us to not only shout each other out but to also show appreciation to our team members.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

It would be cool if there was a way to have a conversation or thread with more than one team member where we could thank each other and give hoots while still having a convo about the event or win.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a fully remote team, this allows us to shout out to others. It also allows us to see what great things are happening within our organization, even if they are on projects we are not directly working on. It keeps us all connected on a bigger level.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work off-standard business hours and appreciate the ability to connect with fellow employees I can't always see, but with whom I value engagement.
