## Motivosity Reviews
  ### 1. Strengthens Accountability and Recognition Across Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jimmie H. | Quality Assurance Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

It helps establish a strong, healthy standard of accountability across different departments, since peers can directly recognize and call out good work. The platform also naturally encourages people to stay aware of what their teammates are accomplishing, so extra effort or late-night pushes don’t just slip under the radar and go unnoticed.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

To be completely honest, I don’t have anything major to complain about, because it does exactly what it promises on the box. If I had to point to one drawback, the interface can sometimes feel a bit repetitive—especially if you’re checking the main timeline every single day and there aren’t many updates coming in from the smaller teams.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before this, our day-to-day recognition was pretty sporadic and mostly depended on whether a manager happened to remember to say thank you during a meeting. This helps fix that inconsistency by giving everyone an open space to recognize each other and boost workplace morale, which makes our collaborative environment feel much more supportive and a lot less stressful overall.

  ### 2. A Simple and Effective Way to Appreciate Employees

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

Motivosity makes employee recognition simple, timely, and meaningful. I especially appreciate the peer-to-peer recognition feature, which encourages team members to acknowledge each other's contributions and achievements. The platform is easy to use, promotes a positive workplace culture, and helps employees feel valued for their efforts. It also strengthens team engagement by making appreciation a regular part of the work environment.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

While Motivosity is generally easy to use and effective for employee recognition, some features can take time to fully adopt across teams. At times, notifications can feel excessive, and certain customization or reporting options could be more flexible. Additionally, the value of the platform depends on active participation from employees and managers, so engagement may vary between teams. Overall, these are minor drawbacks compared to the positive impact it has on workplace recognition and engagement.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Motivosity helps solve the challenge of ensuring employees feel recognized and appreciated for their contributions. It provides an easy way for team members and leaders to acknowledge good work, which encourages a culture of recognition and engagement. By making appreciation more visible and consistent, it helps improve employee morale, strengthen teamwork, and foster a more positive work environment.

  ### 3. Massive Time-Saver for Team Evaluation Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stacie D. | HR Operations Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

The reporting side is a massive time-saver for anyone running team evaluations. Rather than relying on guesswork, managers can quickly pull up department statistics to get a clearer view of who’s contributing to the culture.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

While the software itself runs smoothly, their customer success team can occasionally be a hit or miss. A couple of times when we reached out to ask about the granular mechanics of a newly released feature

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to manually track our internal milestone programs through shared spreadsheets and casual shoutouts, but it was impossible to scale and never had much real structure. This platform automates the entire appreciation process for us, which makes everything feel more organized and consistent.

  ### 4. Fantastic Way to Celebrate Team Successes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

Motivosity makes it easy to recognize and appreciate coworkers for their contributions. The platform encourages a positive workplace culture, improves employee engagement, and provides meaningful rewards that make recognition feel genuine and motivating

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

One downside is that the shipping fees for rewards can be quite expensive. In my experience, even after paying for shipping through the platform, I was still asked to pay an additional handling fee by the courier upon delivery. This made the redemption process more costly than expected and reduced the overall value of the reward.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Motivosity helps improve employee recognition and engagement by making it easy for team members to acknowledge each other's contributions. It creates a more positive workplace culture, boosts morale, and helps employees feel valued for their work. The rewards and recognition features also provide additional motivation and encourage stronger collaboration across teams.

  ### 5. Great Employee Recognition Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

Motivosity makes it easy to recognize and appreciate colleagues for their contributions. The platform is simple to use, encourages a positive work culture, and helps strengthen team engagement through peer-to-peer recognition. I also like that it provides a central place to celebrate achievements and milestones.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

Overall, the platform is easy to use. However, it would be beneficial to have more reward redemption options and additional customization features for recognition programs. The mobile experience could also be improved to make navigation smoother.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Motivosity helps improve employee recognition and engagement by providing an easy way to acknowledge colleagues for their contributions and achievements. It promotes a culture of appreciation, boosts team morale, and encourages collaboration across teams. The platform also helps employees feel valued, which contributes to higher motivation and a more positive workplace experience.

  ### 6. Fun Engagement with Room for Authenticity Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clayton M. | Manager, Customer Success, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

I used Motivosity as an employee recognition platform, and I really appreciated how it helped employees feel more connected to one another. It was a lot of fun and kept people engaged, encouraging us to look for ways to compliment our coworkers. Everybody likes to receive spiffs, and it was a pleasant little perk to get a few dollars to use however you wanted. It always felt good when someone recognized you for your efforts, and it was also nice to have a few dollars to spend on things.

I wasn’t involved in the setup or onboarding, but from a user perspective it was easy to use. The interface was great and made navigation simple. I never experienced any issues with the platform, so I didn’t really need to use support. Overall, the software made it very easy to recognize your peers and helped make teamwork something everyone could aspire to.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

The way we had it set up was you would get $5 to spend on sharing with employees and if you spent it $2 went into your account each month. There were times at the end of the month when you would still have money to spend and it felt like you were just trying to come up with something to compliment someone on, which didn't feel as genuine.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Motivosity helps our team feel connected and engaged by offering a fun way to recognize peers. It encourages spotting and complimenting good work, and the spiffs are a nice perk that makes being appreciated feel even more rewarding.

  ### 7. cloogy, non-obvious interface

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Religious Institutions

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

um....I guess that it's extra money I get, but I shouldn't need to be rewarded with extra $ to be a decent human.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

The interface. I hate the interface. And the minimum character requirement on this question. You're asking for my opinion and taking my time. You should be grateful for what you get instead of pushing me to just close the whole thing in frustration.

I can't find things very well. Trying to find transaction history is a disaster every time, I have no way of knowing if I missed someone commenting or reacting to something I did, or if anyone sees the comments I make, can't search for something or view posts by date or team or... And I wanted to use strikethrough once. Complete waste of my time trying it several different ways--especially since it looked like it was there, but once I posted, it wasn't.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None that I know of.

  ### 8. Fosters a Positive Workplace with Ease

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

I use Motivosity regularly to recognize and appreciate my colleagues' contributions and achievements. The platform makes it easy to give meaningful recognition, celebrate milestones, and foster a positive workplace culture. What I like the most is its user-friendly interface and the ability to quickly acknowledge team members for their efforts. The peer-to-peer recognition feature helps boost morale and encourages collaboration across teams. I also enjoy the rewards and engagement features, which make the appreciation more tangible and motivating. The initial setup was straightforward and easy to follow, and I was able to start using the platform with minimal effort and little to no training.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

The platform works well overall but I would like more customization options and a smoother experience when navigating some features.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Motivosity to recognize colleagues' achievements, making it easy to give meaningful recognition. It boosts team morale, encourages collaboration, and creates a positive workplace culture. The user-friendly interface and peer-to-peer recognition make employees feel valued.

  ### 9. User friendly, a lot of options to choose to redeem

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

What I like best about Motivosity is how it makes appreciation intentional, visible, and meaningful. It’s not just a “thank you” behind the scenes—recognition is shared, tied to company values, and reinforces positive behaviors. I also love that it creates a culture where people regularly acknowledge impact, not just outcomes, which makes appreciation feel genuine rather than transactional.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

The user experience could be more intuitive, and it sometimes feels a bit transactional. Improving navigation and personalization would make it even better.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Motivosity helps solve the problem of recognition being inconsistent or overlooked in a busy work environment. It creates an easy, structured way to appreciate people in real time and connect that appreciation to our company values. For me, it reinforces positive behaviors, strengthens relationships across teams, and makes recognition more visible and meaningful instead of just informal or private. It helps me feel more connected to the work and the people behind it.

  ### 10. It feels good to be thankful!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Practice

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

It's an easy to use platform to help show appreciation to your co-workers. It's not needlessly complicated which would be a deterrent from using it. It's an easy way to get in, thank people for even the small things, and then get out to keep working.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

My boss had preloaded happy birthday messages in the system and scheduled a delivery date. Although you could see them in the system if you went back and hunted for them but they did not email out the way they do when you send them immediately. I doubt most of my co-workers knew that the effort was made to with them a happy birthday which is a shame.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps create a more grateful work environment which makes for a happier, more engaged work environment.
