**What do you like best about MOCO?**

I find the time tracking in MOCO very good. It offers a comprehensive solution that allows us to cover all steps from setting up a new client to the finished proposal. This function is very well implemented and significantly eases our workflow. The flexibility of MOCO to adapt to our processes is also a great advantage.

**What do you dislike about MOCO?**

The keyboard control in MOCO can still be improved, as well as the usability in certain aspects. The most frequently needed functions are not always immediately accessible.

**What problems is MOCO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MOCO facilitates our resource planning, customer management, quote and invoice creation, as well as time tracking and vacation planning. It offers an end-to-end solution from customer acquisition to the final quote, making our workflow efficient and supporting precise time billing.

**What do you like best about MOCO?**

Moco has a very clear and consistent structure, making it intuitive and easy to use for everyone. It’s easily set up in short time. We have been using Moco for almost 7 years now and have rarely missed anything. This is also because Moco has grown with us over the years – the team continuously improves the software with truly valuable features, without making it bloated. The support team can be reached easily via chat and can help with anything (no ai chatbot). Moco makes it very easy to assign different access rights, ensuring that everyone on the team has exactly the functions they need.

**What do you dislike about MOCO?**

We are hardly missing anything. If you have asked last year, I would have said that it’s a bit hard to do the planning – but this part has improved drasticly since then. Anyway, it would be nice to have a more or less full-feature-version for the mobile app or the mobile web viewport.

**What problems is MOCO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Moco handles project management comprehensively, from acquisition to billing, and provides a toolkit for creating proposals during the acquisition phase. It includes a contact book that manages information about customers, suppliers, and associated persons, facilitating seamless communication. Moco also offers robust team planning capabilities and efficiently manages personnel administration. Additionally, it features time tracking and supports detailed project planning. For accounting tasks, Moco integrates with accounting software, including an interface to Datev, ensuring smooth financial operations.

**What do you like best about MOCO?**

Very organized and clean. At the same time, it's very intuitive to use. It offers significantly more features than you'd expect.

**What do you dislike about MOCO?**

At the moment, there's nothing I dislike about Moco. If that ever changes, I know I can discuss it with Moco.

**What problems is MOCO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Moco is well-received by all colleagues, and no one finds it burdensome to use. Great value for money (actually too affordable ;-) ). Integration and connection with many other applications.

**What do you like best about MOCO?**

The software development. Clearly prioritised next steps that are seamlessly integrated into the ever-improving software. The support team always responds and is extremely helpful. Feature requests are noted and discussed internally. The use of the software is excellent. The blog posts provide a regular overview of the new functions. The software saves us a lot of time and at a sensationally favourable price. We are using this software on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about MOCO?**

I would like the app to provide more insight into the data of the desktop version. What was my colleague working on again yesterday? Insight into reports. But that's complaining on a high level - and I didn't want to leave the field empty here. : )

**What problems is MOCO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To save us time and keeping our agency organised on a high quality level.

Software offers an all-round package with a lot of useful features. The processes are well thought out and cover the typical every-day requirements of digital agencies.

The user experience has some room for improvement. But that is complaining on a high comfort level.

**What do you like best about MOCO?**

MOCO has exactly the functions that we need on a daily basis and does away with the oversized functions that we are familiar with from the corporate world. As a result, we were able to set up and implement MOCO in just four weeks. We now use MOCO to manage the entire agency process, from the initial inquiry to the quotation, project, time recording and invoicing. Our team loves the simple and intuitive user interface and have found their way around the software very quickly. If questions or problems arise, MOCO's support responds immediately and in a very personal way. In some cases, we even have direct contact with the founders of MOCO and can therefore share ideas for new functionalities. MOCO has also made us much faster, not only because the software has simply brilliant loading times, but also because we can write our offers in no time at all using the offer modules. We now even cover our entire financial process with MOCO. This has saved us the interfaces to other software and we now have a daily updated overview of our financial situation. MOCO helps us to run our agency successfully, is fun to use and is constantly evolving.

**What do you dislike about MOCO?**

MOCO is always open to new suggestions for functions and implements them very quickly. That's why we currently have nothing that we don't like about MOCO.

**What problems is MOCO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had been dissatisfied with our agency software for some time. However, as we were very time-consuming to set up at the time, we put off changing the software for a long time. However, as we increasingly had the feeling that the manufacturers of our previous software were not installing any major updates, support was very slow and the software was becoming increasingly slower in daily use, we looked around for new agency software. We included MOCO in our selection based on positive feedback from our team. We were very quickly convinced, as MOCO made it really easy for us to get started.

**What do you like best about MOCO?**

After 3 other agency software solutions and many more tested, I ended up with moco and since then for the first time with an agency software finally really happy. 

In the beginning, the scope of services was still smaller and not everything that other agency software solutions could do was available in moco. The most important realization was - not everything that others can do is necessary, lean is better. And if something is really missing, then it is simply implemented by moco. It is breathtaking how consistently new, useful features are added and how clear and concise moco remains.

And if I don't understand something, there is a very fast and excellent support that can be reached directly from moco via chat. 

In short, for me moco is just perfect and I have already recommended it to many colleagues.

**What do you dislike about MOCO?**

really? Nothing. For me it's just perfect.

**What problems is MOCO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project management and accounting in an advertising agency.Never went so well and easily. It is really fast and easy to use.
