  ### 1. Seamless Email-to-Newsletter Design with Powerful Multichannel Marketing

**What do you like best about Levitate?**

I love how seamlessly I can go from sending a regular email to sending a beautifully designed e-newsletter. I also appreciate that this platform isn’t limited to email; it also allows SMS texting, social media posting, physical mailed letters (including postage), blog creation, and surveys.

**What do you dislike about Levitate?**

I’ve found it really frustrating that, when creating a social media campaign, you can only publish one version of the copy. Unlike Meta Business Suite, you have to create a separate post for each social media account if you want any differences, which makes the whole process take much longer than it needs to. In Hootesuite and Met, you’re able to “customize” the text or images to better match the tone and vibe of each account. For example, I might want a shorter caption on IG, but a longer one on Linkedin—yet here I’d have to build a separate post for each platform. They do let you publish the same post across multiple platforms, but there’s no customization to differentiate them at all.

**What problems is Levitate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a small nonprofit serving a hyper-local community, we have many different audiences. We need to be thoughtful and strategic about how we communicate with donors, volunteers, families, students, community partners, elected officials, potential donors, board members, staff, etc. This allows for highly-customizable emails. The contact and mailing list feature is very good at differentiating these audiences. I love how you can add notes and fun facts to each constituent profile.

**What do you like best about Levitate?**

Levitate has been an excellent tool for our insurance agency, helping us maintain consistent communication with both our clients and affiliate partners. I can't say enough good things about the team at Levitate—the staff truly stands out as a valuable resource. They are always helpful and friendly! They always manage to find the right solutions for our needs.  This system integrates with our management system which streamlines keeping our client file updated.

There is really nothing that I can say that I truly dislike about this system.

**What problems is Levitate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Levitate makes it easier for me to organize our communications and marketing efforts ahead of time. We are able to design and draft our messages in advance, then schedule them to be sent out later. The platform also allows us to reach out to our clients via text, which has proven effective since our clients tend to respond quickly to text messages. This feature has been particularly helpful for maintaining timely communication.

**What do you like best about Levitate?**

My customer service person/associate Sophia M. is always so knowledgeable. She helps me set up my quarterly campaigns, she makes me feel like she remembers me every time we speak, she advises me of new products/services, but it never feels sales-y. She also helps integrate my client list from my practice management software seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Levitate?**

Sometimes the tech people are so knowledgeable that I feel like I have to say "explain it to me like I'm five years old" so that I understand. I know this isn't really a negative, but I can't really think of another.

**What problems is Levitate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Staying in contact with clients, creating content, posting blogs to the website, and doing a lot of marketing I am unable to find the time to do.

**What do you like best about Levitate?**

As a staff of one, having Levitate as a creative partner has been a game-changer! The user-friendly platform has allowed me to automate my social posts and personalize and segment my emails with just a few clicks. I have a dedicated support person who helps brainstorm and bring my ideas to life. An AI component helps me fine-tune emails and experiment with tone (lighthearted, serious, humorous, etc.). It's easy to incorporate graphics. Communication has never been easier!

**What do you dislike about Levitate?**

The only problem I've run into was collecting RSVPs for an event. Something went wrong on the back end and I ended up collecting them manually, but that was an uncommon glitch. I will try again and fully expect it to work next time.

**What problems is Levitate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've struggled for years with keeping up on social posts and regular email communications with donors and other stakeholders. With Levitate, I check in with my support person regularly, we plan communications for the coming quarter and their team often will design social posts and emails that I can then go in and tweak as needed. It's a huge time-saver, and regular meetings keep things from slipping too far down on the to-do list and not getting done. (That was a big problem before I started working with Levitate.) Automation , segmentation and contact management have never been easier.

**What do you like best about Levitate?**

Levitate makes it easy to send personalized emails that look like they come directly from me, which has significantly improved our open and engagement rates compared to traditional HTML-formatted emails. I also really appreciate the automation features, which help us stay in touch with supporters consistently without extra manual work. As a nonprofit organization, this has been especially helpful in keeping our communications warm and genuine without overloading our small team. It was very easy to implement and the customer support is top notch.

**What do you dislike about Levitate?**

The biggest challenge for us is that Levitate does not currently integrate with Network for Good, our donor management system. This creates extra steps in syncing data and tracking engagement across platforms, which can be time-consuming for our staff.

Levitate is helping us solve the challenge of maintaining consistent, personalized communication with our supporters without requiring a large time investment. As a nonprofit, we have limited capacity, but it's crucial to keep donors and community partners engaged. Levitate allows us to automate thoughtful, timely emails that feel authentic and personal. **What do you like best about Levitate?**

Levitate has become an essential tool for our team at Meals on Wheels Erie. It has completely transformed the way we plan, create, and schedule our social media posts, newsletters, and email campaigns. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and interactive, making it easy (and even fun!) to stay on top of our communications. The customer support is top-notch. Regular check-ins with our Success Specialist, Tommy, keeps us up to date with all the new options and trainings. The redesign team has made our personalized communications and newsletters look and feel exactly the way we like.  

Since implementing Levitate, we’ve seen a noticeable increase in our fundraising capacity—so much so that the software more than pays for itself. It allows us to maintain consistent outreach and connect more meaningfully with our supporters.

If you're looking for a powerful, intuitive platform to elevate your communications and fundraising, we highly recommend Levitate.

**What do you dislike about Levitate?**

If I had to name one downside, it would be that making changes to some of the customized offerings can be a bit cumbersome, since they require help from the Levitate team rather than being editable on my end. That said, their redesign team is always responsive, creative, and willing to collaborate, which helps offset this limitation. Overall, it’s a small tradeoff for such a valuable tool.

Levitate has some great content with a wide variety to choose from that lets me improve my regular client contact.  So far, feedback has been positive from my clients.  The content varies widely from amusing posts to important financial updates and reminders.  Its easy to use on a regular basis and there is not a steep learning curve.

**What do you dislike about Levitate?**

The long lead time to implement my new website is the only major negative Ive had so far.  Ive had to wait several months for the website team to catch up to their backlog and I still dont have the site yet but Im hoping it will be worth the wait once it is done.  I wish making a call to customer support was easier but they have been quick to respond to emails.  One other problem I have is that Levitate has started having problems with my email integration and is making me reintegrate frequently.  I hope this is solved soon.

Levitate has been a game-changer for our firm. Its content distribution capabilities are outstanding, allowing us to easily share newsletters, personalized emails, and social media posts across multiple platforms from a single, intuitive dashboard. The scheduling and automation features save us a significant amount of time while keeping our outreach consistent and professional.

We also love how Levitate integrates with our legal practice management software, CLIO. This integration simplifies contact management, ensuring that our client lists stay updated automatically without manual data entry. The ability to tag, segment, and personalize communications based on client status or practice area has made our marketing efforts much more targeted and effective.

Levitate also has a dedicated support person assigned to each account. This has allowed us to address questions and concerns quickly and efficiently, allowing us to focus on our marketing priorities.

Overall, Levitate has enhanced both our client communication and our internal efficiency — a rare combination that makes it an invaluable tool for our business.

The biggest challenge we've faced relates to how Levitate manages communications with contacts. Our clients are primarily businesses whereas Levitate is designed to communication with consumers/individuals. Thus we have to manage business contact information for communications manually.

Having a centralized location for managing our marketing contacts and documenting our marketing efforts has been a game changer for our firm.

**What do you like best about Levitate?**

Levitate makes staying in contact with our clients so much easier! We could reach out and check in on our clients throughout the year, and we used Levitate multiple times a month. And, if we ever needed help, the support team was always ready to help! It was easy to integrate them with our management system. They did most, if not all, of the work for us. Levitate later started offering social media posting, website designing, and even text messaging! Implementing them into our agency and everyday workflow was a simple process. We almost always only heard good things from our clients about the emails. They enjoyed getting emails and updates from our agency.

**What do you dislike about Levitate?**

Year after year, Levitate continued to have a price increase every time it came to renewing our annual subscription. Also, as they grew, their services seemed less personable. Even though we had Levitate integrated with our management system, there were still some issues with automatically bridging our new clients over to Levitate.

Levitate allowed us to stay connected with our clients and ensure they were being well taken care-of and getting the attention they deserved from us.

Levitate is great in allowing me to not only manage my clients, but also having the ability to market to them depending on their profile and needs. Reaching out to them in segments allows has never been easy. The integration from hawksoft to levitate has had a few hiccups but is not something that has been a deal breaker as levitate has been very helpful in fixing all issues thus far.

My only issue is thre has not been an integration on language for our clients. I have to manually enter or bulk enter them as we go which has not been easy. The integration of information going into levitate from hawksoft could be a bit better.

Levitate is solving the integration from Hawksoft and they are very attentive of any problems I have had, which I could not praise them more on. Customer service has been amazing since the beginning. Thank you to Robert for constantly helping us along the way.

I run an insurance agency and we were really trying to focus on selling life insurance but were getting nowhere. Within 3 months of using Levitate we had hit our annual goal and then some! Its great to have an assigned customer success specialist. Nate has been extremely helpful in working out the kinks for us and we meet with him every quarter so he can help us schedule out all our client contact. It is insane how easy it is to use their web portal and if I ever have questions they are answered incredibly quickly. Due to the emails and social media posts we have sent out we have increased our reviews by 14% and have submitted 5x as much life premium as we did last year and we are only 4 months in. Our customers love that we are checking in with them consistently so its also helped with client morale as well. I cant say enough good things about levitate!

I also wish there were a few more customization options for automations or more flexibility in scheduling certain types of outreach. That said, the support team is really responsive, so it hasn’t been a major issue.

Levitate is an additional software that we have to manage separately from our main CRM system with all of our client information. Its not a huge disadvantage because it is a separate tool, but it would be nice if we could only have one client management system all in one.

I like how easy the interface is to use. We didn't need much training to jump in and start using it.

I with there were more capabilities with the user accounts versus admin accounts. Our company likes to keep particular people as admins and Levitate requires admin access just to send an email campaign. Maybe they should create another tier of user so admins can have the control they need and users can have the features they need.

The technical support team is very prompt and we love them. We've had issues with the Levitate plugin not working for some users on Outlook and even though the tech team hasn't been able to solve the issue, they have been very quick to reply with options to try to resolve it.

It was then having to re-explain our mission and vision to the new people so being able to move forward on some things was difficult with the turnover.

We had a list of features and processes we wanted a program/app to do for us. We watched demo after demo and before the Levitate demo was even over my daughter looked at me and said how quick can they sign us up? It not only checked off every box on our list it had additional benefits, processes, that are already making our work more efficient. Every one of the Levitate employees we have talked with so far have been knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. It isn't just the awesome system they developed, it's the smiling faces here to help that really make it a great company. Now to what it does for us. Through a Zapier integration it automatically keeps up with our new customers, always adding them to our customer list in Levitate. From there we can run email campaigns, social media, or printed thank you type card campaigns. We can also ask for Google Reviews, respond to Google Reviews, and use AI directly there on the site to help us respond in an appropriate manner. We are also getting set up to send text messages as well. It's a very well thought-out and run company. Amazing. Oh, and I should mention that it was so fast and easy to get set up. They did it with us and it only took 15-30 minutes. I couldn't believe it. Another thing I should mention is the customer support. Even if Morgan is in Zoom meetings all day, she manages to reply to me emails while I'm learning the system. Super grateful for their help. This is a company we will partner with from now on... no question.

We haven't found any yet. We dove right in and the stuff we didn't understand or figure out (not much, i'ts very intuitive) they jumped right in to help.

We mostly use Leviate for social media scheduling. We are starting to use it more for DRIP campaigns. We love how easy the reports are to finds and view. The integration with Salesforce has been very smooth. It was very easy to set up our socual media account to scheudle posts. Our designated representative has been fantastic with any questions that we have had. He always gets an answer for us quickly.

The HTML newsletter customization needs some updates to be a little more user firendly. We also would love if they offered automatic resend to non-openers.

It is easy to get started and use. Emails are delivered, and we can view how often employees are keeping in touch with clients. This product makes automation more personal. It was easy to implement, taking only a few hours to get up and running. Content is a bonus; sometimes we need fresh ideas.

One of the things I like the most is being able to schedule campaigns and social media items months in advance. The system is very simple to use as well and integrates with our managemnt system which is great.

I like that Levitate's platform is incredibly easy to use. the features are intuitive for the user making working in the platform extremely efficient.

While the cost is, I am sure, highly competitive for the type of application it is- for a small business or nonprofit it is not entirely budget friendly.

Levitate solves the problem of creating points of connections with stakeholders in a way that feel organic and meaningful. Email correspondence is received, read, and responded to at a much higher rate than with an HTML only email platform. We also benefit greatly from the ability to schedule social media posts, particularly around campaigns.

**What do you like best about Levitate?**

It creates good looking content to send out to social media and email. It is easy to use the content creations. Campaigns that integrate with Epic take a bit more time to figure out, but the support team will guide you through it. Customer Service is responsive although the sales team and support team might need to work a bit more together to properly educate onboarding customers. Implementation for Levitate was good, with Epic not so much. We mainly use the product for social media. The integration with our management system doesn't seem too reliable for what we want it for.

**What do you dislike about Levitate?**

The integration with Applied Epic is lacking and does not work like we were told. It needs major improvements before being able to use effectively between the two systems.

Creating marketing materials quickly and are very useful

It seems like a great idea that would be time saving for our office.

**What do you dislike about Levitate?**

I don't have a lot of faith in the actual process. We sent a test birthday card to ourselves and it arrived over a month after we requested it to be sent out. It would have arrived weeks after the birthday had we sent it to a client. We used a Social Media post and it had a misspelling in it.

It should create an easy process for sending out emails and communications to clients that look personal but doesn't take as much time.
