User enagament is quite a lot better with the help of quiz and surveys. It was easy to understand about it and further implement it with my ideas. This is the only tool I've used so far so I cannot compare it to competitors. **What do you dislike about Justuno?** The Justino "widget" that appears on the right side of the site is a pain sometimes. When we are debugging our website it get in the way. It would be good if we could move it somewhere else. **What problems is Justuno solving and how is that benefiting you?** When a customer gets to the product description page, we are able to offer him a free gift in order to boost our sales. We can also use a product that we are overstocked as a free gift, helping to balance the stocks on the warehouse. ### 4. The rules make sense once you get the hang of them, and editing is straighforward and intuitive. **What do you dislike about Justuno?** Sometimes it seems a little clunky, and moving back and forth between the dashboard and the project is unintuitive. Also, saving and publishing projects triggers so many prompts about saving and being sure and asking about saving as a revision; it can be overwhelming. On the dashboard menu, to me, clicking on the name of the project should take me to the editing page; I always forget I have to access the edit link on the left side. Being in Australia, setting the timing of a project launch is added work; I have to always pull up a world clock calculator. **What problems is Justuno solving and how is that benefiting you?** Justuno helps me add seasonal notifications on my website, as well as any other message I want customers to see before placing an order. These notifications help avoid any disappointment or confusion by the customer, and that means fewer enquiries are sent to us, freeing our time to process orders. ### 6. But the A/B testing we ran gave us the information we needed to turn off a lot of those popups that weren't working for us, which improved the load time. **What problems is Justuno solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are our primary popup for the websites.
