**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ALI A. | Cybersecurity Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about INE?**

I’ve been using INE for the past two months to prepare for my eJPT certification, and I’m really enjoying it. The video lectures are high quality, and the instructors explain concepts clearly—especially Alexis Ahmed. Overall, the content feels well structured and is easy to follow, particularly for beginners.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

Occasionally, I run into technical issues where certain practice labs either fail to load or don’t work as expected. Most of the content is great, but the lab connection timeouts can be really frustrating when I’m trying to practice for my eJPT exam. I hope the platform can improve the stability and reliability of these virtual environments.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

INE is helping me build a solid foundation in cybersecurity from scratch. As a student preparing for the eJPT, I appreciate that the platform offers a structured learning path that makes complex penetration testing concepts easier to understand. It also saves me time by combining the theory with practical labs in one place, so I can get the hands-on experience that’s essential for my future career.

  ### 2. Detailed, Easy-to-Follow Courses with Great Labs and Team Sharing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about INE?**

The courses are very detailed and easy to follow. When I finish for the day and come back later, it’s quick and simple to pick up right where I left off, almost as if I never stepped away. I also find it very useful that this can be shared across the company through a group license, which helps engage everyone involved at a very reasonable price. The lab integrations for the Cloud Course is very helpful and fast to let you understand the real use of the service itself. Registering for a course is very easy, as the course description is very clear on what the course entails. Videos are very clear and concise to understand at the very simplest of means. Sharing Course links makes it easy for a team to be in sync on the training plan available. Easy registering an onbording into the courses for fast access. AI features within the website assist to easily understanding how responses are worded.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

So far the only dislike I have is the longevity of some of the videos with a some of them in a monotonous tone.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me understand the functions and management of cloud services since it is a new product our company is venturing into.

  ### 3. Exceptional Instructors, Great Learning Experience

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about INE?**

I have been using INE for learning SDWAN Viptela, and the overall experience was very positive. The faculty is very knowledgeable, and the way of explaining things is exceptional. I appreciate the quality of the instructor; the faculty explains even complex concepts with a lot of patience and clarity. The structure and hands-on learning experience, along with the faculty who are very experienced, make the technology explanation really great. The interface is clean, and the credentials are straightforward. The learning paths are very well organized.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

INE is great overall and the content is up to date, but I would like to see more advanced labs for smoother learning. I really love it and surely recommend INE to my colleagues.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

Some content can feel a bit too long or overly detailed, making it challenging to quickly access specific information. I wish there were time-stamped chapters within videos to make it easier to jump directly to specific topics instead of rewatching long sections.

I like that INE provides a well-structured, in-depth training program that aligns closely with the official CISSP domains. The content is detailed and concept-driven, making it a good fit for professionals who want a solid understanding of security, risk management, and compliance principles rather than relying on exam-focused memorization. I also appreciate the extra depth INE offers, which is what prompted us to switch from Pluralsight. On top of that, the initial setup was pretty easy for us.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

The depth of the content can feel overwhelming at times, especially for beginners or for anyone looking for a quicker, exam-cram style approach. Some modules are quite lengthy and take a significant time commitment to work through thoroughly.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

INE can improve in a few areas, like adding more content for IAM and niche enterprise use cases. This seems limited or not always tailored enough to specific team needs, which require additional curation. Given the breadth of material, better role-based recommendations and clearer learning paths would also help teams prioritize what's most relevant without added overhead.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use INE for adversarial penetration testing training, building strong skills across domains. It provides hands-on labs for real-world security tasks, scales across infosec roles, and measurably improves team performance without adding operational overhead.

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about INE?**

Keith Bogart is an excellent and in depth instructor. I like how INE provides such rich instructional material and includes quizzes and labs. It's also very easy to login and jump back in where I left off.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

I think the CCNA course would be better if there were more labs dispersed throughout for practice - OR a lab spreadsheet template to track how well you did on each lab so you know which ones you should go back and repeat.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have any business problems that I've solved with INE yet. But I understand more about my current role and feel confident in my growth.

  ### 9. Deep technical laboratories that strengthen incident response

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about INE?**

n-depth technical content, high-quality instructors, and extensive hands-on lab environments

**What do you dislike about INE?**

It can have more vendor onboarded on the site

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Struggle: Before INE, our team relied on video-only courses. We struggled with theoretical knowledge—engineers knew the terms but froze during live network outages or security incidents because they had never "broken" things in a safe environment.
The Implementation: We implemented INE’s Hands-on Labs across our security and networking teams.

I really like the content on INE; it's huge and very professional. The content is good enough for various levels—beginner, intermediate, and even advanced. It's really valuable and practical for anyone at these stages.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

I think one of the things that could be improved is the way that the labs work as virtual machines. It's a little bit slow, and there's a latency. So they should improve the latency and make it low latency.

The slides are too long, so they are very tedious to read.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software in the labs is sometimes not activated due to licenses.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Military | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about INE?**

There’s a wide variety of courses available, along with a good range of learning paths to choose from.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

I have difficulties understanding what the right learning path is for users.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The training provides both basic and advanced education for operators and middle management within my organization.

  ### 32. Training Paths for Every Skill Level

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Utilities | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about INE?**

There are many training paths available, designed to fit every level of preparation—from beginners who are just getting started to more experienced individuals who want to deepen and expand their knowledge.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

The usage statistics don’t go into much detail, so it’s hard to get a clear picture from them.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The integration of junior team members has been smooth and well-organized.

  ### 33. One stop place for cybersecurity - Defensive , offensive as well as risk & compliance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jainil M. | Engineering Lab Technician , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2025

**What do you like best about INE?**

The teaching methodology of Alexis Ahmed and his content which I'm learning currently in Ejpt and cppt course.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

Need more content of OSEP & OSED certification.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving us all the content required to prepare for a particular examination and skill development until OSCP. It will be more helpful if they make similar course for advance offensive security practices.

  ### 34. Student Experience

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jean Carlos R. | Security Operations Center Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2025

**What do you like best about INE?**

Labs are interesting and friendly and imteractive

**What do you dislike about INE?**

Courses are some times too long and repetitive content.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Good way to start doing hands-on labs

  ### 35. Great exams with affordable price

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2025

**What do you like best about INE?**

INE has good exam environment and they regularly put them on sale (50% off) which are great to test and improve your skills. The course material they provide is also decent but can be improved.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

Since almost everyone cheats in the exam openly there market value is not much. They should implement a cheat prevention action. Also they should put more advance exams (I have already done most of their advanced exams) because they are fun and enjoyable.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Good course material and even better exam scenarios. Good to test your skills and also improve them at the same time.

  ### 36. Elevating Cybersecurity Training

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2025

**What do you like best about INE?**

I love INE’s cybersecurity training courses and have found them to be exceptionally comprehensive. The content goes beyond the basics, exploring intricate details essential for a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles. This thorough approach has significantly enhanced my readiness to address real-world challenges.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

I’ve encountered some challenges when accessing INE’s courses on my mobile device. Specifically, the videos often don’t transition to full-screen mode, making it difficult to engage fully with the material. Additionally, as I near the completion of a course, a banner at the bottom of the screen appears, discussing Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits, which obscures a significant portion of the video.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They solve a skill gap and do so in a manner where I have a better fundamental understanding of the topic being discussed.

  ### 37. Good way to learn and certify skills

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marco B. | Cyber Security Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2025

**What do you like best about INE?**

One of the most useful things are the labs that can be done after watching the video of the topic covered

**What do you dislike about INE?**

One of the things I liked least is that some topics and videos are not very up-to-date and therefore are not very useful and force you to spend more time

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

INE is helping me understand several concepts related to the most critical vulnerabilities in an IT infrastructure, thus allowing me to go on to improve my security posture

  ### 38. My subscriptions for eJPT

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew K. | Mail Server Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2024

**What do you like best about INE?**

The training at Ine was top notch and I liked the sessions with Alex Ahamed. the lab sessions are fast and do not lag while using.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

The thing you will definitely not like about Ine subscription is the interface. imagine having a subscription and you can not locate it when you log in. INE is so much inclined to overload you with other materials for you to purchase and when you are NOT very well tech-savvy, it can take you a while to locate what you are studying or your own running subscriptions. They mostly overload you with high-fee live sessions

Even when you locate your study area you can easily skip lab sessions since progress only looks at videos and when there is a next lab session, during study time one may have to keep checking(exit video mode) so you do not skip lab sessions.

Customer support doesn't respond on weekends until the next working day which is USA time which is 8-9 hours since I live at GMT+3.

I lost my exam voucher for eJPT and did not because I was not yet ready(I have surgery) to sit the exam and INE refused to extend it for me unless I had to purchase it with an extra $100 fee which for me was already unrealistic. I had already paid over $300 for it. The final reply was a big NO when I asked for a free one(1) month extension for only an exam voucher.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

cybersecurity training and helping me to understand cybersecurity at a depth of semi-professional level

  ### 39. I am a user of INE certification subscription

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manish N. | Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2025

**What do you like best about INE?**

The vidoes are very easy to follow through and the whole INE interface is very simple and effective. Customer support is also fast.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

Sometimes, the labs take longer to load and if i spend too much time on the labs, it tends to cause gliches and issues.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

INE is helping me understand pentesting and overall cybersecurity in a very effective manner. The vidoes are very informative and easy to follow along. The labs are amazing and give me real time interaction with the software.

  ### 40. Great course content but be aware of the voucher's expiration date.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pablo R. | Lead Cybersecurity Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2024

**What do you like best about INE?**

Tons of content that had been recently updated. The new instructor is clear in the explanations and they are acompanied by lab demonstrations and test environments.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

Although you have access to an entire year of course content, the exam vouchers are valid only for 6 months. That is was not enough time for me to deal with the courses from scratch.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

INE provides courses that spans multiple domains in the IT field. The penetration testing path covers the basic knowledge through a Fundamentals course and then dive in to medium and advanced topics, succesfully giving the students the tools to start a career in this Cybersecurity specialization

  ### 41. My short and honest review about INE

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** batuhan a. | Cyber Security Researcher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2025

**What do you like best about INE?**

Most helpful part is the certificate exam are practical. It also proves to others that you are capable of doing practical stuff.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

On some certificates the time it takes for them to review your report is too long for me (30 Business Days). Specially for eCTHP etc.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the hiring issues most of the HR people have when they are hiring cyber security workers.

  ### 42. My eJPT experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2025

**What do you like best about INE?**

I like the ease of use of their website, I like their content. I personally have done the eJPT course and its very well put together. I use every day INE courses and labs to train. Even when I found bugs in the labs, after I reported them, the Support solved the issues instantly and sent an email regarding the fix.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

I didn't particularly dislike anything about INE.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

INE is providing a lot of courses and trainings for different fields in Cybersecurity, offensive and defensive. I personally used it to develop my skills and improve in Penetration Testing.

  ### 43. Best Hands-on and real world scenario based curriculum

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Satvik V. | Deputy Secretary, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 02, 2024

**What do you like best about INE?**

I'm currently enrolled in eJPT and learning daily . The best part I observed is it's curriculum, they won't teach like by just displaying some slides and talking blah blah blah , instead they focus on less theory more practical and demonstration . And they constantly observe the student's review on their community handles and improve their curriculum based on the students issues . Recently they have removed Josh Mason and updated the entire content which taught by Alexis sir .
Their dedication towards improving the curriculum and providing the best learning experience is best thing and I would rate 10/10 in this thing and also in Pricing .

**What do you dislike about INE?**

The downside is their Support team . They are not bad but sometimes they won't address / respond on time

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problme it's solving or improving themselves is updating the curriculum regularly by students review and also on what industry is expecting from people

  ### 44. Perfect for start in the cybersecurity world

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jesús L. | Consultor de Ciberseguridad, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2025

**What do you like best about INE?**

The way that integrates the theorical lessons with the practical labs

**What do you dislike about INE?**

In order with the previous comment, its great the integration of both ways, but sometimes the labs are the same you did in previous lessons or not enough deep learning

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its helping me to introduce myself in the pentesting world and i think im learling a lot

  ### 45. A very good website for beginners

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohamad Alamin Y. | ML eng, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2025

**What do you like best about INE?**

Courses structure are well oraganised for beginners

**What do you dislike about INE?**

The repetitive of some tasks where you might get similar sections with same videos and labs

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me with guided path in cybersec

  ### 46. I mostly recommend eJPT on Novice level and other professional certification i.e. eWPTx

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krishna P. | Cyber Security Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2024

**What do you like best about INE?**

Traing content is very usefull and it adds value in carrier. Just see me working as a pentester, i have took eJPT couse and leant a lot by mentor Alexis Ahmed and that i am implementing my carrier frequently. Couse content is well integrated and organized.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

Whenever new promo codes are issed by INE for discount on certification courses it won't apply. Customer support, personally speaking i nevelr felt that i need support as mostly all important terms are covered under FAQs. However I have't found certification related FAQs i.e. When it will get expire and how to renew that.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Educating stuednts and professional and adding value and skill in their carrier to grow in their life.

  ### 47. my honest thoughts after completing INE ejpt course

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Security and Investigations | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2025

**What do you like best about INE?**

Their training is solid—clear explanations, hands-on labs, and a well-structured learning path. The eJPT course does a great job of easing beginners into ethical hacking without feeling overwhelming. The labs give real-world experience, and the course is way more affordable than most competitors.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

Some parts of the platform feel outdated, and the UI could be more user-friendly. Also, the support response time can be slow, which can be frustrating if you're stuck on something. A few advanced topics could use more depth, but overall, it’s a great learning experience. in exam time some times labs are so laggy.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i have some doubts regarding exams but they solved.

  ### 48. Comprehensive and Practical Security

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sai Tharun K. | SOC ANALYST L1, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2025

**What do you like best about INE?**

INE Security offers a solid learning experience with hands-on labs and well-structured courses.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

I wish there were more in-depth content on certain advanced topics.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

INE solves the problem of accessible, hands-on cybersecurity training with structured learning paths and real-world labs. It helps bridge the gap between theory and practical skills. For me, it has been valuable in refining my penetration testing, cloud security, and threat analysis skills.

  ### 49. Horrible Billing Practices and Bad Customer Service

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2025

**What do you like best about INE?**

Their marketing really makes you believe they are a partner.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

Sales tactics. Bad customer service. Greedy.

Labs are some of the worst I have experienced amongst many platforms I have tried.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Only giving me headaches. They are dishonest. You cancel online, you get a confirmation screen, and account is not cancelled.

  ### 50. Amazing Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2025

**What do you like best about INE?**

I found that the transition between classes and labs was the most enjoyable aspect of my INE eJPT certification experience. For novices in the field of pentesting who already knew the basics of programming and networks, it was quite approachable.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

Lessons were rarely repetitive, and I wish the overall learning route had a better organization.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At the moment no big problems to solve
