**What do you like best about Fullbay?**

I’ve been using Fullbay mainly for data entry and overall, it’s been a solid tool for managing shop operations.

One thing I really like is how everything is organized in one place. Entering invoices, work orders, and customer information is pretty straightforward once you get used to the system. It definitely helps speed up the data entry process compared to doing things manually or across multiple platforms. The fact that it’s cloud-based also makes it easy to access from anywhere, which is super convenient.

**What do you dislike about Fullbay?**

I will say there is a bit of a learning curve at first. Some features can feel a little overwhelming, especially if you’re new to the system. At times, it can also feel a little slow depending on what you’re doing, but once you get familiar with it, it becomes much easier to navigate.

**What problems is Fullbay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fullbay helps solve several business problems for me, especially when it comes to data entry and organization. Before using it, information like invoices, customer details, and work orders could feel scattered and repetitive to manage. With Fullbay, everything is in one place, which makes it much easier to stay organized and avoid duplicating work.

**What do you like best about Fullbay?**

Fullbay has made it easy to create service orders for our techs and to keep track of the time spent on jobs

**What do you dislike about Fullbay?**

There are somethings on the office side that take so many steps to get to one thing. The program tends to not refresh automatically for us so unless we refresh the browser, it does not refresh. Our techs have a hard time with entering in parts beacause there has been an ongoing issue with Fullbay automatically changing the part number to a completely different one. I have contacted support many times and have been told each time that they are aware and that is it just an issue.

**What problems is Fullbay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has made it easier for our office workers to assign work to the techs out on the floor without having to go and locate them to hand them a work order. This is a benefit because it has eliminated the time spent walking around the shop and the time spent writing things down with pen and paper which we were doing before using this program

**What do you like best about Fullbay?**

I appreciate Fullbay's extensive systems for managing customers, vehicles, techs, billable time, parts ordering, and inventory, which give us more data than we've ever had with any other software. I like having so much data available for making management decisions. It's also great that Fullbay continually improves and keeps up with technology, including by integrating AI as that develops in our world. I know that Fullbay is building the product to best serve their very diverse customers' needs, and being part of the customer advisory board is a privilege for us, giving us the opportunity to give feedback to the Fullbay decision makers. I value the specific reports Fullbay provides, like those on tech productivity, which help us assess where individuals are doing well and where the shop can improve as a whole.

**What do you dislike about Fullbay?**

Sometimes I wish it ran faster, especially for larger reports that take a while to pull up. I wish I could build my own reports to select specific data I want to see and then sort within that report. I currently export to Excel to manipulate the data how I want, but being able to do it in Fullbay would be awesome. It felt like a steep learning curve to get up to speed with Fullbay software when we first started using it because there is so much going on in Fullbay, but any change is hard when, and it's possible the onboarding process has improved since we started using it nearly 5 years ago.

**What problems is Fullbay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fullbay for managing customers, vehicles, techs, and inventory, with more data than ever for decision-making. It's great Fullbay keeps up with technology and customer needs.

I like the parts and service integration on the Service Order. I like that once a part is entered, it's information "follows through" to the invoice.

**What do you dislike about Fullbay?**

The only problem we have had with Fullbay is "slow processing" on large service orders with 20+ action items.  The delay after a part entry is quite annoying.

**What problems is Fullbay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fullbay has helped me solve a problem of parts getting used but not charged to a service order.  This definitely has helped with frustration of extra billing or actually completely missed items

It aligns perfectly with what our shop needed to track work and inventory. The setup process was easy and training was available for our staff in the different areas they work within.

There are some instances where the process isn't as fluid as I would like.  They also do not handle credit/refunds in an easy manner.

There have been a number of updates to Fullbay since we've started using it that has made it even more intuitive to use.

We do our invoicing, keep our customers info, and integrate with QuickBooks. This program is the only one I can find to work properly for our Diesel Mechanic shop versus other programs.

Can sometimes be hard to integrate and also if not set up properly from the very beginning there will be parts of the software that you can not use correctly.

I've always been a strong advocate for Fullbay because of its technician-centric design. Unlike many other software solutions that focus on impressing the office staff, Fullbay recognizes that it's the technicians who drive revenue. This software allows them to maximize their time turning wrenches, which is crucial for the success of any company. It's refreshing to see a tool that truly understands and supports the needs of the people who are the backbone of the operation.

**What do you dislike about Fullbay?**

Lately, Fullbay has been rolling out improvements and updates without fully testing them, leading to significant issues. In the past six months, we've experienced more downtime and problems than in the past five years I've been using the software. This is creating serious challenges for our organization and is diminishing the quality of a product that we’ve always relied on.

**What problems is Fullbay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fullbay has empowered me to manage my shop based on numbers and facts rather than just gut feelings. For example, it’s often challenging to get a technician to consistently clock in and out of jobs, but Fullbay makes this process effortless. This has solved one of our biggest challenges: accurately tracking how long it takes to repair trucks and ensuring we're billing correctly for that time.

**What do you like best about Fullbay?**

Fullbay keeps track of everything we have going in our shop. its hard to keep track with multiple employees and customers but with fullbay we are able to see where everything is and keep track of all of the parts!

They are great to setup and onboard the team for ease of setup. It exports ecerything right to our accounting software for ease of integration.

You always get a person to talk to when you call

we use Fullbay all day eavery day to keep our business moving forward.

We do mobile repair and sometimes get out of cell service. Fullbay requires internet to use so occationaly we aren't able to update it on the spot.

Fullbay Please Please add the PO location to the opening service order page.  I hate moving from create a service order to estimate to put the po in and back to the service order.

Time Clock control for work orders is amazing
Being able to add pictures and documents to the file to send it out to customers.  Brilliant!!!
The inventory management system has improved our parts control immensley.

I wished the inventory side  had a better functionality to it. Some of the inventory control does not work properly.  Inventory does not come out of the proper places when put on tickets.

**What do you like best about Fullbay?**

Our shop has been using Fullbay since March 2016.
From the get go, it's made the office staff & tech staff lives easier. There were many times we would reach out, say can you do this for us? It would make a world of difference. And it was done. Things take a little more time now, but that's to be expected with all the growth Fullbay has had in the last few years. Our customers love the customer portal. They joke, we are like a doctor's office. 
The reports help tremendously with inventory, our financial planning & payroll. 
We highly recommend Fullbay to anyone who may be on the fence. You won't regret the purchase.

**What do you dislike about Fullbay?**

The schedule still needs some tweaking. We are aware it's being worked on, so we will have patience!

Working on the schedule. We really need to be able to assign certain actions to different techs, on the same service order.

I like the ease if access for techs and the ability to limit access for newer Techs, looking forward to trying the fullbay payments. I was using Mitchell before fullbay and the user friendly setup is far superior to mitchell

The downsides to fullbay that I found so far is the hassle to apply prepayments to an invoice without receiving full payments. I'm sure it's partly user error and just need to finding training to help speed up the process

Fullbay is solving the problems of tracking Tech time and being able to monitor efficiency and the speed that I can start and finish an invoice. the ease of creating service orders has greatly helped get customers invoices ready as soon as the job is completed

Fullbay is most helpful to us in the inventory, efficiency, invoicing, and reporting side of things. It's a great system that has improved our operation overall

One thing that I dislike is that it tends to open new windows when navigating to parts of Fullbay, next you know you have 10 different windows open and it makes it hard to navigate back. I like it for some things like reporting so I can flip back and forth, but there are some areas where it is unnecessary.

Unfortunately we have had an ongoing issue with inventory items "linking" and we dislike this feature very much. The Fullbay support team is great and are working on it, but it is still not corrected.

**What do you like best about Fullbay?**

It is designed for repair shops, thus they understand what we need. And when something doesn't work, you know that somewhere down the line one of the updates will fix it, you can count on it. We also like that it is very customizable, as shops have different needs and processes.

**What do you dislike about Fullbay?**

We are in Canada, and it definitely feels like they cater to American shops more, which I understand, them being an American company. For instance, with the different tax systems Canada has, we have to get VERY creative to make it work, which sometimes leads to using more paper and more time spent on invoicing customers.

**What problems is Fullbay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to track work on customers' units has been a blessing. Going back and easily finding work done to a specific vehicle assists with finding part numbers quicker and understanding the history of the vehicle as a whole even before the unit comes in the shop. Furthermore, inventory tracking is really easy and straight forward and you can make it as intricate or as simple as you need it to be. We never miss vendor invoices anymore and tracking returns to vendors saves money that was easily lost in the past.

We have been using Fullbay for several years. The system is very intuitive and adaptable to our needs. Full parts and service support. Easy fleet tracking and understandable invoicing process. Also- our accountant loves it! Supports a good day to day operation and also allows detailed reporting for better historical views and future plannning.

We love all there is about Fullbay!There is nothing that is on my dislike list from Fullbay other than they dont offer mechanics and billing staff. That would be great! If only they could send some help our way!

Fullbay is one of the best decisions I've made. The ease of use cut my office time drastically. Being able to have transactions automatically imported to QuickBooks makes it even better. No more tallying up time cards to find out what your techs are doing. I've worked with many systems out there that cost way more than Fullbay. I will take Fullbay over them any day. Great product and excellent customer support

**What do you dislike about Fullbay?**

Fullbay is great, however, I find faults in the parts side. The inventory count is a little overwhelming. Would like to see it broken down to where you can count one page at a time and review it. Also, would like to see a better way of finding part locations. This will be a great help to small shops who have their techs looking up parts.

**Recommendations to others considering Fullbay:**

Fullbay can be self taught. Do not let any lack of basic computer knowledge keep you from using it. They have a help section right on the screen. Also, have video links along with written instructions. If that does not help, you can contact via email or call. Support staff is amazing.

My office time for billing and receiving has been immensely cut. Also, being cloud based, I can look at my shop anywhere I go.

One of things that I like best about Fullbay is that it helps our shop be more efficient. 
The main reason I looked into Fullbay is that we were doing Time Tracking by hand - Having 12+ mechanics in the shop working 40+ hours a week, our time was being consumed with doing everything by hand. 
Fullbay has effectively relieved us of having to do that. The stacks of paperwork that we have has been cut in half, if not more. 
Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Amy N is our customer support manager, and I highly recommend her and Fullbay to everyone!

**What do you dislike about Fullbay?**

The only thing that I can think of that is a little bit of a hassle is that when we're reviewing estimates - we can't just type a rate. 
We have to add a rate into configuration, then add an action item, etc. I want to edit rates to a custom price instead of adding a rate into fullbay.

Fullbay makes invoices easier to review. We were always 2-3 weeks behind in billing - now, we're current and billing out invoices within 24 hours of the completed repairs.

We all know switching software systems is a scary major decision, especially a system that handles all aspects of your business.  

After reviewing many of the software systems available and talking with other shops given as references we chose Fullbay & I must admit we were a little scared of making the change.

We were using a very well know automotive system for the last 15 years.  When we notified them we were leaving they informed us that we would need to purchase a progrem from them for $30,000 to be able to extract our parts inventory, part info history and service history.

The team at Fullbay were amazing at assisting us working literally around the clock recovering our history, inventory and data out or the old system before our license with them expired and all was permanently lost.

**What do you dislike about Fullbay?**

Fasterer response to phone technical support would be nice.

We have been on Fullbay for 6 months now and are wishing we had made the change sooner.   Our technicians love the anywhere access from thier phones, easy to track work in process and profitability of the service and parts departments, and the accounting integrating easily with quickbooks all are great.

I like the features Fullbay offers when it comes to running a repair shop. It tracks maintenance intervals, parts, labor cost, and equipment cost. It also offers features that is a must have in a shop enviroment such as labor times, maintenance manuals, and so much more. It allows your customer to be able to schedule repairs with you to streamline repairs and keep them up and running. This keeps your customers happy and makes equipment repair scheduling a breeze.

I cannot find one negative thing to say about Fullbay other than I wish I knew about this software sooner.

When I first started with this shop we were struggling to keep up with maintenance schedules. It seemed like we kelp getting suprise by equipment just showing needing repairs. **What do you like best about Fullbay?**

Fullbay has many great features and has continued to improve and evolve since we adopted it in 2016.  I think the best features are its relative ease of use and the available tutorials.  I also particularly like the inventory module.  This is one area that I think we struggled with previously, and although the software does not solve all of our problems, it gives us the tools and framework to truly streamline our parts processes.  Also, we are seeing more and more of our customers making use of the portal.  I think this feature holds a lot of promise for the future.

**What do you dislike about Fullbay?**

I personally do not have any major complaints about Fullbay.  We've experienced a few glitches with the interface with our accounting software, but these issues are usually quickly resolved.  I suppose one personal issue is the speed with which the product as evolved has more or less left me behind.  The level at which I use Fullbay does not take me into the day to day tasks as it once did.  As the result I have to play catchup at times.  But again, there are always excellent tutorials that usually get me to where I need to be.

**What problems is Fullbay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think Fullbay has helped us in virtually all operational areas.  When we came into the industry there were not many, if any, software choices directed at non-dealer, heavy-duty repair businesses.  Most of the available software was intended for the automotive market, and would not have been a great fit for us.  Fullbay was aimed at our type of business specifically.  I also like the reporting and real-time data we have at our finger tips with Fullbay.  My personal favorite feature is the robust inventory management module.  This is an area that we struggled to get right.  I feel much more confident that we are not leaking cash in this area today.

The ability to shift office hours spent writing invoices to field techs that wrote the paper work orders we would transcribe to invoices. Fullbay saves at least 2 office staff and allows us to redeploy those dollars to the more productive mechanics. The response of the support team is excellent. Any problems or questions are handled quickly and on a personal level.

**What do you dislike about Fullbay?**

In all truthfulness we have very little to dislike in Fullbay. If I was forced to pick something it might be its  less robust reporting system.

**Recommendations to others considering Fullbay:**

Take a look around, if you are running a heavy equipment shop or mobile repair business, Fullbay works for me and it can work for you.

**What problems is Fullbay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By far the more accurate billing and time required to create and send invoices to our customers. More timely billing to our customers. Office support in our home office is easily able to handle any quantity of service orders they may be required to review. Changes and corrections are easy and swiftly handled.

The ease of creating invoices from the service orders is so effortless. There is less double entry from our prior paper service orders. Our techs can add parts right to the service orders as they pull them off the shelf. Customer ordered parts are better tracked and we have a better PO system for receiving parts. Customer service/IT is great to deal with when troubles occur. Service techs spend less time writing up descriptions and getting paperwork done.

When integrating data to Quick-books and making corrections to invoices, payments and bills, edits/deletions have to be done in both programs separately and do not automatically change.

**What problems is Fullbay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More of our inventory is accounted for when billing out projects and service orders. Many things often weren't billed out because we did all things through paper copies before Fullbay. The ease of adding parts to service orders on all sides, tech & service writer is simple and allows for better control of inventory and accounting that all parts got placed on the correct invoice.

**What do you like best about Fullbay?**

It is specifically for DIESEL shops and roadside service. It's not loaded up with a bunch of stuff that will never be used. VIN decoder works for tractors, trailers, straight trucks, and even chassis/containers. Customer service is ON POINT. I have yet to have an issue that was not FULLY resolved, usually on first contact. It is constantly being updated to accommodate user feedback and suggestions. I spend half the time I used to getting work orders and invoices out. The customer portal and vendor portals are excellent. Customers can view, print, and pay invoices as well as request service, which is sent directly to my phone. Vendors can receive parts orders, quote parts, and submit bills. Inventory was one of our biggest challenges, now we don't even think about it.

**What do you dislike about Fullbay?**

It is confusing at first, but once you go through the onboarding, it is a breeze to work with. I didn't find it sooner.

**What do you like best about Fullbay?**

The vase amount of capabilities that this program has to offer. From inventory management, to flow of service orders, to customer payment options. The reports available looking at employee efficiency, parts margins, profitability and fleet reporting is awesome.

**What do you dislike about Fullbay?**

At time the amount fo data and options available can be overwhelming, but once understood, can be a treasure of data.

**Recommendations to others considering Fullbay:**

As with any implementation of new software, due your research, Fullbay offer a lot and has great customer service. The amount of data you can dump into it is unlimited, and is cloud based, so you can access it anywhere and works great on the phone.

**What problems is Fullbay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inventory and parts tracking has been hard to keep up with due to the size of our operation, but this has greatly helped create and track PO#s, all parts purchases, and has a great way to have customers pay their invoices online and can validate customer payments right in Fullbay.

**What do you like best about Fullbay?**

As a Service Manager, I was having a difficult time collecting & reporting time. Since we have made the change to Fullbay, my collecting & reporting time has gone from 4 techs taking 3-4 days to 7 techs in a matter of minutes. The streamling & ease makes this particular part of my job so much easier.

**What do you dislike about Fullbay?**

The only real dislike at this point is that we have only been using this for about 2 years now. I wish we had this software available when we went into business in 2005.

**Recommendations to others considering Fullbay:**

Fullbay is a great software for any shop. It is very scalable. You can use this for 1-2 bay shop or a 10 bay shop. If you are going to compare this to any other software out there, ask each company to walk you through there strengths and weaknesses. You will find that Fullbay will excel in getting you team together and producing results for the customer efficiently & effectively. It is not just a parts look up replacement or just a labor guide replacement or just an accounting software replacement. This program takes all of the above, conveniently places them together so that you can manage a shop efficiently & effectively.

**What problems is Fullbay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One huge problem we solved was communication. The real-time reporting for each department lets them know exactly what stage the Service Order is in. The customer even has a window to look at where is unit is they so choose. This may seam meanial, but when I can pick up my phone, ipad, laptop, or desktop (don't recommend pickup the last one)  and see where a Service Order is in the process it makes it easy to keep it moving. So when communication is improved, effectiveness & efficiency are also improved.  The days of running around the shop asking questions about what are you doing or waiting on are slim to none.

I like the fact that it will tell you that if you miss a step and will make you correct it before you to the next step.

**What do you dislike about Fullbay?**

There is nothing to dislike! It is very friendly, the video's are very easy to understand and follow. I used a different system before this, I wish the dealership would of used this system.

**Recommendations to others considering Fullbay:**

Fullbay is the way to go if you are starting a business or what a to upgrade your system software to a much better and friendlier system.

**What problems is Fullbay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving problems like, no more missed mileage, it has a great place to let the tech know if the job is  waiter, or needs to be done at a set time. Also great place to put notes for customer or tech to see the progress.

The Fullbay software is totally integrated and a one-stop-shop for making their users run more efficient businesses. The Fullbay software is the total package for any Diesel repair shop. From order entry, automatic vin lookup, inventory management, service order real-time tracking, customer invoicing and automatic integration into QuickBooks for bookkeeping.

**What do you dislike about Fullbay?**

I cannot really find any drawbacks to using the Fullbay software.
